Where my order?

I've been waiting for my package since January 5, 2020 since the package arrive at Cainta hub of Shoppee Express but until now I haven't receive the package. I've been calling them since January 5, 2020 to make a follow up and what they are sating is that they will request to expedite the delivery but until now it already passed the delivery date I haven't receive the package yet. I need a response as soon as possible

Dear team,

I have brought dell lap top as above information's,
the computer is completely not good and battery not holding not even 1 mint's
Space key pad not function!
When I open Explorer very poor pages present!
In general this LAP TOP Not accepted to be sale please advice..

Please do the needful as I don't suspect this LAP TOP is used and the information was not clear to customer (It's Used)

Though the product is refurbished, it looks exactly as second hand with marking on the screen, paint had gone in several areas, infact, worst than second hand.

Furthermore, the touchpad is not at all working.

I request to take legal actions of this onlone shop because its adds in facebook are attrcting people not much educated and fall in there trap, and cannot complain about there peoducts. They selling products like phone in vry low price and its totally defective one there the perdumes and other products are double rated thn the market price. The service is pethetic qe hav to messege them again and again .this from my experience because i was also fallen in there fraud replaced 5 time one phone and atlast had to chng into some kitchen good...

I ordered an iPad from OurShopee.com. Their website stated that I could and permitted me to select COD for the product. I placed the order and received a confirmation email, but the email had no delivery date. So I called and asked for the delivery date. After dealing with several incompetent people, one person said that after consulting with the 'team', they learned (shouldn't they know already) that orders over AED 2, 000 were not allowed to select COD. This was failure one...false advertising.

Following this fiasco, I placed the order with a credit card. Again, I called to get a delivery date. The representative promised that the product would be delivered on Sat or Sun (ordered placed on a Thu early afternoon). Saturday rolls around and I call OS to find out why the courier hasn't contacted me. The person informs that because a sales manager "was in a meeting" the product was not delivered to the courier. (How does that make any sense?) Strike 2, failing to fulfill a promise to a customer. But they assure me that the delivery will be made on Monday.

Monday...I still have received no call from the courier. So I call OS...again. They tell me that they will contact the courier and call me back. But they assure me that the delivery will be made the next day. So yet another day. They never call me back, and neither does the courier.

Now Tuesday, and I'm already past annoyed. Still I haven't heard from the courier. Again, I have to call OS. And again they make excuses, apologies and meaningless promises. Again, they assure me that it will be delivered the next day. A customer service manager even promised that he would take over the case personally and promised to contact me the next day with details. It's now Wednesday afternoon, I haven't heard from that gentleman.

So, now it's Wednesday. Someone from OS does actually call me in the morning and assures me that the courier will be contacting me shortly. This same person also promises that the order will be delivered this day.
The courier does contact later, but states that they only make deliveries to my location on Saturdays.

So now I believe absolutely nothing that comes from the mouth of anyone working for OS. In addition to these complete and embarrassing customer service failings, I have spent over AED 25 in phone calls just to OS because they have absolutely no sense of how to deal with customers. Also, their phone service is utterly useless. Four times, the system told me to leave a message because no agents were available, but then dropped the call less than a second into the recording. At least, I was told I was being transferred and the call was dropped. The last time, the agent assured me the call would not be dropped. Again, so much for their promises.

In a nutshell, OurShopee delivers the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They offered no compensation or discount to mitigate their continual failings. Their incompetence is beyond explanation. Order from OurShopee only at your own risk, and know that the risk is great!

I am very disappointed with OurShopee. Before I ordered my item I checked the reviews and I thought that this company was safe to deal with but I was so wrong. When I received my item it was damaged and I asked for a replacement. The worst part was that no one from OurShopee believed me! They said they stand behind their products and that I was the first one who complaint so I was probably a scammer. Well, nobody's perfect OurShopee! Here I am, your customer who needs help and you don't care. My item is damaged and I can't use it and I want my money back. Never again!
