Pall Mall Cigarettes review: bad tabacco 114

Two cigarettes in the same pack had holes in them. After paying over 14 euro a pack I would expect the quality control to do a better job. I purchased them in Applegreen garage in Bunclody,County Wexford.

Sunday the 16th of October I went to my local Tesco express In littlehampton and bought two packs of cigarettes 1 pack was fine and the other had 5 of the 23 cigarettes missing and a few were damaged, intotal I’m missing 7 cigarettes because two are so damaged I can’t smoke them.

Bought my packet and when I opened it the below photos show you what I received. And the cigarette just fall apart.

To whom this may concern

We have bought two boxes of Paul Mall red today 02 October 2022 most of the cigarettes are damaged. When you light it does not even burn because the cigarette pulls out of the filter.

My husband has been buying Paul Mall for years and this is unacceptable.

Purchased a pack yesterday in Porty Isabel, Texas on Lucina Drive and three or four had what appears to be rodent holes or paper feed burr on equipment. This does not bode well as the thought of smoking where a rodent left off is dis-hearting at the least.

The last 4 packs that I bought the filters fall off of them right after it lit I had to switch to a different brand because of this I think the people that are making them need to check them out before shipping them as much they cost now

1. The awitch to taste works about 80% in a pack. Rest of cigarretes are ruined - see Image.

2. The taste is not similiar at all to the vanished Green Mentol since August 2022, which was much better.

3. Why replace a regular brand with thin cigarettes?

4. Any plan to revive the Green?

Hi I got 2 20 packs from a circle k on king st in Peterborough ont and I noticed that the filters look like they have mold in the filter there's tiny black specs inside the filter which I have never seen before please contact me and let me know if this is normal thank you

Hello i bought 2 cartons of your Pall Mall menthol black 100's and they were extremely stale and the tobacco was dried out, I bought them from sheetz. I'm really upset and disappointed! And dissatisfied. I wasted alot of money on the two cartons. I could not even smoke any of them.

Opened a new box of pall mall red and the filter fell off. Not happy considering other brands

Hello, in my new packet part of the filter seems to be missing. There is a hole so that the end of the packet looks like a tube. I've smoked 1 but the menthol is overpowering.

I purchased a packet of cigarettes for my partner it was an xl packet of 23 where she normally buys a packet of 20 and the next morning she said the xls are different they have holes in . When I looked they had the filters missing and surely are not safe to smoke . Please could I be reimbursed thank you very much.

I purchased a pack of your cigarettes as I do most days... However not a single one of the cigarettes had one clickable capsule let alone 2! Very unhappy with my purchase especially as they're not exactly cheap!

I bought a packet of pall mall double capsule cigarettes from Tesco express in Morton in marsh and I am pretty sure they are not supposed to look like this. It looks like the filters haven't been put in.

I purchased a packet of pall mall xl double capsule cigarettes for my partner Thursday 2nd January 2020 and the following morning (today) my partner said shed never seen them with holes in before . I couldn't believe the filters were missing. Please could I be reinbursed they are clearly not safe to smoke.

Front cigarettes are defective. It seems theres glue on the outside of filters. I threw some of them in the trash. And wasn't going to worry about it, but my wife said that I should let you guys know about it.

I went to pull a cigarette out of my pack this morning and the filter just came right off.it was never attached and it looks like there is mold on the inside of the filter.very discussed by the way the filter looks.

I am complaining about the packaging (the box) it does not last a day and the cigarettes get dry very fast and then I do not enjoy the cigarettes anymore.

Pulled the cigarette out of my pack and at the bottom half the paper is broken and split up like a machine didn't release it early enough while it was rolling it

3rd pack in a row have damaged cigarettes...what's going on over there?

I only smoke this brand and type and have now three times wasted money as when I've double clicked 14 of them detached from the cigarette (filter). I let this go twice before but I cannot afford to buy cigarettes that are faulty and unsmokeable. Very angry that quality control is obviously not controlling quality.

I purchased a pack of Pall Mall Special King Size in Cowichan Bay British Columbia and one of the cigarettes was only an inch long and had no tobacco in it and a filter in both ends!?! What's up with that? What can you do to resolve this?

Getting menthol cigarettes in non mental packs. My last pack had 3.

I would like a complain because I bought a carton Pall Mall menthol cigarettes, but 3 of my packets in the carton isn't menthol and just plain Pall Mall.

I purchased a packet of cigarettes and the filters are empty with no fresh taste capsules

I had one of the sigarettes and saw the product was rolled with a piece of tobacco and not glued totally.
Just wanted to let you know that from the serial number on the box that I could maybe be a calibration problem or something.

My smokes had holes in them I took a picture of it. It made the experience quite unsatisfying. For the price I pay for your product I expect a lot more. Especially with all the other brand options available. Basically I like them strong and I feel cheated. Please don't let me down again pall mall.
