Outdoors Onlinenon-shipment of my order

Ordered a 20oz pink Yeti rambler on December 12th 2016. The company charged my credit card $32.46 and sent an order confirmation email. I haven't received the order. When I check the status, it shows that it hasn't shipped. I've called, emailed, and tried to online chat with no response from the company. I simply want to cancel my order and be issued a refund.
