Packers Movers Directory review: Increasing complaints against packers movers companies 13

Hi Sir,

I have used the services of Manish Packers (http://www.manishpackersmoversindore.in/) to move my luggage from Banglore to Hyderabad.
They promised that my laggauge is delivered smoothly without any issue.But they have created following issues.

LR No: 4886

1.goods are not delivered intact
a.All electrical appliances like Fridge and Washing machine etc are damaged.
b.few glass items are broken
c.Valuble items worth 15000 imported wine bottles are missing.

2.few items worth 5000 are not yet delivered and keep on telling me that "Items will be delivered soon".

3.They collected money from me for Insurance of the goods and told that insurance bill will be give at the time of goods delivery.

Requesting for help in resolving the above issues.

I shifted my all house holds item, LED TV 46 inch, Refrigerator, Wishing machine, to Patna from Bangalore through Sanik Packers and Movers.

My LED TV 46 inch got damaged.

Sainik Packers and Movers also took money for Insurance but it was not done.
This company is refusing to pay any money for the damage.

I wish i read the reviews well before opting for GOWRISTAR MOVERS AND PACKERS. I dint, so im making sure i put my detail review so that no one else will fall in the problem and experience the mental torture i went through. I wanted to transport some household items from trivandrum to delhi. I happened to get quotes from various movers and packers and somehow i decided to go with this Ridiculous agency. I came in contact with an a**e H**e called RAJESH ([protected]). He apparently is the incharge of trivandrum and whole south and he was so very good initially. Very very prompt on responding even to ur miss calls and talks so professionally about transporting of the things that u actually end up believing it. he ends up getting things packed and has enough of stories about the difficulty he needs to face to transport items and he insists on full payment at boarding, its also written in their policy. I paid him full amount as per the deal. he promised and we were very clear on this that my goods will be delivered inside my house in delhi in first floor and i gave my address clearly. No other exra amount would be needed is what i was promised. I had to end up giving Rs 600 for the coolie people who loaded my stuff intrivandrum (that's fine cos those guys did work hard). After loading the stuff, this dirty idiots actual behavior comes into place. he dodges ur calls and it took 10days for the things to go out of trivandrum. I was promised that things would reach within 10 days to delhi and that was PROMISED on multiple occasions. I kept calling him to know the status of my things, everytime (when ever he accidentally attends my call) he used to say some excuse or other or says, it will go tomorrow and he again makes that fake PROMISES. Finally he obviously avoids ur calls and when ever i called him from a different number, however busy he is, he attends it VERY PROMPTLY, then again gives excuses as usual. Finally i got my things after 25 days. Then the new problem he creates by asking me to pay Rs. 2000/- more for transporting from godown to my home. He very arrogantly says (when i refused ) that if i cant pay, ill have to arrange my pickup from the godown myself. It was literally blackmailing me to get my stuff and pay him. This is the most horrible experience i had in my life. I wish i could file an fir against him, but i will surely be raising it in RTI. I rated 1 star only cos by God's grace, i got all my things safely in good condition but the mental torture and the hatred i and my family had to go through was well beyond any scope of forgiveness. Not everyone is bad. There is another person called santhosh, who is in ernakulam branch of this Gowri. He is a gentleman and deals it with some sense and not arrogance. But this guy rajesh is a dirty I***t. Sorry about the language but there is so much hatred for him. Please dont dont even try to take a chance with him from trivandrum. Only because there condition of transport is good, u might like to take chance with other area branches like ernakulam or north but never ever from trivandrum under the disgusting leadership of Rajesh. Plsssss Dont regret it. There are enough and more movers and packers in the country. God save u all.

I had an unsatisfied experience with Gowri Star packer and movers. During relocation they give wrong assurance on delivery date. Its been more than a week time for my goods to arrive. Still they are in there godown. When I tried to reach them. They never receive calls nor they give satisfactory answer on call. I have to call them from different numbers to reach them. They are totally unprofessional in this business. I don't know to whom should i approach for such issues and who is take action against such unprofessionals.

no., . I dont agree tht sai packer is a fraud company and it only manages from mumbai... There are no branches in delhi... The company in delhi was the fraud company .. It was been sued by the properietor of sai packers (mumbai) and now this delhi fraud company had shutted down..

i have send my household goods through OM CARGO PACKERS on 13 th of july 2012 from chennai to cochin stil i have not received my goods few days passed the date they promise to delivered

I have send some house hold articles from Delhi -Udaipur through a packers and movers named Global International packers and movers, Goods were send on 14th march11, but till date they have not delivered the same and they don’t give proper response.
Till Date i have made around 100 Calls to them, but no response.
I would like to lodge a complaint against this Fraud packers and movers

This complaint is regarding Sai Packers & Movers Shop No.332, Poll No.136, Station Road, Bharthal, Dwarka, Sector-26, New Delhi-77, phone: 011-[protected]. We shifted from Delhi to Bangalore and called up Justdial.com for phone numbers of Packers and Movers in Delhi. One Mr. Vijender Singh gave his quotation on behalf of Sai Packers and Movers that seemed to be Cheaper than other competitors and Hence we selected them. Vijender also promised that the consignment will reach in 6 days from the date of booking to Bangalore. The payment terms were to pay 60% in Delhi and 40% in Bangalore. On 23rd of September the 3 workers from Sai Packers and Movers came with packing materials. Right from the start they were very harsh and were not listening to any of our suggestions. After packing some materials for 3-4 hours, finally they said there are not enough cartons and brown sheets to pack the remaining materials. Remaining materials contained a Big Showcase, Sofa Set (One 3 seater and 2 single seaters), Dining table and its 4 chairs, cot head and tail & few kitchen materials. They were extremely short pf packing materials and that irritated us. When I shouted, they said Vijender's uncle passed away and hence they didnt have the proper communication from his as he was on leave. Since Vijender was on leave, we had to Contact Kothari in Dwarka office, Delhi (Boss of Vijender). As I am very week in Hindi I requested my neighbor to speak to him and Mr. Kothari requested us to believe them and said they will complete the remaining packing in their godown. With no other option we agreed to send it on Consignment no. LR 705.

But to my surprise, he asked me to pay 80% of the amount, although the agreement initially was for 60-40. I got worried and said I will not send the goods. After 1 hour of shouting, he finally agreed for 60-40 payment. The consignment included my bike CT 100 and a scooty for which they forgot to take the copies of the RC book in the confusions and arguments. Next day I called up Mr. Kothari with the help of my Aunt (as i dont speak hindi) to check if they need the RC book copies are required or not. He requested me to send the copies scanned to vijendrasanghwan@gmail.com. I sent the copies and later realized that the bike and scooty has not been included in the consignment copy given to us. When checked, kothari said there is no problem and it will reach.

After 10 days from the date of booking the consignment, there was no update on where our goods were lying. There was no proper contact number available for Bangalore as the number given seemed to be wrong. So we contacted Chennai office to get the number for Bangalore. When called in that number on 28th, the person had told the consignment will be reaching on 29th. But till 30th no updates from them and the Bangalore person is not bothering to attend to our calls. So i requested my friend in Delhi to contact Mr. Kothari. He called Kothari and shouted at him for the status and Kothari said he will speak to the driver to know the status. Hence my friend requested for the Drivers number so that we can contact him directly. Now, another shock. The Number given ([protected]) is Mr. Kothari's alternative number mentioned in his visiting card. Shaken and shocked I called up the HO number mentioned in the consignment on 1st of Oct and spoke to Mr Vinod. He said the number is of Kothari Packers and Movers and Sai Packers and Movers is a part of it. As I requested, Vinod said he will give check for the status and update me about the same. Mr. Vinod, the only person who took some responsibility called me after an hour and informed that the consignment is on the way and will reach on Tuesday the 5th of October for sure. But till date(6th Oct, 2010), I have not received the consignment. Now the update is that my goods without my consent was given to South India Packers & movers for consignment and the lorry reached Bangalore only today (Again no Guarantee that it has reached). Not ready to believe all these things I lodged a police complaint in Delhi through my colleague. When the police contacted Mr. Vijender today evening, he confirmed that the consignment will reach by 8 pm. Now it is 8:30 PM and the only update I have got from Mr. Vinod is that the consignment will be delivered tomorrow morning. The story has only continued.

1. Whether the goods will reach us or not
2. Whether the consignment will have our bike and scooty
3. Since the materials were not packed properly, we doubt whether it will reach us safe and without breakages.
4. Is Sai Packers and Movers a day light robber
The goods may still reach us, but it is already 15. Nevertheless, this company doesn't bother for its customers and I would highly recommend not to select Sai Packers and Movers for any its services.

I have a complaint againts Trans International, Packers and Movers, Hyderabad. I had sent a dining table from hyderabad to banglore and i was told that it will be delivered in 3 days. Its been a month and it has not yet reached there. There has been no commnication from the P&M regarding whereabouts of the goods, must say, no professionalism at all...When we call, our phone calls are ignored on purpose...Once we could get a chance to talk to them, we were told that table top is missing. Now it seems they have retrieved it, but they are not ready to deliver it to our house and taling to us in a harsh manner. We have been totally agasted by the rude behaviour of the personell of Trans International... If you want to have a peaceful life... NEVER SELECT TRANS INTERNATIONAL for moving your items...

I have had the biggest lost of my life. All my furniture is damaged & even some articles have been stolen from boxes. All credit to ALL INDIA PACKERS & MOVERS. Worst packer I have ever experienced

my household goods is still not delivered after paying full n final at the time of loading in bangalore on 19th oct, m waiting n again and again calling these people to do it soon. we living here in kolkata without anything, just buying n spending money on necessary things and bcos of all this m also having health problems. wat shud i do now?

i hav a cmplaint against sharmapackers and movers bangalore that they have loaded our things on 19th oct from bangalore and promised us to give us it on 2nd nov in kolkata. after taking full payment at the time of loadingthey hav not provided our things till date.
we r really suffering a lot coz of it n they r ot even giving us any exact date on which they will deliver the households, now wat shud we do...
its really a great prob for us living here without anything with us and spending money for food and stay outside...
