Outdoors Onlineyeti's ordered 9/2016 for christmas gifts

I ordered 2 yeti's on 9/2/2016. I received an immediate order confirmation email and order number. After multiple phone calls and emails I received an email from Dianne Tiffany ( a CS rep) on November 4, 2016 stating that "the tracking information has yet to be updated by the carrier but rest assured your order is currently in transit with a delivery time of 10-15 days. No subsequent emails or calls have been responded to.
I have given up hope of receiving products and would like my money back.
