Outdoors Online 5 leak proof lids for yeti tumblers

On December 2, 2016, I placed an order for:
1 pink leakproof lid for 30 oz tumbler
1 pink leakproof lid for 20 oz tumbler
1 red leakproof lid for 20 oz tumbler
1 black leakproof lid for 20 oz tumbler
1 blue leakproof lid for 20 oz tumbler

The total amount charged to my credit card was $49.95. It is now March 20, 2017. I have contacted numerous times and have been told that the items are being shipped in 5-8 days each time. Now the web page is down. My order number is 74713.

And beware - I was also warned some of these counterfeiters are using TOXIC metals in the production of their FAKE Yetis!

Report to the IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Bureau) and also the FTC. Also file a report with YETI in Austin [protected]. They are actively pursuing these counterfeiters. Unfortunately, they evidently scam people and then shut down that website and move on to the next one!

REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

Outdoors Online all yeti products - do not purchase from them

I too, was taken by the ad prior to christmas about the yeti tumblers. After paying and not receiving my order and attempting multiple times to get answers, I read several boards to discover that this seems to be the norm. Do not order from them or fishingandhikingoutlet. com or outdooroutlet. com. I spoke with a representative from yeti and they are not affiliated with any of these companies. The person I spoke with is forwarding the information to their brand protection folks. Report to the bbb and the ftc.

Outdoors Online yeti glass

I ordered a 20 ounce Yeti glass and lid on December 9, 2016, from a website called Outdoors Online. The price for the glass and lid was $39.98, which was deducted from my checking account on December 11, 2016. As of today, March 17, 2017, I have not received my order. I called the telephone number listed on my bank statement, but that number is not in service.

Outdoors Online yeti cup 30 oz

I ordered a yeti cup 30 oz on December 9th 2016 for 29.99 the money was taken out of my account right away but to this day-March 16, 2017 I have not received the product. I have e-mailed them over 10 times asking for my money back because they cannot provide me with my order. I have not received a response. I have tried to chat with them to no avail. I have tried to call-with no response. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. My order number is 80409. I just want my money back at this point. The original order was for a lid and a handle and the cup, well I received the handle and the lid but never the cup. the couple of times I did reach their customer support I was always told that the cup was going to be shipped in 5-8 days and that was months ago! They never had any intention of shipping me my cup. This company website should be taken down. Joy Miranda

Outdoors Online everything

I ordered 3 spill proof lids, 2 yeti tumblers, and a pack of straws for right at 100 dollars on 12/31/16... A 100 dollars later and almost 3 months I still have received nothing! I check my order status no luck... The money was taken out of my account and I don't think I will ever receive my products they were intended to be birthday present for friends of mine ... I'm very upset and would like my money back...

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler not received in 12 weeks

On December 26, 2016 at approximately 12:10 AM California time I purchased the yeti Tumblr and two different lids for the cup. I have emailed and called about not receiving my yeti Tumblr. I paid $44.48 and it's been almost 3 months that is also 12 weeks and not received a response or my product.
At this point I am assuming the outdoor online company who sold it to me that is their name I took screenshots from the beginning of my purchase to the end of my purchase as evidence as well as my bank statement showing I used my debit card which I have not been refunded for either and I can show that as well. If I do not receive my product or a refund in the next seven days I will be filing my own lawsuit as I see by doing a Google search other people have filed a group lawsuit and said that this was a scam which I will be joining that as well but I will be reporting this to my bank to refund the money, to the police for petty theft, which then with the screenshots, documented emails, documented recorded phone calls on my end, and the banks statement as well as the police report taking this to court for my money and for damages as well as interest and time, along with pain and suffering add it in because I am fully disabled and having to take this to court is a huge inconvenience for me having to actually get out of bed have my caregiver take me to court and prepare all of this I have no problem doing that but it will be added onto the lawsuit unless my item is received in the next seven days. Are use Amazon on a daily basis and I receive some items the very next day and two days at the latest so demanding my item be sent in seven days is generous and far beyond reasonable at this point. It is no longer acceptable to have my money stolen and I've not received the product in 12 weeks. I am sure the outdoor online company doesn't want to turn a $40 order into a several thousand dollar lawsuit and small claims court were in California a lawyer or paralegal is not allowed to defend them just a clerk or staff member and they are researched before they set foot in court when the judge makes everybody go out into the hall and attempt to mediate it before going in front of the judge we research who the person is and their position with the company and if they are found to be of legal, paralegal or lawyer background the judges notified of this fraud and an immediate win for the plaintiff is awarded. Unless this company wants to have this go this far I suggest they make contact immediately by phone to [protected] my cell number of 19 years and in advance notification all calls will be recorded for legal and police reporting purposes or you can email me at [protected]@sbcglobal.net an email of 18 years or an email of 11 years at [protected]@gmail.com
I am fully disabled and protected under all ADA Accommodations as well as the laws it includes from 1976 Acts and foreword, should I need their attorney for fraud and petty theft to get this scam resolved.

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler

I just like everyone else placed an order for a yeti 30oz tumbler on Nov 28.
I have tried multiple times to get a hold of a representative. I got threw on their live chat told me the item was on back order but was back in stock and it would be shipped 5-8 business days. After another month i emailed them stating i never got my order or the email saying it was processed they said it was on back order but is now in stock again and would be shipped in 3-8 business days. Its been 2 weeks and now their website is no longer available imagine that...

This company is the WORST! I placed an order for lids, holders and straws and never received my order. I have contacted them several times and they keep telling me that the order was out of stock back then, but is now in stock and will take 5-8 business days. Outdoors Online never received order

I placed an order for two Yeti cups on December 6th, 2016. Money was taken out of my account immediately, but as Os this date, March 11, 2017, I have not received them. I have tried to use their chat option online, but it always says their are many people ahead of me. I tried calling the phone number with no success at all. Couldn't get a person. When I would go online to check on the order it said it was being processed. I did get an order number.

Ordered 30oz. Tumbler, straws, and lid. Got straws and lid, no tumbler. Ordered in Nov. Got straws and lid 1/9/16. Wonder if anyone would be interested In Class action law suit. I know an attorney who will take case if we have enough people.. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. Let's no let them get away with it even though its a !little amount of money.

Outdoors Online non received yeti tumbler

Yeti tumbler purchased 12/15/16 credit card was billed, but item not received. When I contacted them on 12/24 was assured it had "been shipped, but with holiday mail must be delayed"

When it still had not been received 1/05/17 I contacted company and never received reply, I have since left multiple emails and phone messages, never hearing back. Item still showing order processing when I put in my order number.

I purchased 3 - 30oz colored yeti products which never came. Numerous calls and only one vendor talked to Chin Li who kinda stated these items just became in stock and would be out in 5-7 days please check the email shipment advisory. Filed with my CC provider for fraud awaiting return of pmt. Since numerous complaints and BBB "F" rating as expected.

Outdoors Online items not shipped

I placed two separate orders with outdoors online. Both back in December 2016. They were supposed to be Christmas presents. I received two of the three cups from one order and the handles. I have not received the other cup yet. My second order I placed I have not received a thing. I spend almost $200 total and only have half my order. I have emailed the customer service email multiple times and got a response once. They stated that my one order was partially shipped, which was true, and the other items would be shipped that week. They were not shipped that week, and I am
Still waiting for another email in response to my orders. It has been almost 3 months since I placed my order. I am very disappointed. I asked for my money back and didn't get a response. I hope legal action is taken because it looks like everyone who orders from this site gets screwed over.

I also ordered a Yeti tumbler and a handle as a Christmas gift for my Father-in-Law on December 10th of 2016. After several calls ( of which only one was I able to speak to a live person ), a long chat session with "Van", several chat sessions in which I was disconnected or the customer service rep left the conversation, and several emails that were never answered, I was finally told that my order was being processed "as we speak" and I should receive it within a matter of a few days, I did finally get a package from them. ONLY THE LID came and I have never received the Yeti tumbler that I paid thirty bucks for and it has been over 3 months ! VERY unhappy and dissatisfied ! Horrible customer service...I believe that this company must have a SCAM operation going. I also demanded a refund at which time I was told that they could not give me a refund because my order was supposedly on its way...Yet another lie ! People who thrive off of innocent customers by lying and stealing their money make me sick, not to mention very angry ... Absolutely infuriated in Alabama

So they took payment out of best friend account he purchased it for me Christmas gift and have yet to receive it. Called and no one seems to answer no emails nothing. Worst business I've received. Then called and they said they would ship a bunch a couple weeks agoband mines was included and never got it. I would never recommend this to anyone . My manager did and she regrets it

Outdoors Online 2 leakproof lids and 6 pc. s. s. straws

I placed my order 86799 for 2 leakproof lids and 6 pc. stainless steel straw set for 30 oz yeti on Dec. 15, 2016. My visa charged at that time. Inquired several times through email, FB and phone calls. No response. Actually, got through one time on the phone but could barely hear "Vince" who told me my order was shipped that day "from somewhere in the U.S.", that was 6 weeks ago. Complaint filed w/ BBB. BBB has contacted them several times w/ no results.

Outdoors Online yeti ramblers - money gone, cups never received

I placed an order for 4 yeti ramblers (Various colors) and four closable lids on 12/13/16. I received a confirmation email and the funds were taken immediately from my account. I emailed back asking for a shipping update and to change the shipping address on my order on 12/19. After over 25 attempts to contact the company via live chat, phone, email and contact links, I finally was contacted back on january 4th. I responded and received a response back on jan 8th, letting me know my order would ship in 5-8 business days. When I received a shipping update on 1/11, only the lids were shipping and I had a message saying my cups were out of stock. Since my order was originally for christmas, and we were far beyond that date, I emailed again asking to cancel the rest of my order and have the funds returned. Believe it or not, I got no response. After more than 20 more emails, calls, and messages, I still have not heard back. It is now march 1st. I still have zero yeti cups in my possession, and I have not received a refund.

Outdoors Online yeti tumblers

I placed an order and December 17, 2016 and received an order confirmation at that time. That is the last time I have heard from this company. Their phone is always busy, their chat is always tied up and Their helpdesk hasn't replied. I spent over $100 in their store and I'm supposed to have free shipping but I have no idea if I'm going to get this order or if they've stolen my money. This is not the way you do business. If there is a hold up let the customer know. I am disgusted with this company and will never order from them again. I just hope I can get my money back or finally get those yetis.

Outdoors Online tiffany blue yeti 20oz rambler

I placed my order on 12/29/16. Received some odd email with my info. The receipt was a different company name!?! I noticed that they charged me for shipping when I was not supposed to be, since I fulfilled the total amount spent. I went on their page and did the 24/7 chat, because they overcharged me for shipping. So Andrew told me they would refund me my money and my confirmation number was my order number. I never received an email or my refund for shipping. I waited a few weeks thinking with the holidays thinking this would have been the reason for the delay, naturally. On January 15, 2017, I tried to call with no answers, during normal business hours. I left a message (that was never returned). Finally, I logged into the chat, again and spoke with Ray. He told me my refund was never entered and he was fixing it and I needed to wait until the end of the month for it to reflect, into my account. He said, they weren't able to email me letting me know because their emails have been down...He then told me my yeti had been delayed and was recently in backorder, in China. He said, but because I've waited so long he'd express ship this and I'd expect it within the next 5-8 business days. Well, that was a load of crap. I tried to call and chat a few times after that later in January and February with no luck. When I logged in and checked my order number it still said it was processing so I finally, gave up on 2/26/17. I googled the information about the company and saw all the same complaints, so I called my bank and informed them of everything that had happened. They told me that if a company doesn't send you an item purchased after 14 days of charging your account you are refunded without any problems. I'd suggest you do such. I wouldn't order anything from them. They are too good to be true! Spend the extra cash and order from a more credible source or go buy them from another store, in person! Outdoors Online is a fraud! They need to be #### down!

Order placed December 23, 2016 has not been received! Credit card was immediately charged! No shipping information has been received! Several emails have been sent regarding this order and have not been returned! The contact phone number is "not a working number". What does it take to get information regarding an order? I just want a refund for my undelivered merchandise and can get no where with this company!
