Outlet Nutrtion / Have NOT received products after 3 months!
I initially placed my order for health "products" from this company on january 30th. When I had not received the product by 2/10/2009, I attempted to call them, but found it difficult to speak with a "real" person. They have recorded messages saying they are experiencing "high call volume" and to leave a message, but THEN the mailbox is FULL. It is NOT possible to leave a message. I emailed them and received notification that my ITEMS were "back-ordered" BUT would be shipped out as soon as they were received from the manufacturer. When I had STILL not received products on 3/09/2009, I emailed again and was told that the items were still backordered and they simply had no control over this. Finally, they sent me 3 of the 22 items that I ordered. I was told that the OTHER items would SHIP as soon as they received them in their "warehouse"... On 3/27 when I emailed them again, I was informed the items were still backordered and they apologized for the delay. I attempted to be very patient and tolerant with this company and expected them to deliver the products that I paid for the end of january. On 4/29/2009 I was informed via email that the items would ship out on May 12th. I THEN told them to refund my money to my paypal account and simply cancel the order. I felt fairly CERTAIN I would have been informed on May 12th that the items were STILL on backorder. NOW this company is nearly impossible to reach via phone [protected]. I have reported them to paypal and we are working on resolution. I lived thru Katrina and have learned many valuable lessons, but I do NOT feel this company should be allowed to operated in this unethical and fraudulent manner. Please help me expose them so that other people do NOT become victims of their manipulations. Thank You so much!
