I have recently perchased several packets of Pall Mall king size red where the filter has dropped of well before finishing the cigarette.This has caused me to burn a whole in a sweatshirt as well as a dressing gown.My partner has also ruined a blouse for the same reason.I have smoked Pall Mall for many years and have up until now been a satisfied customer, however lately have not been satisfied at all.

I've been a long time buyer and buy a pack of your cigarettes a day. Recently there has been an issue with how tightly the packs are packed. I really don't appreciate that every time i open my pack and go to take the first cigarette out and the filter rips out and ruins one of the 20 cigarettes i just payed for. I'd really appreciate if you could fix that.

I bought a box of 20 pall mall ### down woodall in welwyn garden city, got home and opened the packet and there's only 19 in the box!surely this is unfair and something should be done about this especially as there a lot of money ### nowadays!could u please get back to me on the number above thank u! sue

recently I have bought packs of Pall Mall 100 Menthol and have totally been disgused with quality made, the smoke does not burn at all, filter seems guttless, I also bought a pack that it burned like a cheap smoke would. I have always smoked Pall Mall and because they burn slower have enjoyed smoking them. I wanted to contact you also about I always see specials in stores and by mail on Marboro but never pall mall (Why is this) I tried to return the smokes due to defect but they wouldn't take them back with reciept so I have tossed them from disappointment. Is there a solution to me getting my 4 packs back? Didn't want to post a review til I contacted you first to resolve.

i went and brought pall mall 40s blue and some of the smokes the filter had come off so i had to use rolly papers just to smoke them i am not a happy person right now i have always brought pall mall 40s if this keeps happing i will change brands please fix the problem if you need to contact me my number is [protected]

I have noticed the last few cartons of cigarettes that I have bought have had cigarettes in them that the paper was torn up on several of the cigarettes! Is this normal? If it is then I will start buying a different brand that I have never had this problem with.
