I placed an order Dec. 19, 2016 for 2/30oz cups, 2 spill proof lids for 30 oz, and 2 spill proof lids for 20 oz . One cup was black and one metallic purple. I have received NOTHING! They won't return my emails, and phone number has been disconnected.
They received money from debit card immediately.
They said to allow 3 weeks for delivery, but has been 60 days now.
I would like my order immediately or my money back.

I placed two orders for yeti products in December 2016, around the 14th of the month. I have not received anything other than the confirmation emails. My card was charged for both orders. When I tried calling I was told phones were not in service. I am angry and want my money back. What steps do I need to take now ? This company seemed to be reputable but now I realize it is not. Is there any recourse for this?

I placed an order on Nov. 29, 2016 for a Yeti 20 oz sea foam tumbler and have tried to contact customer service by phone and email many times. I have yet to receive a response back. I am very disappointed and just would like some response as to when and why I have not received this when they still advertise them. My order number is #72385. It also seems that they may have changed their name from Outdoors Online/fishing and camping outlet to Outdoors Outlet.

on Nov 27, 2016 I placed an order for 2 Yeti 20 oz cups, 1 30 oz cup, a closeable lid, straws and straw cleaner. I finally received one cup just before Christmas. The 2nd partial shipment came in January after several calls and emails. I had a long phone call on about Dec 22/23 The man said the shipment was ready and he changed the shipping address so it would get to my nephew for Christmas instead of coming to me - he even said he would express ship it. But it didn't arrive. I finally got an email response on Jan 9th (from my Dec. 20th email) apologizing and saying the order was ready to ship. I got notification of a shipment on Jan 11 - but it still wasn't the full order. I tried to call, then emailed on Jan 30, with no response. Now their phone number is no longer posted and i can't get my order history from their website. Order #69007. Yeti Rambler Tiffany Blue Powder Coated 20oz Cup. and a Yeti Rambler Orange Powder Coated 20oz Cup. the speacial was to by 2 and get the third free the Tiffany blue 20oz was free. So, balance of outstanding order is 29.99. I've had correspondence from two OutdoorsOnline.com and www.campingandfishingoutlet.com (no longer active). The orange cup was for my nephew, recognizing his acceptance to college. I really want the cups, but will settle for a refund.

On December 3, 2016 I placed an order with Outdoors Online for a Yeti 30oz Pink Camo cup, handle and lid. The payment was withdrawn from my account on December 5, 2016.

I did receive the handle and the lid but still waiting for the cup. I have emailed the company and have received emails back saying the item will be shipped in 5-8 business days...that was many business days ago.

I have tried to call with no luck. Now i try to log onto my account and its no longer there. I'm very disappointed in this whole situation. I work hard for my money and I hate being ripped off.

I placed an order on 12/21/16 order #92796 for a cup & handle, the creeps sent my handle & kept the cup, they stole $30.00 from me. They sent me a survey asking how i was enjoying my handle, as if. I have tried multiple emails & phone calls to no avail. I wish i had went with my gut feeling and not bought from them in the first place. This was supposed to be a christmas present for my son. Now he has no present & i have no money!

I placed an order back in December 26, 2016 and have not received the items ordered. The payment was withdrawn from my account in the amount of $65.95 on 12/28/16 I did not receive an order number at the time of order. I have made a previous phone call in January 2017 to check on this order and was told that it would be shipped out within the next 2 weeks. I have yet to receive this. When I log into the site it tells me I have no orders. Something is terribly wrong here. I would like an answer ASAP as this has been going on way too long. I do want my merchandise or a refund. I ordered online a 30 oz Yeti Tumbler. This was Jan 3, 2017. The money was taken from my debit card but I to date have not received my order. I've E mailed numerous times with no reply at all. There is no phone number to call that I can see. I think this is a fraudulent company. The order# was 100438. Can you help me

I ordered a cup on 12/30/16, have emailed and called every day! never get a response or an email back, they have taken my money! this was a huge scam! I also requested a refund never happened, now when I go to the web site im not there any more nor is my order crazy because I still have my order number ? but they love to send me emails letting me know I can get $10.00 any item really!

On 1/1/2017 I ordered 2 Yeti 20 oz cups, with 2 no spill lids, and handles. These were ordered as gifts. Order # 100480. I have attempted to contact them several times for tracking information or a refund and have received no response! This is unacceptable that they would take advantage of people this way! I have even tried the # on my bank statement for them

I placed an order back before Christmas for 3 mugs spent 100.00 dollars and have not received a thing. I have tried to call know one answers. I have emailed and know response. What a joke they are just a scam. I am very unhappy and want a refund. Why would anyone want to buy from a company that don't answer the phone or return Emails but had know problem taking my money that was for three Yeti mugs for Christmas Gifts. 12.7.16 placed an order of $64.98, #78061, would like to have my order or money back. i have called the customer service number of 1.888.827.3121, left them messages to call, sent multiple emails to them and still have no reponse from them. The online chat they had stated that the order would always be shipped between 5-8 business days, this was every two weeks that i was calling inquiring about the order. I still have not received my order and I am upset. This is uncalled for. I do have where they took the money from my credit card.

I have been fighting the same problem as every one else on this page for the last 2 months. I filed a complaint with my bank 2 weeks ago, and just received my refund. Don't rely on Outdoors Online taking care of this for you, as they have been 'processing my refund manually' for over a month and a half. They are clearly a fraudulent company. I'll never deal with them again!

I see everyone else has the same complaint. We need to get a class action law suit going against this company. This company has committed fraud against us all. I placed my order 11/18/16, I received handles right away, then one cup, several weeks later after a call, another cup, and to date, no splash proof lid or straws, many online chat's, a promise of a refund, many email attemtps, no responses, and now my email and order information has been removed from the system, I can't even look it up. I ordered a cup on 12/20 and it is now 2/12 and I still have not received anything I have called several times and would wait and wait and then they said I would receive my cup in about a week and I never did...also my mom ordered a cup on 11/16 and she also hasn't received it and we tried to call and we get sent to voicemail every time no matter what time of day and when I called today it said the number was no longer working. I'm very upset because it was for my dads birthday on the 9th of February which has already past and I had nothing to give him..

Do not order from this site. Waiting on two rambler si cell mid december. I keep getting the same cut and paste chat responses it was on back order, now it's waiting on a shipping label. As of the last week it looks likeep my account to has been erased and there is no chat. When I typed in my email for a password reset it said my email is not associated with an account. They erased my account. This company socks. Do not order from here.
