Refund & poor customer service
I purchased 2 phone covers, when they arrived they were the incorrect ones I had ordered. So I began the refund process back on 22nd September 2022. I got a refund label with which I was to put the products into and pay for registered post so it got to its address.
I was advised (by my local post office) that it was delivered to its address on the 29th of September.
It is now the 14th of November and after numerous unanswered emails to Otterbox I am at a loss as to what to do to get my refund. The covers are worth €60 roughly which is quite a lot of money so I am not giving up.
I am however so frustrated and disappointed by the crap communication from Otterbox. The inability to get a simple response from them is infuriating and simply not good enough.

I’m very upset with otterbox cause I have never had any problems with them helping me out. Even if it didn’t purchase the product from them. The people I have chatted with is very rude. I purchased a otterbox from Amazon and they sent me one that was broke. And not the one I wanted. I contacted you all and you all was very rude. I asked if I can have the otterbox that I want and help me out with the shipping cause I’m scraped for money right now and they usually make an exception for me. Please help me out.

Multiple charges

They canceled my order for no reason.
It wouldn't be a big deal, but they charged me after I placed the order.
Now it's a huge problem to get my money back because they don't answer my emails and don't pick up their phone. It's very irritating. I already lost my hope to get a refund. And what's more interesting is why they canceled my order. What made them do it? Strange people...
Poor business practices
This company solicits people to sell their products on eBay using Craig's List. They DO NOT have an eBay or a PayPal of their own. In my case, they asked me to list and sell cases for the Samsung Galaxy S5 cell phone. After doing a group, I had complaints from buyers that the case they received was NOT proper; that it was NOT authentic or that they wanted a full refund. eBay subsequently removed these listings from my selling account at the request of the manufacturer, Otterbox. What followed were several buyers who opened cases against me, forcing me to send them refunds. Cell Accessory LLC did send me back the first group of refunds I made and promised to send the others but never kept their word. I have lost almost $100 on this limited set of transactions for Mr. M. Harris the owner of Cell Accessory LLC.
Readers should be VERY careful when they decide to sell products for others who drop ship them to buyers. As the eBay/PayPal member, it is YOUR REPUTATION at risk. The person you are selling for only risks a few bucks. Before you enter into such a selling relationship for a small commission, check the person/company out on sites like this. Also, merely add the company's name in your browser as: company name/complaints and see what else is listed. If the firm soliciting you has no eBay/PayPal account of their own, ask yourself why.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
horrible shipping and customer service
I purchased an otterbox defender case for my HTC one cell phone in mid November. After having paid over $60 for this item I had only had it for a few days when I experienced the following problem, people on the other end of my conversation could not understand me and said I sounded muffled. I complained to otterbox to wit they responded they would send me another case. I advised them I did not want another defender because it was too bulky but instead preferred their consumer case. By this time it was end of November beginning of December. They advised this would not be a problem I wasn't even requesting the price diff as the consumer is cheaper. By the time they were ready to send this out I received tracking info on Dec 13. That stated my item should arrive by Dec 20 . Well Dec 20 came and left and yet NO CASE. A month later I still have no case! When I called otterbox they stated it was hung up in FedEx about a couple hours from my home and there was nothing they could do. So pretty much I wasstuck! And was now looking at possibly receiving by Dec 23! Horrible horrible! customer service horrible wait time for replacement product! How about making a call to FedEx?! Would that be so much to ask for?! So now what should have been a simple replacement has turned into over a month long torture of not being able to use my product that I paid over $60 but have to deal with overtly long wait to receive my item and no help from customer service! This company is horrible! I would not recommend an otterbox to anyone clearly their product is defective in my opinion and you'll get NO HELP AT ALL From customer service!
