Panacer.com / Rebate scam!

I promptly submitted all the required documentation in support of Promotion G926/G936 which are $90 and $20 rebates on a GEM 17" LCD monitor. To date there is no status on the panacer.com site and no reply to my e-mail to rebate AT panacer.com

I would appreciate any help that anyone who read this can provide!

    Bought TV in March,07. $100 rebate. When I called,they kept pushing back the date the check was supposed to be sent. Now they claim it was sent on July 27,07. Sure. Of course it never came.

    I purchesed a gem 19" monoter from PC MALL.COM with a $100.00 rebate on May 16 2007 mailed rebate in the day i receved tne monitor around may 23 i checked ther web sight it showes that they receved it i have e mailed them several times since then keep getting the run around they are telling me that they havent receved the funds from 3 g tech and another email that states that they receve so many rebates that they cant keep up with them
    HAS ANY ONE TRYED TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAMES COURT
    CAN ANY ONE HELP.

    I'm surprised after searching this site for complaints that there wasn't more posted about PC Mall, Inc. The company is the worse place to do business. These complaints are not just your run of the mill errors, but rather deliberate scams used to discourage consumers against refunds, returns etc. and the practices are widely encouraged by upper management. This place is well known for unethical practices and they are always bombarded with legal actions from consumers, as well as past employees.

    I also purchased a 19" GEM monitor in June 2007 and still haven't received my rebate. I have called PC Mall. They tell me to contact Panacer. Of course I have contacted them. I've emailed and never get a response. I called #'s given to me by PC Mall...888-353-6255 (opt #1). They tell me to call the mfgr at 909-348-5274. this # give you options. Cust. Svc (opt 3) tells me to call 909-348-5268. This # tells me to call Panacer 626-581-0066. At this # he tells me they get no response from the mfgr. that I could try them so again with 909-348-5274. I call it again and listen to more options and there is a rebate option (#7). This option tells me to call 626-581-0066or go to www.panacer.com for rebate info. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I guess I'll see if that helps any. Of course being just $100.00 it would cost more to get a lawyer. If there are enough of us maybe we can do something together. Any suggestions are welcome @ rcpd71ss@bellsouth.net
