OurTime.com site alters your information without permission

I signed up August 24th & within 2 hrs tried to cancel. I was told I cannot be refunded the $34 fee. The site does not run well & some how it changes your profile whenever it chooses.
The other profiles are sometimes exactly the same which leads me to believe their profiles have also been changed.
Do not waste your money!

OurTime.com auto filling false profile information

This site actually fills in your 'a little about me' section if you don't fill it out. When I hid my profile and deleted that section content, when cancelling my paid subscription, they auto filled it.
"I've always been an old soul. I enjoy my whiskey and my jazz. I love a good night of music and talking. Love classics and authenticity."
This is all completely false and filled in by Ourtime without my permission or consent. It also portrays me as an alcoholic. I'm fairly certain this is illegal and is definitely slanderous at best.
I will be forwarding this to Internet Fraud agencies as well as using all Social Media sites to spread the message.

OurTime.com could not get help in downloading picture

I was not able to download my picture, even though I followed the instrctions and my photo met the criteria.
Sent twice their form for the customer service - no response. In order to finde their number had to do outside internet search.
Called them - they instructed me to send my photo to them. I did - nothing happened for 72 hrs, I called back customer service - talked with Carlo, he told me that the email address [protected]@OurTime.com was wrong.
He sent em email to attached my photo.
I did, they sent me email with the instruction how to download picture, the same instructions which I followed to begin with and it did work.

I called back talked with Patrick who said they did not received my picture, even though they responded to my email.
I re-sent my picture, again receive back just instruction how to download the picture.
I will cancel my membership. Too bad that this company claims to focus on seniors yet it has unacceptable customer service

OurTime.com unable to get to my site

I have a white box pop up requesting information. I filled out everything but it will not accept my last 4 digits to my credit card. I call my credit card company and they said there were no problems on their end. Please clarify. Iris Vegas d o b 9/25/1952

OurTime.com payment received but no access to website services

In april, 2016, I signed up for one month on our time site. I got billed for a full year, which I never agreed to, then when I asked for a refund, they shut me out of the site completely and never refunded my money. They just took my money and stole it like the thieves they are.
I will be reporting this to the ftc as well as the attorney general in their state.

I agree with you, they have continued to take my money and will not respond to any of my requests for support or technical support. I have had nothing but bad experiences with OURTIME and all I want is my money back too. Thank for posting this info.

OurTime.com ripoff billing

I had the automatic renewal turned off and had no intention of renewing. They charged my card anyway, and say that I changed it back. I did not. They will not refund my money. This is a fraudulent company. I am going to have to cancel my card in order to keep them from charging it in the future. Run as fast as you can. Over half of the contacts I received were fakes. Stay away.

OurTime.com money hungry site

Money hungry site that informs you of the messages, flirts, likes and etc that you receive. But to even view them, you have to pay more than $20! They will not let you post on your profile other means of contacting you. You cannot even say that you aren't paying for the site! On this site you will be paying for everything! Absolutely ridiculous! There is nothing good about OurTime! Better stay away from this place and save your hard earned money!

OurTime.com compromised profile, blocked access

End of January 2016 I paid and joined OurTime.com without fully investigating the web site. My account has been compromised 3 times where changes in my profile information was changed by someone other than me. The flirts and messages I received were from scammers from all over. When I would try to get info to verify them, they would disappear. Today, I was blocked from accessing my account and the help desk was unable to help. Tried to get my money back when I was not allowed access to my file without creating a new profile. Already paid for one, why would I pay for another. I finally told them I wanted my profile and any info about me removed from the site. They told me they removed the info. I requested a refund and was not given satisfaction. Spoke to 3 different people on 3 different phone calls today, 2 of the people were in the Phillipines and one in Costa Rica. Could not understand the people from the Phillipines. Could not get them to transfer me to the U.S. because they said all calls were sent to random call centers and they could not do that. Asked for a physical address for the parent company and was given 2 different post office boxes in Dallas Texas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OR ANY OTHER DATING SITE!

I had the same thing happen with my entire profile text gone and replaced with some text that I did not write. This is a terrible site, requiring you to log in in order to view your emails, etc. Very disappointed in the quality.

All of the above that was stated has happened to me 3 times. Once all my profile info was gone except email info was still there and I would get hundreds of winks and message for a guy that took over my profile. I believe there computer system is the cause of this problem because I'm with match .com and the exact thing has happen 2 with in 24 hour period after I replaced everything the next day it was gone again .I have change my password 3 times .I don't believe theses are hacker it is the company system that overload of info and mix acct up

OurTime.com false advertising for automatic charge on my charge card

On 2/13/16 I signed up for a 6 month subscription on OurTime.com. Upon doing this a box appeared on the screen for a free exposure to ItalianMeetPeople.com. I clicked on it for the free exposure I was suppose to get. The next day 2/14/16 I noticed a charge of 3.99 on my Credit Card. I did not authorize this. Only the initial charge of 53.88. I called my Credit Card company and stopped payment (I know its only 3.99) but its the principal of the matter. You give this company a credit card payment and they think its a blank check to charge you whatever they want. I'm real close to calling the BBB and my Congressman.

OurTime.com photos/profiles are not who they say they are

I was flirted and the guy wanted my number. His photo and profile was that of a handsome white gentleman. Upon dialing his number he texted from, he wasn't available but I received an immediate call from someone who said he was Nigerian and from Texas. Then the " flirter" called and after a few words I told him he didn't sound like his photo and he hung up. I put two and two together and realized he was another Nigerian scammer and realized I was on to him. Our Time apparently does not check out the people who sign up and only takes money and lets consumers be scammed. Thankfully I was on to it. I DROPPED OFF OF OURTIME! AND WILL CANCEL MY CC THAT IS ASSOCIATED SO I DON'T GET FUTURE CHARGES!

OurTime.com ridiculous

I joined OurTime and immediately got several flirts. I also received some messages, but since I could not read those I decided to pay for the subscription. I actually thought that it was strange, because I received the first messages before I've even filled out my profile and posted my photo. Only later I realized that this website is full of fakes. This site was created only steal money from people. It is a real scam. These scammers need to be shut down! I contacted their customer service and demanded y money back, but received no response. Horrible! I'll definitely report these thieves.

OurTime.com failure to credit for the charge I didn't authorize

Ourtime.com renewed my membership for six months starting December 30, 2015 without prior authorization. On January 1, 2016, I cancelled my membership and requested Ourtime. Com to credit the amount of about $140.00CDN. The company has failed to take action thus far.

OurTime.com do not use ourtime!

This company had the nerve to steal my profile information from another dating website. Then they tried to sell it to me! They filled up my email with some sort of winks and blinks and stars! They even decided which body shape and hair color I have! I They also used my pictures from another website without my permission! I asked them to delete that fake profile, but they refused. I had no other choice, so I bought the profile. It was the only possibility to delete my profile from OurTime. I removed my profile and hopefully now they won't be bothering me anymore.

OurTime.com trial membership and customer service

I too fell under the belief that the trial membership was free. However when I was setting my profile up they offered me a $4.95 weekly charge for their best plan. Like a fool I gave them my credit card and the next screen that popped up showed me I was now on a 6 month plan for 111.76. I tried to find a phone number but to no avail. So I went under my account in OurTime and selected to Account Status. I then chose to contact customer service but the emails kept telling me to go back to the website to handle this. Well that was not going to work for me. I decided to continue to reply to that same automated email form them about 10 times. I called my bank the next morning and disputed the charges. I also went in to the bank to cancel my debit card and complete another form(its not a big deal). The bank told me the company had 10 days to respond to the dispute the charges and if not they would deposit the money back into my account. To my surprise I received a email(2 days after they took the money) telling me they would refund me the money. Now lets hope they do that. I hope this helps anyone else that is looking to get their money back. Also even if its a slight inconvenience to avoid possible future charges, cancel the debit card as well as your OurTime profile. I hope this helps. Here is a copy of the replay from them: Good morning! Thank you for your email today. I am sorry if our Rapid Reply did not assist you. I will be happy to help you with your concern over what you were charged. I apologize if our membership pricing was confusing in any way. On the upgrade page is will show you what you end up paying weekly in a breakdown. However, you are not actually charged weekly. Our monthly special is only applicable when all six months are paid in full. This is stated on our Upgrade page. Otherwise, our monthly rate is higher. Also, each new order is charged our $3.99 processing fee. I have reviewed your account and show you are eligible for a one-time courtesy refund. A refund of $111.75 has been transmitted to your financial institution. It may take your financial institution up to 72 hours to release the funds back to you. OurTime.com fraudulent "flirts" and "favorites"

Signed up the site 12/7/15 and have received multiple "flirts" and have been "favorited" by numerous men who don't live in my area and have zero in common and then realized that every single profile I've looked at is automatically being sent "flirt" messages although I've never clicked anything except to simply look at profiles. Earlier I got an email to view my daily matches. As soon as I clicked on the first one I instantly received a "flirt" and "favorite" message; these are not real people but computer bots. The actual people on there such as myself are auto-generating flirts and whatnot. Site is a rip-off - don't waste your money.

OurTime.com deceptive ads

There is no way to tell who is a member and who is not the on line now add they have people on there who are not members or who were but not current once they get you to sign up as free they can post you as you are a member and on line when you haven't bean on for over 30 days and even if you were never a member you send out messages and never get a reply because the one you sent it to was never a member and not on line at all

OurTime.com unauthorized charge

In October I was charge for another month after I had turned of the auto pay feature in August, I noticed it on my bank account since I had been using the web site. I attempted to contact our time with on results. The instant messaging doesn't work as well as other features of the site. This is a poor example of a dating web site and would not recommend it to any one.

OurTime.com the men who are liars, and emotionally ill, and complaints are ignored!

I've been dating on this site for some time. A man whom I met on the site turned out to be a promiscuous womanizer, a narcissistic liar, and unwilling to be open about his spreading clymidia. I wrote to Our Time about this man after I stopped seeing him, and his phony profile is still there, as is a picture that is at least 20 years younger than his 71 years. I have met professionly succesful men who have exposed obvious mental problems as early as a first date. One proposed to me at the end of our first date, and told family and friends that we were getting married without my knowledge. I told him to seek therapy, but after a month, he called to ask if we could get married now, and outlined a honeymoon that would take me away from my sick mother for a year. When I became frustrated and angry at his presumptions, he became very angry. He lied to try to get me to come to his house. It ended badly. A recent man who I enjoyed dating in the beginning, turned into an obsessive Iranian who was pushing his native land day and night, and spewing hatred for the United States and Israel. I ran from that relationship, and felt confused about ever using Our Time again. Old people are used to their lives as they are, but the dating site does not screen profiles when there are complaints. When someone reports a man spreading an STD that's serious!

OurTime.com paid for service but emails were blocked

I paid for 30 days of service with Ourtime. After 10 days, I noticed that they had me on an auto renew plan so I cancelled it. Immediately, all emails and services on this site were blocked by a "reactivation" message. I sent many emails to customer service asking that the emails not be blocked as I had paid for 30 days of service and had 20 days remaining on my account. I never received a response. In order to read emails, I clicked "reactivate" and they immediately charged my account for an additional 30 days. I feel "ripped" off by this site and was very unhappy with the site, the matches and the customer service (which is pretty non existent).
