I purchased 4 packages last week at the same retailer and they gave me packs all from the same carton.
Every single cigarette had a cut on the filter and broke apart while smoking or butting out. Extremely annoying and not up to the standard I expect. Ive been smoking this brand type for many years and even decline when a retailer suggests something else that is less expensive.
I decided to buy two pack today from a different retailer, thinking maybe it was a bad carton but the same thing is still happening.
I have saved some of the packs and many of the butts for evidence.
What do you suggest I do to have this rectified?

I purchase one carton every two weeks..

This last month both cartons I purchased for 36.89
I have wasted at least half a pack each time I open a new one..

The tobacco falls out they are not packed correctly or they split at the filter..

I have always smoked this brand and here lately I am very disappointed at the product integrity as well as the money I am wasting...

I am going to try one more carton and if this continues I will switch brands

Hello, as much as I love the flavour of the xl double capsule, I have just 'popped' the capsules on one of my cigarettes but it was like smoking s normal cigarette - it was far from the normal minty taste that it given. Granted, it's the 5th from the pack (And the other 4 were nice and minty) but obviously this is a lack of consistency on a very expensive product in the UK. Shall I keep you posted on the remainder?

The other day I baught some cigs and the middle bits was all missing I thought something must of been changed about them but my freind saw them and told me that the filters bits in the middle have not been but In I've had headache and been cig every since I started having these but I have stopped smoking them just incase it's these that making me feel this way.

I lit my cigarette and realized there was no intake came to see there was smoke coming out the top of my filter, the filter is very loose and not even enough to smoke it, I hope that this company will take it upon themselves to deal with this situation, I have got a few cigarettes that have had hole /rips in them, but were fixable and able to see work, but this was unacceptable

I have purchased cigarettes every other day from the same store. The last 2 packs have a little tear in the top of the cigarette right under the filter. I showed my husband both times. I am concerned that they may have been tainted with. However It could be both packs came from the same carton as they were purchased a day of eachother at the same location.

This morning I found a piece of iron in my tobacco bag.
It is a pin for staplers.
I attach photos.
I noticed it while I was doing a cigarette
It would have been very dangerous if I did not notice it.

Yes I was on my vacation visiting family in Chicago and I bought two cartoon from the gas station on my way driving to Ohio and I was very disappointed they seem to be old and they were not fresh. I am disabled so I have to get them where I can. I have been smoking these cigarettes now for about 20 years and this is the first time I felt I did not get my money worth.

I found a plastic thread INSIDE one of my cigarettes (Pall Mall Silver). This is really nor okay, i know smoking is bad for me, but smoking plastic is alot worse... Im sad this has happened, because i enjoy this particular brand, but now Im considering switching brand, because i have a fear of more plastic being inside of my cigarettes. Is this a problem you generally have?

Hello, my name is Samantha and I want to make a complaint about the cigarettes I have purchased, for the third time this month the menthol capsules have been missing from some of my cigarettes. I have been smoking your brand for a few years now and lately the level of quality has slipped below expectations . Firstly I just taught something must be faulty at the factory and presumed the problem would be dealt with in a timely mannor, the second time I was a little peeved off this time I'm slightly more than annoyed ! I hate smoking non menthol cigarettes but my partner doesn't smoke menthol so we decided on this brand quite some time ago, I have two cigarettes left it's half four in the morning I'm a mum of four kids and I have a very stressful life. I would really appreciate it if you could resolve the problem with the brand I prefer as Smoking is one of my stress management tactics. I really dislike having to change brand. I'm highly dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise supplied lately plus it not a cheap habit they cost enough. I'm in London England they are £9.40 approximately and if I wanted a plain normal flavoured smoke I'd purchace a normal flavourless, cheaper pack. Yes I do feel a little hard done by as I'm not made of money and to be perfectly honest I'm repulsed by the taste of a non menthol cigarette. I hope the problem can be addressed and rectified promptly as I get absolutely no pleasure out of lighting a smoke to find out it faulty. If the shop was closer I'd buy a different pack but the shop nearby that stocks your brand Is closed. Please feel free to email me for any further information needed. Thanks

I purchased 2 packs of these today and both packs are abnormal. The filter is very sunken in like the paper is longer than the filter and they taste odd. I've had a few instances while buying this brand. I've never sent a complaint before but this time it's tasting really different and my boy friend and I do enjoy these cigarettes but I just wanted to mention this as it's definitely different tasting with these 2 packs.

I am sick to death that the cherry keeps falling of. This has been happening ever since the capsules where changed and has got worse.
I have burnt myself countless times and the amount of times it has burnt wholes is things is ridiculous.
Maybe I should send you the bill for replacement items such as my sofa or my bedding the list is endless. We get charged enough to buy them.
You product is faulty and seriously needs looking into

I bought a pack today when I opened it there were 3 cigarettes that had holes and tears in them they are the boxed pack, brought at a local store, This is not the first time this has happened, But I have never had this many with torn paper all in the first row of the pack. At almost $6.00 a pack this is Quality control needs to be more careful in checking the quality of their product. I would like replacement of this product

Yes so this morning I opened my pack of Pall Mall Menthol 100's and went to pull cigarette out of the pack but to my surprise only the filter came out, leaving the remaining part of cigarette in the pack. I sorta laughed it off put the cigarette back to together as best I could, light it and then it fell out of the filter again and burnt my leg! Once again I passed it off but now out of the same pack another filter was not attached to the cigarette itself this is the second one in the same pack. So now am considering switching to a different cigarette company altogether

I brought a fresh packet of pall mall blue capsule today. Half the cigarettes have burnt down one side, as soon as I've lit them. When this happened the first time, I thought it was odd and lit another, it happened again and again. Obviously I have paid a lot of money for this product and I buy pall mall on a regular, so this is not on.
I am not happy about this.

Over this past weekend, I had bought 4 packs of Camel Blue 99 cigarettes at a gas station in Antwerp, Ohio, and of the four, three packs had two or three cigarettes missing when I opened them. I would greatly appreciate it if there was a way that you could possibly refund my purchase, or if you would be able to send me three more packs, preferably with none missing, if you would be able to. I brought a packet of 20 pall mall red capsule superkings as I do everyday I opened the packet and 1 of the cigarettes had no capsule in it and the filter wasn't right. I have been a loyal customer for many years so was disappointed about this fault. I would appreciate it if you could read this complaint and get back to me at as soon as possible. I got a pack of pall mall smoke from a store and there was a Bendigo broken smoke in my pack and I pay good money for them I was not vary happy to see that and one less smoke that I couldn't smoke I buy 2 pack of them everyday of the week and would like to have u look in to it for me cause if this happens every time I get a new pack u would loss customer so fast I crazy plz look in to it for me and plz get back as soon as u can thank you vary much and hope that u and your company will make me happy with the deal u make wit me again. Dear sir/Madame,
I recently purchased your product as I regularly do, however I was very disappointed to discover that 3 of the cigarettes inside the packet did not have the capsules, meaning that they were unusable.
This upset me greatly as I had spent my money on this item.

I have recently bought 3 packs of 20 pall mall red capsules and at least 6 in each pack didn't have any capsules in to change the flavour and the retailer refused to refund or swap the packets each time. I was wondering why this was because the only reason I buy them are for the capsules. Any reason why they wouldn't be any capsules in the cigarettes.
