Overnight Ink / Customer Service
I intended to order a small toner cartridge online from these people, and somehow an additional large toner cartridge got onto the order without my knowledge. Maybe I fat-fingered a website button, I don't know, but when the package came and I saw this unwanted large cartridge I called them to ask them how they would like me to return it. The woman on the phone basically told me I was stuck with it. I could pay more in shipping and restocking fees to send it back than it already cost me to have already paid for this unwanted item, so I'm SOL. This is no way to do business. I'll never order from these people again, of course...I hope they enjoy the 60 dollars they made off me, cause they just lost a customer. Lets see...where else online can I badmouth these people...so many options!
