Got a female Westie from them. She had no clue how to run or do stairs, kept running in circles, was diagnosed with Giaria, and was underweight...all symptoms that lead us to believe this is a puppy mill. She has severe anxiety about crates which made it hard for us to go to work. If you are considering getting a dog from there, BE CAREFUL!

This sounds like a puppy mill, which I didn't realize until I went to this site. When a breeder is grinding out puppies, without regard to their safty and well being, should not be allowed to operate.

M Rifkin - Thanks for reading my response and chiming in with some valuable information.
The fact that I had a great experience with this seller of my dog, and I contacted them through the internet, of which they marketed the dog that I purchased, brought me to the statement that I made. "This seller is one of the most honest internet animal sellers out there" was in my opinion only and all buyers or potential buyer should always use due diligence when purchasing anything from anyone. Now to the complaint and the reason that i replied here... Our great use of modern technology has enabled us a very broad voice and when we use the internet, complaint boards, and or social media to voice our opinion (good or bad) we would hope that all individuals that have had personal experience with a company and/or person buying or selling product and we would welcome both sides so that we can make educated decisions in what we are about to encounter. The fact MsLara posted a opinion here allowed me to voice mine. I questioned the seller onlypups.com prior to my purchase and found that not only was MsLara statement not true nor did she offer any proof of her accusations here in her complaint, she still has the pup and it is doing fine. Further after speaking to the seller at length and she assured me that all efforts were taking to assure MsLara of her concerns. I felt very satisfied in the discussion and made a decision based on the willingness to resolve open issues. Again thanks for the opportunity to voice my experience and hopefully others can get educated and understand that we all encounter issues in all that we do, but the bigger picture here is when we encounter our issues, what becomes of them and how are they dealt with?

Regards,
Yorkie lover
