Outback Steakhouse Outback in tupelo, ms

Got there at 12:40 and didn't receive my food until 2:00. Manager didn't do anything but say "I'm sorry we weren't expecting a big crowd on a Saturday". I eat at outback regularly and today was the WORST experience of all time. Manager was rude and service was terrible. I waited an hour and 20 min on bloom petals, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. I was charged full price for my meal and was NOT pleased.

Outback Steakhouse Food and service horrible

Our Outback is about 20 minutes from our home 1 way...
Tonight we placed this ordered to b ready at 8:04pm...my son went to pick it up. They informed him that they only had 4 slices of ahi tuna so they would give us that but what did we want to replace it with and we chose coconut shrimp. The manager said he needed to cancel out our order and give us a new ticket and LUCKILY my son has HIS debit card with him to pay for it...we get what we ordered but EVERY, SINGLE time we order, something is WRONG! We LOVE the wings and they r usually ok, but I've attached a pic of the celery that they actually put in our order... it is disgusting and every time we get wings, the celery is BAD! ALSO I've included a pic of that ahi tuna we received... the curbside service at this Outback is the most horrible I've seen anywhere!

Outback Steakhouse Management

My husband and I visited Outback about a month ago now and I had filed a complaint about the visit. After I filed the complaint the manager had called me and we had spoken about the incident. She told me that she would be sending me something to show her apologies. She then took my name and address and as of November 27th I have yet to receive anything for my troubles. I find this very unprofessional and quite honestly I'm never returning to Outback.

Outback Steakhouse Black friday gift cards

I purchased 150.00 at Outback Steakhouse today in increments of 50.00. I thought you received 20. 00 for each 50.00 but I only received 10.00 for each 50.00. I checked online to make sure the sale was the same as last year and it was if you purchased in person.
Please advise!

Outback Steakhouse Poor quality service and disgusting meal

My mother in law took a group of us to the outback in Ocala, we waited an hour almost to even get in which was okay because we love your food. We got in and no one greeted us at the table for at least 30 minutes, and I know your busy but that's very unacceptable! We ordered our drinks and waited AGAIN at least 30 minutes and by then my kids were fussy and whining and getting irritable and loud. My husband complained and nothing was fixed so by the time we ordered and when we got our food it was cold and my steak was suppose to be medium cooked and it was a rock hard brown steak. Not a spec of juice and she tried to say that it WAS MEDIUM. I had to wait on my sides and my mother in law got her food last and separate cold as [censored]. This is very unprofessional of you guys and she called channel 9 news. I hope they come in and see what's really going on because something needs to be done.

Outback Steakhouse Poor management

I work for outback steakhouse in nags head NC for 5 years up until that last year 2017 for 1 year under a different contract cleaning front and back of the house for free, Amanda kemph would continually tell me that she was not getting paid by outback throughout this time. I finally stopped working on the 9 of April and took her to court winning the case still unable to find resolution to this matter. I find it difficult to believe that a corporation would ever conduct themselves in such a manner. I am holding myself to a higher standard and not leaving you all with a black guy and not saying anything negative about this company yet I'm left without any form of payment. And you regardless of whether or not I've won within the court case law enforcement has yet to find this individual to recuperate any form of funds As she has left one county and moved to another. Is this how we conduct business? Is this how we treat loyal employees?

Outback Steakhouse Service

Went the outback in Aberdeen North Carolina on Saturday, November 10th to celebrate a birthday. The waiter was wonderful but the food took over an hour to get to our table. We got there at 4pm. My son-in-law has to wait over 10 minutes after our food came to get his shrimp. They brought him his chicken but no shrimp. This was the worst meal we ever ate there. My potato was a potato warmed over. We spent over a hundred dollars on this meal very disappointing.

Outback Steakhouse Restaurant employee services.

I worked at outback in Niles Ohio for 2 days. First I applied as a host and had an interview with Ben Roads. He said I was hired but I was hired as a busser something I didn't apply for. They failed to contact me when orientation was and had a friend of mine tell me to come. I said ok. Then that was fine. The first day I walked in spoke to the manager Preston. He showed me where the bus tub was and said go bus some tables. Both days I wasn't trained properly. Then the second day same thing happened and Preston was their that day to. Then i asked before I left for my hot schedules info. They did not give it to me. I got a phone call today from the manager Mark saying you were supposed to work today at 5 call me what happened. I haven't received my hot schedules info so I had no idea. Other than that the kitchen was disgusting. Their was food all over the ground. Flys flying around it was disgusting. I will never step foot in their again and if I receive another phone call I will complain about harassment. They said they wouldn't hire me unless I put my two weeks in at my other job. Also I'm a minor and they didn't fill out my or any other minor work permits. I would never recommend Niles outback to anyone ever.

Outback Steakhouse Poor seating and poor response by the manager

11/3/18 Outback-Henrietta, NY -Jefferson Rd. @ 7:00 PM

I phone Outback for call ahead seating and then arrived 10 mins ahead of time. Took a seat in the waiting area after checking in and was then notified my table was ready. I was then taken to the table near the bathroom which was unacceptable, the hostess was very nice and instructed the seater to another table. I was then placed near the kitchen and this too was unacceptable; but I did not want to go all the way to the hostess again for a second time. The Manager then came to my table and I informed him of my experience and he looked at me like "really" and when I further explained to him this was a first date with the importance of seating where we could not have all the traffic he did not seem to care. I feel as a Manager he lacked the customer service skills and should have respected my concerns and try to improve my experience there. I feel a resolution would be gift cards for me and my date to have a do over with good seating and ambiance.

Outback Steakhouse Availability of product

My family dines or has dined quite frequently at the Outback in Lithia, FL. We cut back going here a few months back when the food was not up to par, last night we gave you another chance.

My problem is, the communication among your staff varies greatly. We ordered a side of broccoli and was told by our server that you no longer have broccoli on your menu because you are now using your 'winter' menu...we were offered green beans or asparagus (for an upcharge)...we decided on the green beans and communicated our disappointment in Outback no longer serving broccoli or as we call it 'crack' broccoli (because it so good...and addicting).

While waiting on our food the table next to us (3 ADULTS) received their food and low and behold I see a side of bright green broccoli! I asked our server again if we could swap out the green beans for broccoli, because obviously you had it! This time we were told it only available to children...hahaha...what the heck!?!
She offered to send the manager over, which she did and the manager told us broccoli is no longer offered as a 'side' but available as a premium side for an upcharge...and it come with cheese!

All we wanted was a side of GD broccoli...sans cheese! But to tell us *you didn't have it *it's not offered on your winter menu *you had it, but would only serve it to kids *broccoli w/cheese is only a premium side...so you had it, but apparently it's only offered to a select few who know how to ask for it using the proper phrases...in my world broccoli is broccoli and you somehow forgot that the restaurant industry is customer driven! How hard is it to give your customer what they ask for...it was only broccoli for crying out loud!

Shame on you Outback!

Outback Steakhouse Product /service/ management

My family and I went to your Albany Ga location on Thursday October 26th. My son had just gotten in town to visit with us. My son being 17 years old was served alcohol ( we didn't let him drink it) with not being asked for identification. My husband ordered a drink from the bar before his first one was empty to keep from having to wait 20 minutes plus and in which we ended up cancelling the drink orders. The NY strips that my husband and son ordered you would need a crowbar to eat. After complaing to the manager about the service of the bartender ( who we actually saw put her hands on another employee) and the steaks he got an attitude like a child clearing the bar slamming the dishes into the busboy box. Mind you after all this I was not able to eat as my dinner was cold trying to get someone to fix the other two meals. So 125.00 later no one ate their steak dinners that we paid for. This establishment is very unprofessional and immature especially the manager. I have since reported the establishment to the ABC board here in Albany Georgia!

Outback Steakhouse Unethical behavior, rank meat

We (11 in our party) on Sunday October 28, 2018 @ 2:05pm we visited Your 4845 S. Kirkman Road, Orlando, Florida location. We were seated within 20 minutes which was fine with us. After we were seated we waited about 10 minutes and a waitress by the name of Amelia came to take our drink and food orders, after 20 more minutes we noticed no bread was brought to the table we had to ask the hostess that was seating another party about bread, she flippantly stated that oh I'm not your waitress, we all said to her we know that we're just asking can we have bread please! She walks off, 6 minutes later we are brought out fresh delicious bread and butter by another waitress we thanked her and waited for Amelia to come because we had no drinks, so after 11 more minutes we all received our drinks we thanked her, 17 minutes later our food arrives, my bloom onion petals were greasy dark brown and cold, and the hot wings so I waited until she served everyone and discreetly told her to please take them back I didn't want them at all, at this time my husband says to me here have my meat from my steak quesadilla, he doesn't eat meat and ordered that the steak be given to him on the side, I took one bite of the steak and spit it out in my napkin the steak was rank and sour I told me husband to smell it and we passed it around and everyone at the table smelled it and said that the meat was bad, if my husband ate meat this rank, stank and spoiled meat would have been in his quesadilla so he sent his meal back too, by this time my brother was complaining about his steak that was cooked to perfection but was 1/3 fat he ordered the bone in natural rib-eye steak, I called the waitress over but not before a took a few pieces off so that I could get tested at the health department (epidemiology) again to asked her to smell the meat she looked at me and flippantly said I eat here everyday and I know the cook and there is no way he would serve something like that I told her well then smell it; at this time she got out of character and was so rude to me that if I had not been a Pastor I would have told her off, I handed her the bowl of rank and spoiled meat and told her to take it back as well she flipped her hair, rolled her neck and walked off I was truly taken back by her attitude, we called her back to bring the dish of meat back because I was going to take a picture of the rancid meant but she continued to walk off, we called over another waitress and asked to for the manager on duty. We told her about our food and the rudeness of the waitress and she immediately began to condone this waitresses behavior by making excuses for her, we all looked at her as though she was from outer space, I told her whatever you do please don't send that waitress back to our table, at this time my brother begin to talk to her about his steak and all of the fat that was on the steak she told him that's the way the steaks are and he stated Miss we eat her almost every other Sunday and we have never had a complaint until today and my steaks are always perfect but today I have a problem with paying $30 for a steak that is 1/3 fat, my brother trimmed the fat off placed it on a plate and gave it to the manager, my sister in law also had a complaint about her coconut shrimp, my niece had a complaint about her steak that looked like a piece of charcoal. At this time I have nothing to eat I am afraid to even order anything else because I've heard horrid stories that when you complain cooks don't take kindly to that and may do something to your food, so my hubby and I sat there while everyone else ate and we drank our pop and we dared to ask for another. We love Outback but this experience was horrid. We feel that we should be compensated for being treated so bad and having to go to Red Lobster when we left there.

Outback Steakhouse dining in

My family and I went to the outback steakhouse in Centennial Colorado for dinner. The server was too busy. He couldn't get our bread out until we asked. The drinks took 20 min. A margarita and 3 sodas. Never got bowl of soup and he delivered our dinner. Packed it to go but wish I hadn't ordered it. 4 chunks of potatoes in what looked like melted cheese. Extra salty not what I expected. Over all after spending over $120 bucks felt disappointed with service and food. My 18 # receipt is [protected]. Sincerely Toi Alegria [protected].

Outback Steakhouse product food

I went to outback on Sunday the 21st of October located in Torrance California. It was my boyfriend first time dining at outback. He wanted to try the Ribs. They were on the menu but they were all out of them. So he chose the rib eye steak like i ordered. They did not prepare my steak as I requested. I had to send it back to have it cooked more. My boyfriend had to start his dinner without me. There were flying insects flying around while we were trying to eat. It really wasn't a great first time experience for him.

Outback Steakhouse steaks and service

We went to your store in parma, service was horrible walked in hostess seated us right away went to a small table for 2, restaurant was not busy at all asked for a larger table we had to wait for the table as they were cleaning one off but walked past nemurous empty tables we we were seated at a booth the space between table and seat was so small I could not even move I made a comment about the tightness of space but was ignored you need more room in your booths I'm not that large of a person I have a normally large stomach but not overly large. After we got our dinners my steak was over cooked (was ordered Med well) they brought me a second one came back Med rare sent it back came back well done. You are a steak house THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO COOK A STEAK! Other wise don't refer it to as s steak house if you can't cook a steak "PROPERLY!" Restaurant was a mess w napkins straw rappers and dropped food on the floor restroom ( men's) was a complete disaster appeared to under construction but that's not an excuse to leave like that after construction personal was done for the day, (example trash can that goes under counter was missing but was along wall as you leave restroom, used paper towels laying all over restroom floor dust and dirt from drywall sanding and cutting was left on toilet and sink counter tool of paper towels to dry your hands sitting on wet counter. If this is the way your going to operate a restaurant you should jus close the doors because this is no way to operate!

Outback Steakhouse complaint

This is my second time texting. I went a few days back it was my son's birthday and that is were he wanted to go he's always loved the outback steakhouse we were seated with in 15 minutes which was nice. After that horrible service no napkins no utensils constantly asking what should be known like I had said it was my son's 18th birthday I told the hostess she told the waitress forgot to give us water when we asked for utensils and napkins she first was cleaning up other tables all this time of course food was cold I just told my family to just eat if we would had sent it back who knows how long it would be. Nothing for my son we were done I excused myself and said I was going to go to the restroom I spoke to the waitress and reminded her and I said forget it. As I'm coming back to the table everyone was getting up when here they come singing. Happy Birthday to my son and gave him a scope of ice cream. Know at this time when all we all wanted was to leave. The only this that went as usual was the check. We were very disappointed. This is not your fault I just needed to vent. And not in front of my family I thank you for that. Have a blessed night

Best Regards
Diana Respeto

Outback Steakhouse cold food

We eat often at your Hendersonville North Carolina steak house. Up until now everything has been perfect. The last three times we have been there we order wings which are nice and hot and wonderful. Then we are served our soup and it is also just wonderful. Then our steak will come and steak and baked potato are cold so we take it home and warm it up. I do not go out to bring the food home to warm it up. We told the waitress and she said the manager would take some off our bill which I would have rather had a nice hot steak and potato. We never did see the manager. The waitress handed us the bill with 10 percent off which we were entitled to as we are senior citizens and it was AARp discount. I am not sure if this is the fault of the cook or the waitress not getting us our food in a timely order. We love Outback but if this continues we will have to find another steak house. I hope that you can solve this problem with this location

Outback Steakhouse poor quality of food

We went to the Outback Steakhouse in Grandville, MI and were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We had been there many times in the past and never remember it being this bad. We ordered Aussie Fries for an appetizer. We have ordered that in the past and it was plenty for 3 people to share. There was barely enough for 2 people. Hardly any cheese or bacon. I thought for $10.99 it should have been better. It's fries for goodness sake! How cheap are they? My son ordered an 8oz. Outback Special medium rare. It was VERY well done. He's a teenager so he didn't want to make a scene and send it back so he ate it. I ordered Parmesan Crusted Chicken. There was literally 2 tiny pieces of tomato for the tomato basil garnish. I didn't realize it until I was half done that it was missing:( My husband ordered the pork t-bone. Very under cooked and had to send it back. My husband and I ordered a salad with dinner. I must say you do have the best salad. Always fresh and crisp. The only thing I noticed is there was no cucumber. I always remember there being Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Cheese and Croutons. One other thing besides the food was we were seated at a booth. We had come from an event and were dressed up. The seat in my side of the boot had a 1-2 foot tear that had been taped multiple times with duck tape. It was very sticky and gross. When I got my napkin I laid it over the hole. I didn't want the sticky to get on my clothes. I was surprised that something like that would be that bad. It appeared to have been taped at least 3 times. I feel so strange writing this complaint. It's something I normally would never do but after dinner, drinks and a tip we spent over $100 for a meal we thought was below average at best. It was very disappointing.

Outback Steakhouse unlimited shrimp isn’t unlimited.

My brother and I went tj the outback in Valdosta GA last night. Food and service was great. Until we got the steak and unlimited shrimp deal. We asked if there was a end to the unlimited shrimp after so long. They said no unlimited means unlimited. So we got the deal. One order each. After we got about 7 Orders of shrimp after we ate the whole meal. We could hear the cook tell the server these people won't stop with the shrimp. So we kept ordering cause we weren't full. Next the manager that was there came up to us and said " you guys must like them Shrimp" but wasn't in a way I thought was the thing to say. So the cook, server and manager was looking at us the whole time mumbling with each other . Totally felt like we were getting judged cause we were just eating our shrimp. And kept buying drinks the whole time. It's not like we were just eating shrimp without spending more money. They need to not judge when it says unlimited.

Outback Steakhouse service at restraints

Hello outback,

My wife and I travel extensively for business and always have one meal at least per trip at an outback at our destination. We are used to wonderful service and we are members of your rewards club. Well back in august we were in Spokane Washington for a conference. We went to the outback there that after 4 trips there finally was excepting rewards members with credit for eating dinner. The steak was ordered medium and it came almost raw in the center so I sent it back. They took it and put it on the grill and it was still rare when it came back. They asked if it was okay and I said it's still rare and sent it back again. This time the manager said he put it on the grill personally. It still was undercooked and I said just forget it and please give me the bill. I was presented the bill and gave the waitress my my phone number [protected] and she said that number doesn't come up. I told her the number again and she said okay I got it. When the receipt came back it still had the wrong number on it. I called back the waitress and said this is still the wrong number are you sure you put it in correct. She assured me that she did and gave me a coupon for a free appetizer. I never got credit for that visit. What has happened to your quality control and customer service. I thought your motto was steak done right. Apparently not in this case. We have not been back to an outback since. Here I sit in Nairobi Africa on a business trip and I finally found the time to write.

Sincerely yours,
