outsurnace / Claims process and bad service
Outsurnace does not get back to you if they have two clients claiming against each other. Even escalating to the manager of Claims and heir internal legal department get you no where. They will represent the counterparty against each other and renaig on paying the claims. Trying to phone them back is worthless as you can not speak to the manager (even after he promised to phone back) but never does. They take messages for the legal staff but they have too many and do not get back to you either. Over a month and no repsonce or resolution.
