As per e-mail received from( Ivette Sanchez ) Director of Customer Relations EXP impirinted on SCAR CREAM bottle sent by them is EXPORTATION DATE. Ivette sanchez thank you for your email, however the product the product that we sent you is not expired. This date that you see is exportation date, this is a new batch that we received recently. Ivette s. Director of customer relations to: yvette it's not coded as "exportation date" ; it is expiration date.
How come a manufacturer will ever imprint that to products and will ever know the date to export what he had manufactured?
Please have it check properly with your government and FDA too. Don't give us a crap ideas please.
Kindly send me the NON-EXPIRED REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS at NO-COST on my part.

I ordered a product for a 1 time deal. I have since been receiving products I did not order and they are charging my credit card. I have made several attempts to contact the company to return the product. My hold time has been over 1 hour the or more the times I tried to call. They state you need to contact them for a return authorization code but they WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. This is ridiculous!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was charged for product I did not receive.
Unable to cancel after several attempts. They keep charging my credit card under the name Claim Discounts. BS! I have emailed, tried calling (which no one answers...EVER) and complained via the BBB.

I just got off the phone with my bank. I ordered a trail for $4.95 nd then got calls and emails which were to say the least annoying. I then told them never to solicit me atain. When the prodcut came, it did not work. I asked when I ordered if there was an auto ship attached to this and they said no so epain to me why at 1 and 3 am they charged my card for two products I did not order. I will also call the Burbank Police and have them sew why they think it is okay to screw people.
Next on to Yelp the Better Business Bureau and when they open Consumer Protection Bureau so all those who are upset with this bullship conpany take the matter to the next level and get the authorities on board that will be their worst nightmare.

I ordered Revitol Cream from you with Order Number: [protected] last December 28, 2015. Today, January 18, 2016 I recieved the products but unforunately what you had sent to me are 2 pcs of "EXPIRED PRODUCTS" - EXP DATE: 12/15
Please send me the NON-EXPIRED products and kindly let me have as well your direct e-mail address for me to send you the photos of the expired items as I can't attached the photos here. Hoping to receive the REPLACED NON-EXPIRED products soon.
I have returned and cancelled 2 products for refund money but apparently I have had hard time to get my money back. Horrible customer service, the worst of the worst scam ever! I will never order any products from this company again...from Canada!
This company has literally ripped off HUNDREDS of people-now I'm on that list. The BBB can't do much. Please help by filing a complaint with The State of California Attorney General's Office. You can do this online by going to their website.
Pacific naturals is indeed a scam. I ordered the revitol "free sample" for my father. All of the sudden I get charged with a fee for another cream. I called them and told them I didn't want any further shipments to which they said they would do and that they would give me a partial refund. While I wasn't happy with the partial refund idea, I agreed. But not only did they not issue a refund as they promised, but they charged me twice for two other shipments for which I had no products to account for. They overdrew my checking account. So now I must pay for overdraft charges. I called them and they didn't pick up. They have a voice-mail set up that you can't leave messages on. I called my bank to dispute the charges. I am praying that this gets resolved. Meanwhile I cancelled my debit card to prevent more fraudulent charges. PLEASE BEWARE AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
I have reported this company to Credit Card Fraud and been advised that an investigation is ongoing and charges should be laid very soon. When these charges are laid, the company will no longer be able to ship or bill until court proceedings are over.
My bank is refuting all charges from them except the original purchase which I have received and am satisfied with. N.B.: The Credit card company/Bank knew all the details. All I had to give them was the name Pacific Naturals. Too bad they are greedy and cant be satisfied with the proceeds from the sale of their excellent products.
I'm afraid I have suffered the same issues and aggravation with this "company"! Thought I was ordering one cheap sample, then all of a sudden very substantial charges were coming off my credit card, and long before any product arrived! When I managed to track down the phone number, had to call several times to be able to actually speak with someone as their phone line is terrible. Finally did get through, spoke with someone fairly helpful (Idna or Edna?) who was able to accurately recount the details of my account, including that I had cancelled any further orders. I informed I was sending everything back and she gave me an 18 digit return number to put on the packages and said my credit card would be reimbursed. Here's hoping!
I ordered the free Revitol and was immediately charged $4.99 for the free sample plus $5.98 shipping. I tried to cancel my order but got a message that it had been submitted and was already in the process of being shipped. Received the order 9 days later, so then called the [protected]. The phone was answered immediately and I told them I wanted to cancel any further shipments. They asked my why and I told them I really didn't like being charged for a free sample. They said "no problem". I asked for a conformation of the cancellation and received it immediately. It was a learning lesson and feel fortunate that it went well with me. I'll never order any more free samples.
Well, I ordered from a $5.00 per bottle to sample ad, got the first one order to the two bottle set, and the second came in at $45.00 so did not order this - also sent them an e-mail saying to cancel the $5.00 bottle. It came anyway, and a second just came at $75.00 . Both of the phone numbers are registering busy. So will visit my bank tomorrow and just cancel my credit card - may not be another way. I will try the return thing, but won't hold my breath, but will also have a conversation with the credit card company to stop payment in the second one and see if they will support me on this.
This has become a common practice-committing people to three months (or more) to be cancelled if the customer chooses later), and many buyers are being discouraged from purchasing anything from the internet. YES!

Never authorized any purchases - paid for initial trial - they charged (dept) my acct. and refuse to credit. I never authorized these charges. Last month is was Euro 79.95 - I called them and they said they can't credit my acct.
