I had my newbors pics taken with Our 365 Portraits...also known as Growing Family (many people use in the hospitals after they deliver). I purchased a extra package for $60.00 dollars for this man to come to my house 3 more times. I revcieved the pics and cd that I purchased for $419.99 and I went to look at the photos on my computer and there were NONE on the cd. I contacted the company numerous times and they never called me back. So finally I spoke to this man named Max, "that says he is the manager", and he sent me another cd that would not be edited. The reason they could not be edited is because the lady that did them is no longer with the company. I looked at the pics and thought my gosh there is no way I can do anything with these pics. That is why I paid 400 dollars, cause I do not have the program to edit these! I told him I needed someone to come out (they bring notebooks) and edit them for me. He said no they do not do this! Basically, I was taken! I cant believe they did this. Not only this but a few other women I spoke to were so rude...where is customer service these days? I did do a complaint with the BBB, so I hope I can just get what I paid for, the pics edited. I would NEVER use this company again and would NOT recommend them! I believe they only have 4 people on staff when u call in so its hard to even get anywhere with them.

My wife and I have been a "VIP Member" for the past few years - Just a fancy way of saying we pay over $100 per year to have a photoshoot. Here are the RED FLAGS - read and decide if you want to do business with this company:

- There is NO business number listed anywhere - and if there is - good luck having them contact you back - they'll tell you to e-mail their customer service e-mail 1st - then you a receive an automated response telling you that they'll contact you in 48 hours. What kind of VIP service treats their members like "drop your card in a fish bowl and you're lucky if we call you back". If they don't want to talk to you - they won't.

- The rep tells me they're under new management - which is fine - tells me they don't book until 5 weeks out - said they'd call me on a specific date and time to book in our shooting date...did they call? Haha..Nope! I had to contact them, left a message, and finally received an e-mail from them 2 days later that said they don't have any photographers in my area. I live in DALLAS, TEXAS (population of 1,288,457) - and you're telling me there's not 1 photographer here? WTF?!

- I obviously asked for a refund for the yearly VIP membership b/c they couldn't service me, there's no photographer in my area, and it is not possible to have my photoshoot b/c of all this. I get a response saying they've cancelled my membership but there are "no refunds on VIP plans. All of your earned loyalty rewards will remain available for you to use in the future". REALLY?!

My advice - there are millions of better photographers and companies to work with out there. Don't waste your money or time with this company. Take your money and Run!

I've never had to write a bad review on Google and this is my 1st one. At this point - the new owners might as well close the company and re-open with a new company name.

Worst company ever! They are not professional and just plain lazy. I bought the growing package for my daughtee who is 4now and they only came once because apparently they don't have anyone in the area... than when the photographer finally came the person who was suppose to view my pictures with me never called. When i called the next day to customer service she had an unprofessional attitude than transfers me to her supervisor robin because she couldn't find me any appointments... Seriously the worst experience ever i would never recommend them to anyone. In fact id warn people to avoid them which is a shame because the photographer was a nice guy.

I would not recommend this company, I used them for my son in 2010 and sign up for the bday package, (79.99)
They come to your house and take the pics and get a 5×7 free, given, I already paid 79.99. So is it really free?, well, I finished the three years. One of their editor came to my house and offered me a nice deal with cd included. My pics were beautiful.
In 2013 I gave birth to my my first girl. So I did the same with her. Now, I find out they are not the same company, they don't call you to schedule, you have to call and it's hard to get in touch with someone, when they finally come to your house, it's the same poses and editing as years past. They are rude, all they want is your money, and for God sake you don't buy a package wich are over 400.00 . Well, bottom line, NO, I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN!

Will never contact them again p. I had a photographer named Craig. He was extremely rude, and very cold. He had snippy remarks to everything I said and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He offered me a package I refused them got made and insulted me when I refused. When I got the picture they were terrible, I could have done a better job. Never again

I see now that this post was some time ago. However, as a mother of six I understand your heartache regarding your now childs photos. If you still need someone to photoshop your photos contact me by my facebook page at www.facebook.com/TaraLynnsPhotography and I can help you out. My phone number is listed on facebook as well if you would like to call me. I own photoshop CS4 but do most of my editing in bridge as to do as little damage possible to the pixel count. I had my son's photos taken at the hospital by Our365. I have to say I had a pleasant experience. I wasn't force to buy expensive packages and my husband and I bought what we could I afford. They girls were very nice. The pictures came out so beautiful. I feel for everyone that had a HORRIBLE experience with this company! Your baby's or babies first photos should be a great experience to share with love ones. My photos did arrive accordingly. I also received a $20 gift card from Shutterfly, and I was able to get more birth announcements. Overall, I would recommend Our365 to friends and family.

Don't waster your money for worthless Portraits taken by Our365. Had a bad experience with it. Photos doesn't seem to be taken by a professional photographer. People standing along with baby are not convered (head part is cut or shoulder is half cut etc., ). Not at all good

I work for Our365 and am very surprised by the things I'm reading. Contrary to what everyone will believe, this is not a biased opinion. If I'm not getting the service or satisfaction I want, I will be the FIRST person to speak up, but some of the things I am reading are completely false. Our365 newborn photography is by no means allowed to contact mothers after they have been discharged from the hospital, and should NEVER go to a customers home for pictures, that is a violation of our contracts we must sign upon employment. And I know I can't speak for every employee Our365 has, but we are trained to be kind and professional, and are aware that babies first pictures are supposed to be happy, and joyous moment, not stressful or bothersome. I know people may take their selling to extremes, and I apologize if any of our photographers have seemed pushy of rude, but I can promise we are not all like that. As for our packages, they start at 29.95 and go up to around $250 after taxes. Every room I do pictures in, I give parents my personal phone number and email JUST IN CASE anything may happen. (lost or damaged packages), but luckily have never had any problems! We also pride ourselves on having excellent customer service. I've never had an uncomfortable or off putting experience with any of them. But please don't think I am turning a blind eye, I know people are rude, and I know they can be careless and/or mean. After reading the precious discussions above, I think most are speakin of another company with a similar name, or a company that has changed its name, I'm not sure (sorry). But I am 100% positive the Our365 that I work for does not make future appointments, and doesn't have packages over $250. I agree, paying $300+ for pictures seems absolutely ridiculous to me. I hope maybe I have made some sort of clarification, or helped make some good for Our365. I'm very sorry for everyone who was wronged or disappointed.

If you get your baby's pictures in the hospital by Our365, do not fall for the "the package you purchased in the hospital comes with a free 8x10 at one month. we come to your house to take the photos" scam. It would be fine if they came to your house and you could only get the free 8x10. But, they sell you the birthday package so they come out once a year...free 5x7. That's all fine, until they call you and go over your pictures online. The pictures of my daughter were beautiful, but the packages are outrageously priced! I was happy with the hospital pictures, and the packages for those were expensive, but not outrageous. After spending almost $200 on the hospital pics, spending another $300 for the pics at one month is absolutely ridiculous and outrageous. So, when you get the call for that "free" 8x10...say no thanks!

We had the same problems as everyone else. The prices in the hospital were high but there was a range. We got one of the mid-priced packages at $200. When it came time to look at the in-home pictures the lowest priced package they offered was double that $400! That is how much we paid our wedding photographer (she was on site for 6 hours in differing lighting conditions) and we got a cd with all the pictures and the rights to the pictures. They even tried to tell us that they had to cover their costs of $150 for the photographer plus the "artist" that did the editing. We reminded them that we had already purchased a package at the hospital and were told the in-home sitting was included as well as a 8 x 10. As for the "artistic" editing it was terrible. The altered pictures looked ridiculous, more like something you would get at a carnival than something you would pay $400 for. The saleswoman told us that we couldn't take time to think over our purchase. She told us we could get a very low resolution cd of the pictures for $200 but told us these were really only usable for posting on facebook. We told her we were shocked and eventually she offered us the real pictures with the rights to them for $200. But they lost our business for life!

The company FAILED to take my child's newborn picture at the hospital. Their customer service rep, Shannon, was miserable, basically blaming me for not getting the photos done. Crystal made some attempts to rectify this epic fail, but e options were poor: I could take my child out for prof'l pics and submits a receipt for partial reimbursement ( based on their past practice, I'm skeptical that any reimbursement would occur) or I could bring my one-month old to the hospital to recreate the picture that should have been taken a month ago ( who brings their newborn who hasn't been immunized yet) willingly to a hospital with sick people? I am left heartbroken that my new baby doesn't have the hospital picture that matches my other two kids'picture.

This is the company that does newborn hospital pictures. Two years ago I never got my sons pics but they said they would send a photog to my house "free of charge for the inconvenience". OF course I then spent 400 on a ridiculous package and the guy was a jerk that it wasnt the biggest package he had to offer. Two years later now...I had my daughter in the same hospital. Never able to find her pics online. I contacted them twice via the site email and finally threatened to complain to the BBB (which I am still doing because I am devestated). I got an email from a lady named tina requesting I call her. She said she had my sons photos from two years ago but they lost my daughters. She said she would send my sons to me "free of charge for the inconvenience". This was after she referred to my children as "baby A and baby B because (she) couldnt pronounce thier names" (The name was Gabriel). She also asked me for a description of my newborn daughters photo...that I never saw "so (she) knew what to look for". 24 hours later she says she found my daughters but the packages start at 60$.This is one month after my daughter was born. Birth announcements and all have been sent out without those pics. Whats the point.

I was also a taken victim of the Our365 portraits... They first came to the hospital for my newborn pictures which were honestly beautiful and truly captured everything I want far better than the ugly portraits we got in the 70s from the hospital. BUT... then they harrassed me calling weekly to come to do the COMPLIMENTARY sitting and one free portrait. This is where it hit the fan! So I have a 6 year old who I felt terrible ommiting from them so in order for big brother to get a picture with baby brother my 6 year old had to sit through his OWN photo session- company rules. Frankly, I did not want that because we have school portraits and I refused. They insisted so I gave in. Next, I wanted a picture with myself and the baby and I too would have HAD to sit through my own session. I refused and did NOT get a picture with my baby.
Next, they insisted on doing the ugliest backgrounds that were outdated and not even professional. I expect to get veryt professional UNPOSED UNPROPPED pictures if I am pay $500 (which by the way stunned me to learn after!). So, I told the photographer I do NOT want to waste time with the ugly backdrop screen and I would rather get the black screen. He insisted anyway and said it too is the RULES. anddddd he must do in that order. Therefore, by the time we got to my baby's portrait part I wanted he was way too hundry and cranky thus forcing me to NURSE him in front of this 25 year old guy to calm him before we can continue. He was also 45 minutes late! Past the baby's happy time. IF you can believe this he FORCED me to put my baby in poses I insisted I did NOT want or like. I am the customer and the mother and I know what I like. HE made me do these poses cause again it was the company rule and policy to take 10 pics of each background and all cheesy 1970's poses were mandatory. Are you kidding me! A cranky baby not cooperating had to propped in crazy positions even when I asked him to skip it.
FINALLY comes the pictures he showed me he took on the spot. Each one in all honesty was not even as good as SEARS OR JCPENNY for a fraction of the price. THey are inferior quality poses and backgrounds to any depratment store studio. The only reason I even liked any picture is because of the editing and enhancements they did. I picked a package out and wanted a CD to make more copies. WELL that costs a fortune and even more if you want copyright rights removed. SO I bought a 500.00 package just to get the CD. I have now black backround and blue airbrushy backdrop pictures that are available at literally walmart portrait studio and look in NO WAY better, more professional or better quality. I am beyond irritated but at least I captured my baby's face as a 7month old and that is worth the price. From this point on I will use professional companies if I want to drop half a grand or sears if I want this quality. They fall in an odd category- cheesy pose pictures for the price of professional on location companies. Like I said- the newborn hospital portraits were truly breathtaking but different setting, different moment capturing and different photgraphers each time. Nonetheless, their "RULES AND POLICIES" for the pictures they take is ludicrous.

I started working for Our 365 Portraits only a few weeks ago under the impression that I would be doing the artwork and editing the photos and wouldn't have to be a "pushy salesperson" when it came to showing the portraits to the parents. It all started fun, but once management saw that I wasn't making the amount in sales that they wanted to see, the pressure was on. All of a sudden, I had to be pushier, and I'm just not comfortable with saying the things they want me to say. For example, telling parents that aren't comfortable with spending money that they're going to regret it and that their kids are gonna love them more for buying the big wall portraits. They really look at the bottom line, yet they try to cover it up and talk so much about family and love, it's so disheartening. I'm seriously considering leaving the job, especially since I quit a job I was with for 6 years to work for Our365. They hired me as full time with benefits, and now, two weeks later they're telling me they want to pay me commission only. I'm already working overtime without pay as it is! I wish they had emphasized the sales portion more in the interview, I would never have taken the job in the first place, I thought my main role would be as artist! Instead I'm having to rush through retouching and the art, just to make it through all the appointments I have to schedule with parents. They call us Portrait Artists, but it's obvious that the art comes last. This experience has been so misleading and disappointing, Our 365 really needs to change the way they do business. If I could describe them in one word, it'd be DECEPTIVE

After giving birth to my son I received non stop phone calls and emails from our365 portraits. I was very happy with the pictures they did in the hospital so I figured I would set up an in session shoot with them. I thought they were the same company. After getting the pics done me and my husband were bombarded with phone calls from the man who edited them. Wr set up an appointment with him to look at the pictures at 3:45 on a Saturday. By 4:12 he was still not here and didn't call. My husband called him and he said he would be 20 more mins. By 5 we decided to call him and tell him not to come because he was interfering with plans we had for the night. We decided to meet on Tuesday. The man got here was rude and in my opinion the packages were way over priced. I have never had someone come into my home and be so disrespectful. Don't ever use this company they are bs scam artists. The people they send out are on commission so they hound you to buy pictures. New moms stay away!

Pretty much the same things happened to me today. I was SO PISSED OFF at this lady that I immediately went online after our online appointment to look for their customer service number to make a complaint. I spoke with a very nice lady on their but as far as the one who showed me the portraits she WAS NOT!

I had the worst experience of my life with this Company. Its more pleasant to purchase a car at a dealership (at least they aren't rude). The photographer was wonderful with my 3month old son and did an extremely well job and was super nice. Now, the woman Sandy (saleswoman) that came to my home about a week after the pics were taken was extremely rude. The pics were amazing but then they give the prices of the packages and they are OUTRAGEOUS! We (my spouse and I) figured we would just purchase the CD with all the pics on it (thinking it might be the cheapest thing right?) Just for the CD it was $360. When we told her it wouldn't work out she went on to ask my husband "Well what would you rather spend your money on than your child's photo?" My spouse replied "Bills" He went on to tell her that we could take him somewhere else to have the photos done for the same quality and receive more photos for a lot less. Her response was "Well they wont last forever like these, if you go somewhere else they will turn yellow after 10yrs!" I told her nothing is meant to last forever and we were fine with that. And she said "Well these pictures are." Then she tried to put us on a guilt trip by saying "You know I made you guys a special appt, i usually don't drive at night because its hard for me to see, but I made this special appt just for you guys and you don't plan to buy anything?!" (ITS YOUR JOB LADY!) Then she asked us if there was someone we could borrow money from to get the pictures! I couldn't believe what i was hearing. She was so snappy and rude with us. Literally made us feel like crap for not being able to afford the packages. Then she very rudely said "OK Lets pick out your free 5x7. " I was looking at the thumbnails (which were tiny) of the photos on her laptop trying to make a decision when she snapped again "Which one do you want?!" Even still i kept my cool and was still very respectful to her (even tho she was disrespecting me in my own home) I asked her to please open up the pics so i could view them once more. I made my selection and she turned to look at my spouse who had left to the other living area (because he was so pissed off at this woman) and she said "Is that photo ok with you, you seem to be very disconnected like you dont care about your childs photos" I once again told her thats what i wanted and she made the order, packed up her stuff, didnt say a word and stormed out of my house. I seriously was waiting to hear my front door slam on her way out. UGHHH Worst experience ever. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company and its a shame because the photographer was so pleasant. y spouse said "If we ever decided to take pictures this expensive, we definitely arent going to this company!" Word of advice for the Company, When you have people with this many complaints about your salespeople's Customer Service...Its bad for business. You strive on word of mouth, and you should really have your salespeople understand that not EVERYONE can afford your extremely pricey photos, and not make the ones who CAN'T feel like Horrible parents.

My daughter had her sons picture taken by this company in our home when he was a month old. They contacted her saying that she gets a free photo and that is why she allowed them to come. A few weeks later a lady showed up to review the pictures with her. She only wanted her free photo, as she had no money to buy the other pictures. The lady told her that she could give her a package for $100. My daughters best friend was with her and agreed to pay the $100 since my daughter could not afford it. A few weeks later the pictures came in the mail. Today my daughter was left a message on her phone from somebody with the company saying the payment given had insufficient funds. This is more than 2 months after the payment was made. Now, how is it that it has taken this long to discover this and why were the pictures even sent? I told my daughter I thought maybe it was a scam, so I looked it up and look what I have found! Needless to say my daughter will not be falling for this scam and will be warning all upcoming mothers not to fall for it either!

I purchased the 3 yr package and next year my son turns 3 and I cannot wait to be done with this horrible company!

first time i used this company was when they entered the NICU at the hospital to take my sons pics. my son hadnt had a bath because he was born with health problems. needless to say he still had afterbirth stuck in his hair! i was told that the pictures couldnt wait and i either had to do them right then or miss out. then after ordering a $300 package, they never showed up in 2 weeks like they were supposed to. i called and was told i had to wait an additional 10 days for them to be returned to sender. i called after 10 more days and had to wait another 2 weeks because they had to replace the order. i gave them a second chance and had them come out to the home for a complimentary shoot and free 8x10. after dealing with the sales woman for an hour, i ended up ordering things that i couldnt even afford because she was sooo pushy. at first they would only offer me cd's starting at $600. when i stood my ground they finally addmitted to having cheaper packages. when i asked to purchase the pictures individually per sheet i was told i cant. after refusing the packages, all of a sudden, they offered the photos seperatly! i ended up spending about $150, $100 of that was for a 20x20 collage. about 3 weeks later my photos showed up without the collage! needless to say after batteling this company for another 3 weeks i finally got it. i forgot to mention above that when they came out to do his 1 month photos...i paid for the stupid story book thing where they come out every year till my sons 3! big mistake. just had them come back for his 1 year pics and nothing has changed! my problem is not with the photographers or quality of pictures, but mostly the sales people that you have to deal with while viewing photos. this time topped it off. the woman was extermely pushy and crossed the line by asking what my finances were and how much money was in my bank account when i refused to order any pics from them. i told her i was only interested in the free 5x7 that i already paid for. she preceeded to ask me if my husband was the reason why i couldnt purchase photos! as if to assume my husband is a controlling monster or somthing! after an awkward hour of her crossing the line and me telling her no repeatedly. she got sooooooo mad. she began flipping thru the pictures extremely fast and was dead silent. i hope i made a good decision when i picked out my one picture because i didnt get a chance to view any of them very well. she was so mad and in such a hurry to get off the phone with me, that she didnt even let my know how long it would be till i got the picture in the mail. i still have to deal with these people 2 more times. a part of me thinks it might be worth it to just eat the money that i already spent and never go thru them again!

We had someone come to our house a couple of weeks ago and other than it being at a very convenient time I had no complaints. She worked quickly to get the shots she needed. We just had our photo review last night and I guess since we live out of the way we got to have ours online. She showed us all the en-edited photos and then the ones that she had created along with the collages. Maybe since we were not in the same room it didn't seem to be extremly pushy. You could tell that she wanted us to buy and they start by showing you the most expensive package 1st. We basicaly told her that we needing something in the $100.00 or less range and she was quite helpful. Now I'm worried about how long it will take to get the pictures in but so far I have no real complaints other than they are quite pricy. We also purchased the $50.00 grow settings so they will come out several more times...I will only get one or 2 5x7's for those visits so we will see how pushy they become then. We only splurge on the infant pictures!

I automatically get a FREE 5x7 with each shoot cause and everytime they come out to my house they always try to upsale a HUGE package to me and sometimes i cant afford it cause their packages are like $800! and they get soooooooooo offensive, mean, and disrespectful when you tell them that u cant afford to buy anything. I said "im sorry i dont have the money to purchase a package.. i just want the free 5x7 that i was promised" and the lady started lecturing me saying "well youre gunna regret this cause he needs more photos" and "why cant u afford this? its not THAT expensive..Hes gunna grow up & wonder why u didnt want more photos of him." she was very disrespectful and tried to make me feel like a bad mother just cause i couldnt afford to buy a $900 package! They get soooooo upset if u dont purchase a package! she made me very angry and she was very rude! They take AWESOME photos but theyre very pushy and very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

I am so sorry to hear all of your complaints! After working for Our 365 Portraits for a year, let me tell you you are spot on about this company! They tell their employees to lie and do whatever they need to do for the sale. They have a huge turnover rate because they are so nasty to their employees! I quit there a few weeks ago because I couldn't get over what they did to me! I was on the sales side of their company and during that time I had a miscarriage. This was a very difficult time for both my husband and I. For the next few weeks, I struggled at work. It was hard for me to talk to parents about their babies when I had just suffered a loss. Instead, of encouraging me and trying to help me get through this tough time, they threaten my job! Over and over again, I heard that if I didn't do this or that better I would have to find other work! I couldn't believe it! This is suppose to be a 'family company' that cares about their employees, right? No. They are awful. They walk all over people, use them and once they are done they toss you aside. I would never work for them again. I would encourage all of you to keep spreading the word about what a horrible company this is. I don't want them to take advantage of anymore new parents or treat anymore employees the way we have been treated!

I recieved my wall portrait all bent and creased. And the actual photos, well ive taken better pictures on my camera. Plain boring background. I still have one more pending payment. If they dont agree to give me my money back i will simply cancel my credit card. After reading all of this i am sooooo glad i didnt get that package thing where they come to your house 3 more times! Our365 and Our365 Portraits are the same company. Either that or they gave my number and info to the other company because when they called they mentioned the hospital pics.

same story. I didnt lose any money though because I could never get them to call me back so that I could order. I got the pictures in Jan 2011. They would call me and set up a time then no call back. They would call two days later and same thing "oh we are so sorry about that lets set up another time" Again the same thing would happen. Just today June 2011 I got a 5"7" send to my door with a letter "look at this very special portrait" Ha Seven months ago? My kids dont even look like this anymore. No Thanks! Save your money, Go to Sears!

I call and no one knows where it is or when I will get it. They said they wil call back and I ever got a call back yet. I always will never use this company again.

365 Portraits came to the hospital here in Boynton Beach, Florida to take my son's pictures when he was born and then again to our home at one month. The photographers were nice but pushy. Each time my son wanted to sleep but they would shake and rock him awake to the point where he would scream and cry. 365 came in as we were being discharged so we had a room full of family trying to pack and sign papers and then this lady wheels in a huge machine to take his pictures and review packages with us. Completely intrusive and we were all stressed as it was having our first child, being discharged, and the in-laws visiting at the same time. I was forced to breast feed my child in front of everyone because he was so worked up at being over stimulated-I wanted to cry! Needless to say the pics turned out not so cute! Also, when the photographer came to the house he took tons of pics and only less than half of them turned out because of problems with the camera. I missed out on a lot of cute pics. I will never get them back because we did not know this until two weeks later when we sat down to review the pics that they were missing. I could have taken them myself with my digital camera. My son was a month old when his pics were taken. He is now two and a half months old. They take FOREVER to get your pics out to you. By the time I mail the one month old milestone pictures out to my family out of state my son will be four months old! Not to mention they were so extremely expensive. 365 says you get one free 3x5 but you have to order a set and the cheapest was $411 which is what we ordered. Studio One does a much better job for half the price and you get your pics in less than a week. Plus they airbrush the pics as well. The only good thing about 365 is they come to your house. I will never use them again.

We certainly do not wish to have new famiies who experience the birth of their new baby (ies) to have a negative experience with our Our365.
I curently work for Our365 and have for over 15 years.

When I have a new parent who experiences a customer satisfaction issue in my area, and I am notified of their concern, I personally involve myself in their concern to assist in rectiftying it. I want every new parent to have a positive experience using Our365, so they not only provide their in Hospital portraits to their family and friends, but to have them experience our service the next time they have a baby in one of our Hospitals.

The owners of Our365 and Our365 Portraits are not the same owners. No one at Our365 works for Our365 Portraits. Our365 Photographers who work in the Hospital are not affiliated with Our365 Portrait Photographers.

Our365's portrait pricing is not $50/each per photo. Portrait packages can be purchased as low as $29.95.

I wish I could have been involved in assisting all of you when your Our365 experience was not what you expected. I would have wanted to assist you as quickly as possible.

In reference to:

Our365 Portraits is a different company than Our365 (formerly Growing Family).

Our365 is and always has been an in hospital newborn photography service. Our365 never contacts mom after they leave the Hospital to come to their home to complete portrait sessions. Our365 only employees Photographers who work in the Hospital Maternity/Nursery to take portraits; no Our365 Photographers are affiliated with or work in conjunction with Our365 Portraits.

Our365 Portraits only completes portrait sessions in customer's homes. Their Photographers/Customer Service Dept/all other Depts and employees do not work for/at Our365 (formerly Growing Family).

When a customer has a portrait session/order related issue with our365 Portraits, and that issue or concern is not handled timely/properly, it should not be associated with Our365.

Sound like your same old corporate scam, segment the same business (same owners) and claim they are not related and totally different. I too have dealt with this photo company, although their sales men are always friendly, their policies and prices show their nature. The printing work is shoddy, in my opion, Wal-mart prints higher quality photo's for a $1/each than this company does for$50/each. My suggestion is to avoid this corporation at all costs, don't be the next sucker.

This company has a complaint from ME on the BBB as well...They harassed me for months after my sons birth, threatening collections on an order that they 1) photog didn't turn in paperwork 2) cashed my check & waited two weeks to call me & tell me they didn't have my order 3) They over ordered my prints 4) Then claimed I needed to pay it 5) I couldn't find my paperwork so they played that angle & SUDDENLY when I found my paperwork...gave them their photog id number & said GET THE MONEY FROM HER!
They finally let it go once I found my copy...knowing THEY didn't have a copy.
This plan I purchased, though, included them coming to the house a few months later to take another pic & a free 5x7. (This was done by a franchise & I told him about my issues with the other company) I paid for enough prints to get the cd as well (& now that you say that, I never checked the cd! Guess I need to!) I just had another session & my credit card was run TWICE! Overdrafted my acct! & I told them I wanted the entire order canceled...she referred me to their policy on the back of the paperwork & I went OFF!
Moral of this story is, even though the franchise may have great employees...they are all connected at the main hub & the main hub are mean, evil people! They don't care about YOU or what's right EVEN IF THEIR EMPLOYEES SCREW UP!
