Purchased item that seller had listed on Ebay for at least 21 days. After I "bought it now" seller was unsatisfied with the amount he charged and refused to sell part.
you should take it up with ebay's buyer protection. they will resolve the issue for you. once the auction ends they cannot retract their sale price
