Ordered on 12/18 card charged immediately. Today, Jan. 10 no order. Only way to reach someone is to sit on Chat for 45 minutes. Per Robin, MJ and
Paul (probably the same loser person each time) I was told "delay 5-8 days". Oh and when I asked for a refund it was "problem with payment processor". But Im sure not incoming payments right?
Losers, Loser company stay away. Pursue with your cc company. I did today and they are doing a charge back. Hope the time that was wasted on my $30.99 order was worth it for them because I will be getting my money back.
STAY AWAY.
