My name is Janet Battey [protected]-2390 I bought a car from Owen Motor in Feburary 2008. I was told at the time I purchased the car that if I kept my payments in good standing I graduate from weekly payments to bi-weekly and then to monthly payments, which I have done. I have never been late with a payment and when I moved from Florida to Arizona I went to the office advised them of the move and was told that it was not a problem since I had great credit history with them. Since that time I have constantly been called, written and even told that I was behind in my payment. I have advised all at this business that I have been given permission by Bernadette and Pat that monthly payments have been approved. I have answered every call which occur's weekly or bi-weekly and told everyone that I have talked to about this. I talked to Pat about the problem and he told me he would check into the problem and call me back. I gave him two numbers to contact me at and still received no call back from him, or anyone else at this company. I always get the same response someone here is not doing their job, and I am tired of this company constantly writting or calling me. I would like to file a complaint at this time and get these harassing phone calls stopped. If I could afford it I would take this car back and turn it in. If they have filed a bad credit report in anyway on my history I will take steps in what every way I can. My credit is not the best but I am working hard to correct this and this company is being unfair to me.
