Absolutely horrible service
I remember the times when this company used to be great. What happened? I don't know, but I am extremely disappointed. I have never had problems with them until this year. I ordered 5 or 6 times and every single time I had issues with my orders.
Two times I waited forever for them to arrive, one time I needed them to refund and it also took a long time, they lost three THREE orders. So I have never received them. It's a refund time again and I am sure it will be tough... :(

Hello. I have ordered a game key from www.ozgameshop.com website and it took them two day to send me one. I don't know why it took so long, but anyways I was happy to get the key.
When I tried to use it I received a screen stating that my key was already used. I contacted Ozgameshop customer service to get some help, but they said that wasn't possible. They said that I need to try again and there was something wrong with my PC. What a joke. They never helped me! Of course I tried to use the key again but it gave me nothing. Avoid!
They wrote incorrect postcode on parcel
I have no idea how it has happened, but the company www.ozgameshop.com wrote wrong postcode on mu parcel. I gave my address and it was correct, but later these people provided the invoice and there was wrong address already. I emailed them and told to change the address, but rep was confused and replied that the order was sent already. It was nightmare to deal with them. Please, don’t buy from these people.
