Outdoors Online OutdoorsOnline Review: Frustrating Experience with No Response from Customer Service

I recently had an experience with OutdoorsOnline (outdoorsonline.com) that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I was excited to purchase some camping and fishing gear from them, and I spent $120 on December 5th. However, I never received my order, and I've been having a really hard time getting in touch with anyone from the company.

I've tried emailing them, chatting with them, and sending them private messages on Facebook, but I haven't received any responses. When I called their 888 number, I was told to leave an email, but I haven't heard anything back from them. The only response I've received was an email saying that my message had been forwarded to customer service.

I'm not the only one who's had this experience, either. When I checked their Facebook page, I saw that many other customers have been complaining about the same thing. It seems like no one has received their products, but everyone's money has been deducted.

I'm really disappointed with my experience with OutdoorsOnline, and I would strongly advise against buying anything from them. It's frustrating to spend money on something and never receive it, and it's even more frustrating to be unable to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Outdoors Online Disappointing Experience with OutdoorsOnline: Poor Customer Service and Long Wait Times

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with OutdoorsOnline. I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now, and it's been a real struggle. I've sent emails, made phone calls, and left messages, but I never seem to get a response. It's frustrating, to say the least.

Tonight, I decided to try the live chat feature on their website. When it told me that operators were assisting other customers and to email or leave a message, I was like, "No way, I'm not doing that again." I decided to wait for someone to come on and help me. Finally, after what felt like forever, someone named Melo came on and started to assist me.

It took Melo a good 15 minutes to "check" on my order, which I found a bit strange. They told me that my order was being prepared for shipment, but I'm not so sure about that. It's been seven weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. I'm starting to feel pretty foolish for even ordering from this site in the first place.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with OutdoorsOnline. It's been a real hassle trying to get in touch with them, and I'm not sure if I'll ever order from them again.

Outdoors Online Beware of OutdoorsOnline: A Review of Their Unreliable Service and Lack of Transparency

This company, OutdoorsOnline, has been causing a lot of trouble for customers. They take orders and charge credit cards, but fail to deliver the products. It's frustrating when you're excited to receive your purchase, but it never arrives. And to make matters worse, when you try to contact them, they avoid you and don't respond. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

What's even more suspicious is that they hide their identity behind Domains by Proxy and Shopify. It's hard to trust a company that doesn't want to reveal who they are. I've tried to find information on who owns this company, but I've come up empty-handed. It's concerning that they're able to operate without any transparency.

I'm not the only one who's had issues with OutdoorsOnline. There are many other customers who have experienced the same problems. It's not fair that they're able to get away with this. It's important to hold companies accountable for their actions.

I think it's time to take action against OutdoorsOnline. Pursuing fraud charges or a class action suit may be necessary to get their attention. It's not right that they're able to take advantage of customers and get away with it. Something needs to be done to stop them from continuing to operate in this way.

Outdoors Online OutdoorsOnline Review: Two-Year Delay and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with OutdoorsOnline. I ordered a couple of cups back in December of 2016, and I still haven't received them. They sent me an email saying that shipping would be delayed because of all the holiday orders, which I guess makes sense, but it's been over two years now. I've been emailing them about it, and the first response I got was that it would be mailed in the next 5-8 days. They apologized for the delay, which was nice, but that was back in February of 2018. That time has come and gone, and I still don't have my cups.

I emailed them again today, and they're now claiming that they don't know what order I'm talking about. I mean, come on. How do you not know what order I'm talking about? It's not like I ordered a ton of stuff from them. Just two cups. And now they're acting like they have no idea what I'm talking about. It's ridiculous.

I'm really frustrated with this whole situation. I feel like I've been scammed. I mean, I paid for these cups, and I still don't have them. I'm going to tell everyone I know about this. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this kind of bull$#*!. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend OutdoorsOnline to anyone. If you're thinking about ordering from them, don't bother. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. This company gets a big fat 0 from me.

Outdoors Online OutdoorsOnline Review: High-Quality Gear & Top-Notch Customer Service

OutdoorsOnline (outdoorsonline.com) is a great website to buy outdoor gear from. I was a little hesitant at first because I had a bad experience with another website, but I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the products and the customer service.

I ordered a tent and some camping gear and it arrived within a week. The tent was easy to set up and kept me dry during a rainy camping trip. The camping gear was also high quality and held up well during my trip. I was very happy with my purchase.

The customer service was also great. I had a question about one of the products and they responded quickly and were very helpful. They even gave me some tips on how to use the product. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to help.

Outdoors Online Terrible Experience with OutdoorsOnline: Order Never Received, Refund Never Issued

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with OutdoorsOnline. I was trying to get some Christmas presents for my family back in 2016, and I thought I'd give this website a try. I placed my order in October, giving them plenty of time to get it to me before the holidays. But guess what? I never got my order. I was pretty upset about it, so I reached out to their customer service team to see what was going on. They told me they didn't know what had happened, but asked if I still wanted the order. I said yes, but only if they could get it to me by Christmas.

Well, Christmas came and went, and still no order. Then, in January of 2017, I got an email from them saying that my order had been backordered, but now they had the items in stock and were ready to ship them to me. At that point, I was just over it. I told them not to bother and to just refund my money. But guess what? I still haven't received that refund.

It may not seem like a lot of money, but I paid $8 for two Yeti cups that I never even got to give as gifts. And on top of that, I had to deal with the frustration of trying to get in touch with their customer service team and waiting for my order to arrive.

So, if you're thinking about buying from OutdoorsOnline, I would strongly advise against it. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Outdoors Online OutdoorsOnline/Outdoors Outlet Review: Scam Alert!

I ordered some stuff from OutdoorsOnline on December 11th and I still haven't got it yet! I keep asking them about it and they keep telling me it's "in process" and won't give me my money back. It's a total scam! They told me on January 4th that the stuff was back in stock (I didn't even know it wasn't in stock!) and that I should get it from the South Carolina warehouse in a week. But that was the last time I heard from them. Now they've shut down the old site and opened a new one called Outdoors Outlet. Don't be fooled! It's the same bad customer service and the same scam. I'm gonna file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I want my money back!

Outdoors Online Terrible Experience with OutdoorsOnline - Never Received My Order!

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with OutdoorsOnline. I was looking to get some Yeti Tumblers for Christmas, so I ordered 4 of them back in November. But guess what? I never got them! Can you believe it? I was pretty ticked off, let me tell you.

The thing is, I didn't even order from OutdoorsOnline originally. The company I ordered from was called Camping and Fishing Outlet. But when I went to check their website, it was gone! Like, completely gone. I couldn't even reach it. But then I found out that they had come back as OutdoorsOnline. So I went to their website, and what do I see? "We'll be back soon - currently unavailable." Are you kidding me?

And here's the kicker - they charged my credit card the same day I ordered! So they got their money, but I got nothing. It's just not right, you know? I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all. And if you do, be prepared to be disappointed.

Outdoors Online Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Order: My Experience with OutdoorsOnline

I bought a 20 oz Rambler from OutdoorsOnline on December 5, 2016, and I'm still waiting for it. I've called and emailed them many times, but I never get a response. Finally, I was able to chat online with Geraldine, who said she was the Customer Service supervisor. She promised that my order would arrive by December 30, 2016. But it didn't.

I chatted online again on January 3, 2017, this time with a rep named Willy. He said he was sorry for the delay and that he would "prioritize" my order. But I still didn't get it. So I chatted online again on January 10, 2017, and Willy was the rep again. He gave me the same canned response: "sorry for delay, I will prioritize your order." But he wouldn't give me a phone number to reach a supervisor or manager. He said all I could do was email, chat, or leave a voicemail.

It's now January 13, 2017, and I still haven't received my order. This company and their customer service are terrible! If you're thinking of buying from them, be careful! Look for another place to buy from if you can.

Outdoors Online Disappointing Experience with OutdoorsOnline: Delayed Orders and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with OutdoorsOnline. I put in two orders back in December, one on the 12th and one on the 27th, and I still haven't gotten my stuff. I've tried emailing them, chatting with them online, and leaving voice messages, but I haven't heard back from them at all. When I do manage to get through on the phone, it's usually just a message telling me to leave a voice message, but they never call me back. Finally, on December 26th, I spoke to a guy named Spencer who told me that my order was on back order but was now in stock and would be shipped out that day. But here we are on January 6th and I still haven't gotten anything.

I called them again today and spoke to someone named Jirak. She told me that the items were on back order but now they're in stock and getting ready to be shipped out soon. But she couldn't give me an exact date. And both times I called, the connection was terrible. There was so much static noise that it was hard to understand what they were saying.

So I decided to call Yeti's official website to see if they could help me out. The customer service rep told me that OutdoorsOnline is based out of China and they sell fake Yeti merchandise. Apparently, Yeti has been trying to get their website taken down for a while now. So if you're in the same boat as me, I'd suggest contacting your bank to see if you can get your transaction reversed. Don't waste your time with these guys.

So, I was trying to buy some stuff from OutdoorsOnline and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. I called them up like 12 times and left messages every time, but they never called me back. And when I sent them emails, it was the same story - no response. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. And the worst part is, they took my money but never sent me the stuff I ordered. That's just not right. I feel like I got ripped off big time. Outdoors Online OutdoorsOnline Review: Don't Waste Your Time and Money

So, I was looking for some cool mugs to take with me on my next camping trip and stumbled upon OutdoorsOnline. I thought it was a great deal, so I ordered four mugs. But, boy was I wrong! It's been weeks and I haven't received anything yet. I've tried emailing and calling them, but no response. It's like they don't even exist anymore.

I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this whole experience. I should have done my research before ordering from them. I feel like I've been scammed. I just hope that others don't make the same mistake as me.

Overall, I would not recommend OutdoorsOnline to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and the risk. There are plenty of other reputable outdoor stores out there that you can trust. Don't waste your time and money on this website.

So, I ordered from OutdoorsOnline back in December 2016. I was really excited to get my hands on some of their products, but it's been a bit of a bumpy ride. I've left a bunch of messages and sent a bunch of emails, but I haven't really gotten any response. I even tried chatting with them online, but it was always the same canned answer. It's been a few months now, and I still haven't received my items. I'm pretty disappointed, especially since they're still advertising the same items for sale. Outdoors Online Warning: OutdoorsOnline is Unreliable and Doesn't Care About Customers

Yo, listen up! I gotta tell you about my experience with OutdoorsOnline. Let me tell you, it was not good. I ordered some stuff from them and they straight up lied to me. They said my order was on its way, but it never showed up. And when I tried to get in touch with them, they ignored me. I sent emails, made calls, and even tried the chat line, but no response. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

And I'm not the only one. I've read other reviews and it seems like this is a common problem. People order stuff and never receive it. It's messed up. I'm so angry about it. I spent my hard-earned money on those orders and now it's just gone.

So, I'm warning you. Don't do business with OutdoorsOnline. They're not reliable and they don't care about their customers. Spread the word and let everyone know. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Outdoors Online Poor Customer Service Experience with OutdoorsOnline

I bought a Yeti cup from OutdoorsOnline on October 29, 2016. Since then, I've only been able to get a hold of their customer service twice. And let me tell you, I was on the phone for a good 45 minutes each time. It's frustrating when you're trying to get in touch with someone and you're left waiting on hold for so long.

I've also sent them emails, but I never get a response. It's like they don't even care about their customers. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this website. But now, I'm just going to mark their emails as spam and move on.

I hope others have better luck with OutdoorsOnline. But for me, it's been a lesson learned. Always do your research before buying from a new website.

Outdoors Online Disappointing Experience with OutdoorsOnline: Slow Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give OutdoorsOnline a try and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I ordered something and paid extra for faster delivery, but it's been over a week and I still haven't received it. I even tried reaching out to customer service, but no one has gotten back to me yet. I'm starting to get pretty frustrated.

I mean, I get that things can get delayed sometimes, but it would be nice if they could at least let me know what's going on. And if they can't deliver on their promise of faster shipping, then they should refund me that extra fee. It's only fair, right?

Overall, I'm not sure if I would order from OutdoorsOnline again. The lack of communication and slow delivery has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they can improve their customer service in the future.

Outdoors Online Disappointing Experience with OutdoorsOnline: Fake Patagonia Jacket and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on OutdoorsOnline for a pategonia jacket. Unfortunately, it took a whopping 4 weeks to arrive and when I finally put a tracer on it, I found out it was all the way in China! I was pretty upset about the whole situation, so I decided to go through PayPal for a refund. After about a month, I finally received a package in the mail, but to my dismay, it was a fake pategona jacket! I was so disappointed and frustrated that I wasted $100 on this trashy jacket.

I tried reaching out to my local consumer reporter for help, but unfortunately, there was nothing he could do either. It was a tough lesson to learn, but I definitely won't be making any more purchases from OutdoorsOnline in the future. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to getting my hands on a genuine pategonia jacket, but instead, I ended up with a cheap knockoff that wasn't even worth the money I spent on it.

Overall, I would not recommend OutdoorsOnline to anyone looking to make a purchase. The whole experience was a complete letdown and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing. If you're looking for quality outdoor gear, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Outdoors Online Terrible Experience with OutdoorsOnline: Lost Orders and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell ya, my wife and I had a pretty rough experience with OutdoorsOnline. She put in two orders back in November of 2016 and we still haven't received anything! We've been trying to get in touch with them for two whole months now, calling and emailing and leaving messages, but it's been like talking to a brick wall. Finally, I was able to get through to a real person and explain the situation. They told me that the orders had gotten lost in the shuffle and had already been resent, but I wasn't allowed to cancel. Can you believe that? And then, to top it all off, the guy just hung up on me! I was so frustrated that I had to file a dispute with my bank just to get my money back. It's a real shame, too, because we were really looking forward to those products. I don't think we'll be shopping with OutdoorsOnline again anytime soon.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with OutdoorsOnline. I ordered something for Christmas and it still hasn't shown up. I reached out to someone a week ago and they said to wait five days or less. So I waited, but now I can't get a hold of anyone. They took my money three days after I ordered, so what gives? This is a total scam, folks. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Outdoors Online order never received

I ordered in January 2017 a Yeti lid & cup holder from Outdoors Online. I was told several times it was backordered & then the 2 help desk supports no longer existed. Can you help me get a refund or the actual products? Has anyone found this company & received the products they ordered? It had great reviews when it was a business on Facebook.

I ordered four yeti ramblers 20 oz and one pack of stainless steel straws on 12/12/16. I have sent several emails to OutdoorOnline and have only hear from them once and nothing was taken care of. I did receive the stainless steel straws, but none of the yeti's. The straws were purchased on a second order, which makes no sense. I have kept all emails from them.

I ordered 2 30 oz. Yeti tumblers, a metallic purple & a lime green Yeti, on or around December 1st, 2016. My total was about $95.00 and I did not receive ANYTHING OR ANY MONEY BACK. I've put in I don't know hundreds of requests to find out where my money is & no response. I try to log onto the outdoors online fresh desk but it states I've been blocked. Hope you can help me! I have sent several emails and tried to find a contact # to reach them ...to no avail! My account was approved and charged my credit card the same day and there is still no further updates Indicating that my order was shipped or if I will ever receive my product! What a scam! What do I do now? Send me my product or I request a full refund! I will not pay the cancellation fee either as this is poor business!

They sent us photos of a car they never had and tricked us into paying a deposit to buy the car and send in to nz, now we have been trying for three weeks to get our money back, just warning over people not to buy anything from this company because they a scam and you will lose your money, time wasters, we are still hoping for our money back but it's not looking great,

This is the second time I have placed an order with this company. The first order came in a timely manner, in which I had placed the first order around the holidays so it took a little time to receive the order but I still received my products. So I placed another order back in January 2017 and it is now July 2017. No cups. No straws. No spill-proof lid. Nothing. Nada. I got screwed out of a good 50 bucks. Thanks to this POS site. Oh and the black matte 'powder coated' rambler that I had purchased from my first order is all chipped to hell. My husband would rather have the $7.49 cheap knockoff from Wal-Mart that does NOT chip... Thanks for nothing POS company.

Counterfeiters!

And beware - I was also warned some of these counterfeiters are using toxic metals in the production of their FAKE Yetis! So I am tossing mine in the trash! The ones I got weighed less than 7 oz - the real ones weigh more than 14 ounces! I cannot risk TOXIC metals, and I don't want a COUNTERFEIT YETI!

Report to the IC3 (FBI Internet Crimes Bureau) and also the FTC. Also file a report with YETI in Austin [protected]. They are actively pursuing these counterfeiters. Unfortunately, they evidently scam people and then shut down that website and move on to the next one!

REAL YETI dealers must carry the entire YETI LINE! CALL YETI in Austin to confirm a REAL dealer BEFORE you purchase!

Outdoors Online yeti cup & lid

I placed an order in December, and I still have not received all that I ordered. The order number was 92535. The total order was $43.28 ($29.99 for the cup, 9.99 for the lid, and 3.30 tax). I have received the lid, but not the cup. I don't have much use for the lid without the cup. Is the cup coming soon? If I cannot get the cup, then I would like a refund for both the cup and the lid, because the lid is useless without the cup. Please tell me if I will be receiving the cup soon.

Outdoors Online yeti lids/straws

I placed my order back in December 2016, still to this day, have gotten no response or received my order. I contacted their help desk several times, just to get a auto message saying someone would review and they give me a help desk ticket. I would like to get my money back! This business was a scam and all they did was steal peoples money! I'm glad I did not spend no more than $23 dollars with them just to get ripped off! Please see added photo for more information.

Outdoors Online yeti tumbler

I ordered two yeti tumblers. One was camouflage and the other was the star struck one. I ordered them over a month ago. I've emailed them several times and they assured me I would get them and that they were super busy. They've sent me several emails saying that they shipped but they've never arrived. I asked them to refund my money. I think they should be sued and everyone should get their money back:
