About 3 weeks ago they blocked my account, as they didn't beleive I was using my own bank account and basically accused me of fraud. I have sent them pictures which they have asked for of my passport and bank card to which i was not to happy to do. I email them nearly every day about this matter and only get an automated reply saying wait 24-48 hours. I,ve only received one reall email saying please be patient about this matter. I have said to them if they dont beleive I am who i say i am to just reimberse the account and it is only over the matter of $50. To which i have only about $6 left on it.
I was just wondering what i can do to just get my money back and never use there site again.
Thanks
Martin

I opened an account with Pacific Poker in Oct 2017 in response to a promotional email on the first deposit bonus and thought that it was a pretty decent offer. The promotional details are listed on it's website [http://www.pacificpoker.com/en/promotions/all-promotions--7, 1.htm] and here is what it says:

"make a first deposit of $100 and you’ll get $25 immediately (so you’ll see $125 in your bankroll). Pick up the remaining $75 as soon as you collect 750 Bonus Points."

There was no mention of a fine print condition that the 750 points have to be achieved within 30 days and this was exactly what they brought up when I asked about the 75% deposit bonus.

I think Pacific Poker (888.com) is an absolute con and a fraudulent company aimed at deceiving the majority of consumers (who can't be bothered reading every single term & condition line by line.

I have since closed my account with them and would like to warm all potential customers out there to be wary of Pacific Poker's sneaky tactics!
