Panda Express / customer service

I called in to ask for pricing and quantity info and I spoke to the store manager Tay. She said "Are you seriously asking me this question right now? It's around 100oz." I then was so upset I hung up. When I called back to get her name and asked for the phone number to call to register a complaint, she asked if I wanted information about catering. I said no, I want the phone number to register a complaint. She put me on hold and gave me a fax number. I am extremely upset. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service.
