Pai Electronics (I) Ltd / LG Washing Machine / Delay in Delivery and Delivery of Unsealed one

I have paid full amount for LG Washing Machine at Pai Electronics, Koramangala branch and assurance that item will be delivered by 7PM on that same day. I have waited till the night but there was no sign of delivery and even no phone call from Pai regarding the delivery.

So next day I have tried many times the numbers given on the receipt cover ( There waa no telephone number on the advance receipt given!!!), seems the phone was ringing but no body picks. So I took half day leave in office went all the way to the show room to ask about the delivery.

There was no answer for 'Why it was not delivered the item on the same day as promised?' and 'Why don't you atleast intimate the customer about the delivery, in case any delay etc.?'. He said just 'I'll deliver today'. Then I asked why there was no phone number on the receipt given. He said it wasa just a advance receipt, that's why there was no number on it. (Funny!!). Then I asked him why no body bothers to lift the phone when I tried the one given on receipt cover. He said that they generally attend all customer calls (they keep telling the same always). then afront I tried to call that number from my mobile, but there no ring at all from the phone exists there. he said there might be a loose connection. With his promise of delivery by EOD, I left the show room.

But as usual the item was not delivered on that day also. The next day I called (to the new number given)and shouted at him then he delived the item. In the evening when I went home and see the item, I found it's not sealed. Some small scratches appearing on the washing machine. I called up and asked why he could not deliver the sealed one. He said that's the usaual procedure they do. Further he is not responding about the replacement of sealed product.

I can summarise the issues here:
1. There were no phone numbers on the Advance receipt given. (No body picks the phone when you call the numbers given on the receipt cover)
2. Once you pay the amount the Sales person stands at the exit door (even we are standing inside to enquire some details about the delivery) . So when the customer reaches the exit door he gives the receipt and shows the way to go out!
3. No intimation from the Pai showroom about the delivery of the Item.
4. Pai electronics will send the unsealed product to the customer after several calls.
5. Customer will end in receiving the the product with scratches over it.
6. Pai Electronics don't respond about the query whether to replace the product.
7. Very bad and poor customer servcie.
8. Pai Electronics Koramangal branch gives the receipt, but the address on the receipt will be Indira Nagar show room.

    yes the same thing happened in our case too...we had a very bad experience regarding pai...worst customer service
