Pacific Travel and Services / It turned out that the agent has no idea who was traveling and there was no name on the ticket
We have purchased a ticket for plane through Pacific Travel and Services. The lady receptionist said that she would book the ticket for the plane through the system, but 3 weeks before the flight we should contact them and confirm the booking. We got the ticket and after 3 weeks we couldn’t reach these guys. We called and left messages. 5 days before the flight the lady replied and said that she didn’t have any details of the person, who was travelling. How is it possible?
