Outdoors Online yeti 20 ounce powder coated cup pink

I ordered two cups but still to this day have not received the hot pink 20 ounce powder coated yeti rambler cup for $29.99 the order was placed 11/27/2016 and the order number is 68716. I have tried to email the company and my emails just get returned stating that the email address is incorrect. This was supposed to be a christmas gift for my niece. I am very frustrated. All I want is the cup. If this cant be done, please issue me a refund. My order is below:

And beware - I was also warned some of these counterfeiters are using TOXIC metals in the production of their FAKE Yetis!

Report to the IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Bureau) and also the FTC. Also file a report with YETI in Austin [protected]. They are actively pursuing these counterfeiters. Unfortunately, they evidently scam people and then shut down that website and move on to the next one!

REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

Check out the other people scammed on youtube.com! It is horrific! They call them "FETIS". UGH!

Outdoors Online 30 oz powder coated yeti

I ordered a tiffany blue 30oz yeti on December 14th, 2016. Order # 86045 and never received. It's now June 5th, which is beyond frustrating. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. I've emailed many of times wondering where my order is or demanding a refund. No one has ever emailed me back. I want to speak with someone on the phone, but the phone is always busy. I just want my money back.

Order was never received, although the money was pulled from my visa card.
While trying to make an inquiry, I find that the web site is no longer valid and that numerous complaints have been filed with the BBB. I would like to get my money back or the product I ordered from Camping and Fishing Outlet. My next option will be to contact Visa to get a refund, but is not my first choice in resolving this matter.

I ordered two yeti powdered coated cup so back in December of 2016, my credit card got charged but I never received my cups. It is now may. So you can understand my frustration. Order number 91850. 57.98$ spent and absolutely nothing was sent to me. I'd appreciate either my yetis I ordered or my money back. I read articles saying some people have been refunded but I have not been.

Outdoors Online I placed an order december 2016 for yeti products

My credit card was charged and my merchandise was never shipped. I contacted them almost weekly. At first I was told my items were back ordered, then in stock but my order was never processed to ship. Eventually my emails were no longer answered. I requested a refund and that never happened either. On only 2 ocassions did I speak to a live person and was told that my order would be processed soon as they received the products but they were experiencing more orders than expected

Outdoors Online yeti rambler 30oz

I placed an order for the Yeti Rambler and Lid on March 14. I submitted payment through Amazon Pay and the charge went through immediately. This should have alerted me, but it was the first time I was using Amazon Pay so I wasn't sure. I received an email shortly after saying the lid was out for shipment but that the Rambler was "out of stock" and they would let me know when it was available. It has now been 2 months and I have not received anything. I have tried contacting the company through email on Apr 24 and got no response. I recently submitted a ticket online and also have gotten no response, even though the website says they typically respond in 24 hours. It's been 5+ days at this point. There is no phone number listed anywhere on the site and the live online chat button does not work. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company so hopefully that will help me get my money back. I saw the exact mug at a local sporting goods store so I will buy it there instead once I get my money back. DO NOT SHOP at this site. Not sure if it's a scam or not, but something is not right.

Outdoors Online yeti cup order

I Made an order to outdoorsonline 11/2016 and still I received nothing. I chatted with the online service several times and they kept telling me it was gonna be shipped soon. Then they took that off the website and I sent several emails and nothing. They took my money and won't answer my emails and there's no phone number. I don't know what else to do. Please help.

Outdoors Online yeti camo tumbler

I ordered the camo yeti tumbler on Dec 5 for 29.99 for a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged but I never received the cup. I called them on Dec 15 inquiring about it and was told the wearhouse was out of stock but should receive it by Christmas. I did not! I called again on January 12 and was told I would receive it soon that it was being shipped with "prioritized shipping..". Today is April 22 and still no yeti tumbler. I have tried to call the number I have and apparently it is no longer a working number. Go figure!

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler, lid, handle and tactical flashlight

I never received my order that I placed January 1, 2017. I emailed several times, with no reply to date.
I called the toll free number and got a recorded message that the number had been disconnected or changed... I paid in full for my merchandise and cannot get anywhere! Horrible company! Below is the physical location of the business, their website and the phone number that is disconnected. I also posted pictures of my order, an email of confirmation. As I stated above, I have received no response, nor my merchandise to date (April 22, 2017). This is pathetic!

Outdoors Online cancelled my order and never got a refund/ ordered a blue yeti and got a purple one

i placed an order for a pink yeti in september 2016 and then saw ad for a tiffany blue yeti in october 2016. cancelled 1st order and requested a refund and ordered the blue yeti. in january 2017 got a purple yeti in the mail from china. they told me to send it back and i would have to pay for shipping.

i am still waiting for my refund. april 2017. they dont respond back by phone or email and BBB cant even get ahold of them.

Outdoors Online never received my cup!

This is turning a complete joke. I placed an order on 1/1/2017 I STILL have not received my cup! On Feb7th I was told I would get it in 5 to 8 business days. 8 days went by and NO CUP! Then again on 2/27 I was told I would again receive my cup in 5 to 8 business days. It has been 30 days later and STILL NO CUP!IT is now 4/19/2017 and still no cup and no answer on where my cup is

REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

Outdoors Online yeti rambler powder coated tumbler in purple.

I ordered this tumbler on March 16, 2017 . I still haven't received it. Then on April 5, 2017 I asked for the status of it and said I would take a different color. It is order #OT4481T. They said they usually respond to comments within 24 hours. It's been 7 days and 7 hours since submitting my comment. I either want the tumbler or a refund. I received the lid but no tumbler.

Just to let you know-I ordered a cup back on December 1st and still do no have it. You may want to try to get your money back. Just saying.

Outdoors Online yeti paid for but still not received

After finding this site and reading the numerous complaints, I see that I, too, am a victim of a scam artists. On March 9, I saw an ad on Facebook and ordered a 20 oz. Yeti rambler powder coated purple cup and lid. In a few days, I received the lid, but still no cup. I hope these ### burn in hell for cheating innocent people out of their hard earned money.

Outdoors Online yeti products

I was also taken in by the Yeti tumbler ad by this company. After many attempts to contact them about not receiving the order - and being told that it was ready to ship in the next 5-8 days, I contacted YETI directly. I was told that this company and the previous two names that this company has used were not YETI distributors and had never been one. They took my information to include links to the site and a copy of my order. I was told that the information would be turned over to the brand protection team and I was thanked for providing the information. I then decided to contact Shopify the platform that supports their website. I informed them that these companies were marketing YETI tumblers - yet not authorized dealers of YETI. I asked if they were aware they were supporting a company selling counterfeit products and in many cases they were taking the money but not delivering on the products. They asked for links and a copy of my order invoice. I provided the requested information and they said they would be investigating but due to legal restrictions they could not provide any updates to me. I have kept a watch on the site and I am happy to say that they are not marketing YETI products any longer. The items that are still on the site as accessories for YETI now show the YETI markings covered with "made to fit YETI." I may have lost out on about $25 but I feel somewhat vindicated that they had to remove the "YETI" items which were obviously making them money!

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler

Order a Yeti Tumbler on March 15, 2017 and am yet to receive it. They charged my card immediately. I have blowed there email up with no response! Tried calling and always a busy signal. Have done the online chat and they come back and tell me the it will be a minute and it goes straight to their email. I have lost $40! Someone needs to shut this place down...immediately!

Outdoors Online online glacier tumbler

I placed an order for a Glacier Tumbler nearly $25.00 on Feb 27, 2017 The amount was deducted immediately after the order was sent. I received an email confirming the order. After 2 weeks I email the support department, getting an automatic reply that my request had been received and someone will contact me in next 24-48 hours. No one contacted me. This has happened 2 additional times. Never have I heard one response from them. I know $25 isn't much to a lot of people, but it is to me And they have my credit card info and who knows what they are capable of.

Outdoors Online yeti handle and tumbler handle accessory kit

I placed an order with Outdoors Online on 25 Dec 2016 for a pink handle for 30 oz Yeti Rambler Cup $9.99 and Tumbler Handle Accessory Kit 30 oz Yeti, Cup Holder $29.98. I received an email confirmation with an order number. It stated my order was received and would ship. January 20, 2017 I called and left a message on their voice mail. Same for January 23rd and 26th. I have sent probably 5 emails with no response. No one ever answers the phone. It either rings busy or you get a voice mail. Messages never returned. Emails get no response. I can find no recourse to get a refund. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!
