Outdoors Online / I ordered a 30 oz yeti rambler and spill proof lid and never received it

I placed my order on 1/16/17 for a Yeti and lid and my credit card was charged that day. I have never received shipping information or any follow up with my purchase other than order confirmation. I have left messages at the 888 number, left several emails and talked to customer service via online chat, after attempting to get a hold of them over 20 times. They assured me it was coming and they were out of stock and they would expedite the shipping as soon as it was available. It's now been 11 days since I ordered and still no product. I am filing a complaint with the BBB today and will be disputing the charge on my credit card Monday morning. This website is a scam and needs to be shut down. Shame on you!
