kung pao bowl and kung pao plate
The bowl and the plate came with very little amount of meat. We counted the pieces of chicken and it was five small slices. Very unacceptable! Paid to much money to get cheated. It was busy at the time but does not give reason to give less food to customers. Also I was charged for 1 egg roll that I did not order. Now that is stealing money. Very unhappy!
unprofessional manager
I was in the restaurant on today June 27th when I witness a disrespectful manager by the name of Jannie. I come to your establishment when a certain cook by the name of Deandre is there because the food is always good when he's there. Well while there today on my lunch hour I witnessed Jannie be disrespectful and loud during lunch in front of other customers. Deandre was cooking our orders and cleaning. Jannie approached him stopping him to go get ice. He mentioned that he was told to clean the grill and wash dishes while cooking due to inspection coming up. She said in a loud voice GO FILL UP THE ICE NOW. There were plenty of other workers who were just standing around talking to her that she could have told to get ice. I have over 20 years of management experience with 10 in food service and this is not the way you talk to your team members. The customers and myself were outdone with the way she acted. I think Deandre chose to walk out I'm not 100% certain but he left the restaurant. If he will not be cooking at this restaurant I will not be coming back to this establishment. I only come when he works because its always good. Something needs to be addressed with the manager Jannie. Manager training perhaps. If I go in and he isn't cooking I will not come back.

drive thru landscaping
Went thru Panda Express at 1203 N Keller Dr, Effingham, IL 62401 in my home town today June 18, 2019. The landscaping was horrible. Looks like the place has been closed for years! Weeds that are 3 to 4 ft. tall. Weeds have taken over ALL of the drive thru landscaping. What a disgrace, not only to us here in town, but those using this drive thru as they travel thru Effingham. Can you PLEASE have this looked into and have it professionally cleaned up. I wanted to let you know because I thought if you aren't aware of the problem then it can't be fixed. I feel sorry for the person working the drive-up window having to look at this mess in their face their entire shift! Thank You.
panda express tried to scam me
I went inside and wasn't in the mood for fried rice or chow mein. I asked her to skip that step and give me something else. She said No. I had to get the fried rice or the noodles. I felt completely violated because I knew she would fill up the container 50 percent and that's not fair. What if I want only 25 percent of the container with rice. Well I ordered and when it was time to pay I left. I wasn't going to let them scam me. They need to fix this issue and until then, I'm not coming back

I went with my son at that location yesterday, 06/03/2019, around 3:15 PM and I asked if I could get the new batch of Teriyaki Chicken because the one that they had on the display were just 2 pieces and were old. The one that was helping me, I believe his name was Billy, was so nice and said, "Yes ma'am!" to me and he went and grabbed the new batch. However, another employee named CAMILLE, who had an annoyed look, grabbed the old chicken and put it on my plate! And when I told her about what I already told Billy, she looked at me angrily, rolled her eyes, and scooped out that chicken and dumped it on the trash. Then, when she did grabbed one of the new batch of chicken, she gave SMALL PORTION than what it should be! After that, she just loudly placed my orders on the counter and walked away after I asked her name! And even when I asked her name, she was SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I asked her name, and she was like, "Camille. What? You gonna write me up? You want me to write it for you?"
I am SO DISAPPOINTED at her customer service! Even the cooks were looking so disappointed and annoyed at what she did and even shaking their heads.
too little for what paid for
Panda Express #1308, Indianapolis. The staff here won't even wait for you to order, or look for what to order... they are so fast! ... and then, ordered the white rice with orange chicken... I MAYBE got a tablespoon of orange chicken and about 2 cups of rice. This is not the first time. Very stingy for what you have to pay for! ... not happy Called back to tell them that they needed to include more in their servings. Lady on the phone said to come back and they would give me another order?... but why?... why don't they just give more than a tablespoon when serving the first time?... because they are saving money, but charging the consumer more.
bad management
Panda express in odessa tx have very bad service, we ask for ice, they don't have ice. food service is very slow, we have to wait for a long time, the dining room is unhygenic. and nobody is taking care of the trash. The manager won't listen to the complaints. Seems to me the manager lost control of their employees. I saw so many workers there playing on their phone while working. The dish was oddly sweet, i felt like i was going to have diabetes, and the rice was very dry, it's like pebbles. the noodles tasted uncooked and seemed cold inside. the teriyaki chicken was burned.

1) My friend and I arrived with properly completed "Free Entree Item" receipts from our previous visit but the check-out person refused to honor them because they were "more than 30 days old". That requiremen Gibrt is not printed on the offer or posted in the restaurant. Some time limit might be reasonable, but until it is declared to customers ahead of time, it is unreasonable to apply it when they try to cash it in.
2) The counter person who prepared our food and checked us out was very loud, to the point that fixing that should be a Panda objective. I already had in hand the "free" third entree. At first she demanded I pay for it extra. As I protested that it was supposed to be free, she took it and threw in the garbage right in front of everyone. It was embarassing. With fear of further embarrasment, I had to remind her that I was entitled to a Fortune Cookie.
3) I wouldn't write about this if it were the only problem. However, it is a fact that least four and maybe six of the beverage dispensers flavors were just water with no flavoring. And this was at the beginnng of supper hour.

Went through the drive-thru at lunch today and ordered Beijing Beef Bowl with Noodles, order taker showed in on board as Orange Chicken, I asked to correct it to Beijing Beef, she implied I was changing my order when in fact I never uttered the words "Orange chicken"...then was told it would be at least 5-6 minute wait for the chowmein noodles...I said I would wait. Paid for my order and receipt showed Beijing Beef, then parked and waited for our order. The order was brought to my car, and I did not bother checking the contents since the receipt read correctly, but alas after driving 20 miles home and taking off the lid...what should I find...you guess it Orange Chicken, and not even "fresh", so disappointed and unhappy. Tried calling the place, but of course they don't answer their phone...wonder why? Whatever.

And starting talking her team members with a rude attitude saying ( from now on nomore texting if you all want to calling out call me or late)! Im not sure why that rude manager sayin that infront of bunch of customers! She dont have manners or ethics and she doesn't know how to communicate with they're team. For me what I understanding is she was telling that to her team to nomore texting maybe because she did something wrong and she got introuble so now that rude spanish manager just wanted to get away with her mistakes meaning no proof your introuble... she dont know how to handle her people and the store I believe.! All her teammates was all polite and good worker unless the spanish rude manager.please dont eat there anymore think first before you go to this store because when u see this spanish manager she will ruin your day and please save your money not worth it to spend your money in this store witj a rude and arrogant manager! My boyfriend works at Panda express in IL. And he has a woman supervisor. She always say somthing about our relationship. And it cause a lot of troubles beween me and mu boyfriend. It is not ok and it is so unprofessional. Someone need to take serious action on this. It not acceptable. I have never seen a supervior would do this. It is a serious HR issue.!
messed up our order, cussed by management, etc
When I spend $56 they do not give me a receipt and when I get home to my orders were messed up we tried to call and see what they can do about this problem and we were told there's nothing they can do without a receipt even though they didn't give us one then the man started cussing at me throwing up f-bombs and said come on in here if you think you're a big guy his name is eric he says he is the shift manager he sounded latino to me I don't want to go back in there cuz the guy might not enjoy it too much but you do not talk to me like that when my kids need to eat and I spent good money on some bs food. The location is959 west state street in american fork once again has said his name was eric would not give me his last name if I don't hear back from you soon well i'll just leave it at that I guess
I am not going to go back in there and waste my time or my gas but this guy needs to be let go immediately or else you have many more customers not satisfied
45 minute wait for teriaki chicken
I am very upset with the Los Banos, CA 93635 Panda Express. I was in the restaurant buying a to go order. Just to order it took 15 mins of waiting. then i order teriaki chicken, , the girl serving me told me it would take 10 minutes, they were making more. 45 minutes later! they finally get my ..(chicken), plus the other food i ordered was missing.. i had to go back and ask for the rest of my order! it was barely, barely warm.. My wife was mad at me and we got into argument It ruined my dinner and eveing, , , Very Very Disappointed ! This is not the first time that store was soooo slow.. I let the other times pass.. but this one was ridiculous! please make it right!

harassment from general manager
My GM at Panda Express is constantly looking for any little thing I do to try and get me in trouble. My 3rd day of work, he kept complaining and criticizing me about taking too long to close the lobby when I was never even told how long it should take me to finish closing the lobby. I had not even been trained on closing the lobby. I've been there about 3 weeks now and the GM has only been treating me worse and worse. I got written up about 2 weeks ago for not being able to make drive thru time by myself with no training even given to me. I repeatedly got yelled at and pressured by my GM. I have been cussed at before by my GM. He also told me I have no common sense which I would definitely consider bullying and harassment. I've tried to talk to him and he doesn't take anything I say into consideration. He has even contacted me on my days off twice to complain about petty little things to me. I definitely would consider what he has been doing to me harassment and bullying. I know I am targeted because I can clearly see how he treats me compared to how he treats everyone else. He will stand around and gossip with other employees and pic's while the rest of us are busting our butts to make food, attend to our duties and serve costumers. He claims I make work an "unheathy" environment when all I try to do is my duties and stay to myself. If anything, he makes work a hostile environment. He has had several complaints from costumers who have heard and seen the way he treats his employees so he tries to do it away from costumers and out of camera view just so no one will know how he really is. I feel constantly uncomfortable when he works on my shifts but when he's not there I feel fine. I'm not getting criticized every our for something small and insignificant. It's no mystery as to why his store is failing, and why his turn over rate is so bad. He is very unprofessional and rude. Something needs to be done. Nothing I do is ever good enough in his eyes and no matter how hard I have tried, I just keep receiving this kind of treatment.

I've been coming to this panda for a few weeks on and off cause it's taste much better then my ships food. However they always are out of all foods. They tell me it's going to be 10min every time and the store is also very dirty, as they're standing in the cooking tops to put away the grease catchers. Also they're not using gloves 100% of the time.

The customer service was bad. The short girl that took my order was rude n seemed as if i was bothering her from the tall kinda large guy that was cooking. I had to keep telling her what i wanted because she kept looking back and talkin, smilling and being goofy. Is there not a policy that says employees cant date each other and work together? Im a buying customer coming in on my lunch, i should have been treated with respect. Not treated like im a nuisance. Also the girl that was at the register smelled really bad her body odor was enough to make me want to vomit. In the end i wasnt pleased with my service or food.
green bean chicken breast and orange chicken
Went through drive-thru at 11:50 pm on Thursday December 27th. there was a pretty good lunch rush going so I was shocked that when I arrived at my location to eat (about 3 minutes from restaurant) all of the food was cold to Luke warm at best. the rice, the chicken dishes, everything. I got 2 different kind of entrees and a kids meal. every one of the dishes were less than warm. some of it was straight up cold!

We have a Panda Express in our local Giant in Camp Hill, PA. In the last 3 weeks I have stopped in, specifically for Panda Express, for the Honey Sesame Chicken. There is a LARGE sign on the board stating "it's back", yet every time I've gone in for this they do not have it. I was then told this evening that "it will not be back", which I was simply frustrated because the board states otherwise. I will not return to any Panda Express at this point due to the way the lady at the counter treated me - she literally LAUGHED in my face and shrugged her shoulders. Very disappointed.

My 10 yr old grandson had surgery on Dec 5 and around that time my pastor's wife went to the Panda Express at Market Place Mall and purchased a $40 gift card. My grandson is in a wheelchair and went with his class from school on Friday, Dec 14, 2018 to the Panda Express and attempted to use his card. He was told the card wouldn't go thru the machine. I went to the Mall today, Dec 15, 2018 at 5:30pm and asked to speak to the manager on duty about the card. She first asked me where the card was purchased and I told her it was there at the Mall. She said they don't put the amount on the front of the card like it was on the card I had. She tried to use it in the machine and she said it was not in their system. Had it been $10 I would have let it go but with it being $40, I was not happy with her response. I did not have the receipt because it was with the card when my grandson got it but apparently he misplaced it. Surely there is some way that a gift card for this amount could be tracked. Is there any recourse to this problem? I am wondering if someone took the money and did not activate the card.
