Everyday I buy a packet of pallmall click on and I keep finding that there is no menthol ball in it . It is very disappointing to buy a packet and find that there is no menthol ball in it. Without the click the cigarette just taste horrible . My previous packet had about 4-5 cigarettes without the menthol ball and today I bought a new packet to find the second cigarette I wanted to press had to ball in . This is so not on .

Hi I'm very disappointed i buy pall mall everyday and the last 6 months i have been getting half of the cigarette i have a picture to show you i wouldnt complaint if it was once and a while but its everyday and i tired buying cartons same deal it would be nice if you sent me a free pack or carton would be nice cause i have lost more than a carton of smokes I dont want to change brands but i will i really hope me as a customer i should matter

Filters just keep falling off for no reason have had 3 boxes with min3 and max 8 just fall off contact on [protected]@gmail.com this seems to be happening in every box i have purchased this week and is a huge annoyance as im loosing at least 3 per box out of 20. This is unnaceptable production quality. Please sort out your manafacturing process as soon as possible its very poor quality

I purchased a box of pall mall red Saturday 9th of March in circle k in macroom that morning and was very disappointed that several did not have the menthol click at all.
The menthol cigarettes are more expensive and I'm very disappointed that that's not what I paid for.
I'd appreciate a refund or a non faulty box.

Hello, I recently purchased a packet of Pall Mall rich blue - twenty pack and on my last drag of my cigarette it caught on fire. It was the butt of the cigarette that produced the actual Flame. I found this dangerous as it was near my fave, potentially burning my lips, or nose. I was lucky enough to pull out the cigarette in time. It also posed a danger to catching my long hair on fire. This email could of been a lot worse. I could be writing to you from a hospital bed.

I bought a pack of my normal brand Pall mall blue xl. I bought it yesterday Feb 24, 2019. At the Mac's convenience store. Located at production way in Burnaby, BC, Canada. I opened the package and the first cigarette I took out the filter came off. I looked through the pack and there was about 6 cigarettes like that. With a faluty filters. Some not on properly and others that came off completely. I would please like a refund and a brand new pack of cigarettes. Thank you.

partner and i both purchase pall mall cigarettes. He hasnt had the problem as yet but at least three packs of recent ( approx 1 month ) have come tasting very weak to draw back on... Being a regular smoker of pall malls i know it is something that is not of a regular consistent situation that i just do not get the satisfaction im after.
Upon looking over the smoke of recently happening more and more there is pinholes in them. I noticed as the smoke was coming out funny. Please can this be resolved. $39.95 a pack and its happend to at least 40 cigarettes. I want to buy other smokes but i do like the taste and heaviness of the drawback that pall mall give me

I bought to cartons of pall mall red and both cartons were stail. I have been and dedecated customer and am disappointed in the product. The dates on the cartons had not expired but yet the product was stail. I hope you can fix this problem cigarette are not cheap. I enjoy the pall mall brand and will switch my brand if something is not done about this situation. Thank you i hope to be satisfied.

Wrote last week of odd odor from my cigarettes? Did not hear back on the plastic smell that sent a stream of smoke separate from the regular cigarette smoke? Is this normal not to get back to a loyal customer? Wife thought something plastic was burning in the house, that's how bad it was! I always smoke shesterfild sigarte .I stay in Kuwait when I go supermarket to buy sigarte, some one from the company PALL MALL he told me bring 5 packet empty and take one packet free, when I go to supermarket he told me this offer it's finish I want any one in the company call me please I want know why they are lieing please call me as soon as possible.

Have found a cig in my box with 2 filter papers, one is all scrunched up. Scared to try and remove, it may damage the cig. Not on when one is paying £8.50 for a box of 20. Your comment would be appreciated. Thanks. Regards Dorothy
Complaint too short to be given any notice, great customer service. Perhaps I should change my brand and buy my daily box from another supplier?

Drew Wanstall here, I'm a pack to pack and a half smoker a day. Recently lit a smoke this afternoon and could smell burning plastic smell! At first I asked my wife what's burning. I noticed a stream of smoke going straight up from cigarette while other smoke from same cigarette kind of just lingered slowly! This smoke coming from cigarette going straight up was separate and going up much faster in a straight line than other smoke coming from cigarette and in one straight stream it seamed. Looked as though it was the glue line more or less. I buy my cigarettes from Darley pharmacy most always never had problem before. Didn't think it was glue but then again never happened before, at least the fourth years I've smoked. Couldn't smoke that cigarette? What's up with that? Darley pharmacy so address is. 111Darley Rd. I have had multiple sigarettes that fall apart.
The filter and the sigarettes are not connected. Really frustrating and money wasting.
It would seem like the product is missing something in the manufacturing processes as it's from multiple packs and not just one.

I would highly reccomend that the process be improved as its extremely frustrating from a consumer's point of view!

Baught a carton of pall mall xl bold a few days ago and they are less than fresh... tabaco is extremely dry tastes super harsh, break, and burn faster than i have ever seen... honestly i buy your cigareytes for the taste ans especially the xl bold cause they are normaly long smoking and taste great... but this carton is tje worst ove ever smoked and feel like i have been ripped off, i would like of know if there is any form of compensation possible like a free carton or somethong cause honestly im really dissapointed

I have been a smoker for many years and I just love the Pall Mall blue XL, but for the last 2 months I feel like I'm being ripped off with the price raise and poor quality of my brand . Every time I go buy a pack of smokes they are not fully packed to perfection ? Now as a buyer I feel the need to say something about this because like I said with the price raises and poor quality I truly feel I'm wasting my money ? Please be aware of this problem as I would love to enjoy a Pall Mall properly packed . THANKYOU

For the past three months every time I've bought cigarettes more than half the pack had a cut on the filter and broke apart while smoking. Just wanted you to be aware that this is happening. I've been smoking your cigarettes for years and find it unusual that his is happening. Maybe a quality control issue? Thanks for you help with solving this issue.

Hi there. I am based in gauteng, johannesberg. Everytime I buy a box of Pall Mall click on and at any store, I keep finding yellow blotches on the cigarettes! I feel this poor quality of the "new" look released a few weeks ago. Please advise as it looks like cigarettes have been wet and dried and then packaged! I have been a Pall Mall smoker for a long time and have never come across this problem!

I recently changed my address on pallmall USA website; which I have been a member of for several years now. Next time I went to the website, I was locked out. I called customer service, they said I was permanantly locked out of my account. When I asked why, they said they did not know and when I spoke to the supervisor, she did not know either. I asked for a number to which I might be able to find out what happened and she gives me a p o box to write to!
I called RJReynolds, the same thing. They had no ideas, nothing was written on the notes, and God forbid anybody go the extra mile to see if they could help me. I am not impressed. So much for customer loyalty!

I was quite amazed when i opened a new packet of pall mall tobacco to find a 2 inch piece of wire in my first pull of tobacco, if this was to go into my roll up it could of had serious consequences, this is a disgrace and would never like my name put to it makes you wonder what the hell am i smoking, please make sure this is put right
