Poor installation of windows and lousy customer service. Typical story of once you pay, you never hear from the sales person again. After purchasing installation of new windows in 2008, I called company for repair of defective parts. After waiting more than five months, company continually refuses to honour their warranty. Contacted Better Business Bureau, but company refuses to acknowledge responsibility. Company is rude, insulting, and dishonest.

Thank you Dave Y. and Bryan S. for your comments. I hope you (and others) get your money back. In case these people set-up another business under a different name, the public should be warned about the owners and the manager: Bernard Miron, Suzanne Miron, Victoria (Vicky) Jacques.

Same situation as Dave, however they owe my Mother who is a senior citizen $2, 000. Ottawa Valley Window and Doors claimed receivership to us as well, no file exists. I was advised to file a report with the Ottawa Police fraud squad, and that is what I did. Only time will tell if she will get her money back.

I've been advised that Ottawa Valley Window and Doors has gone into receivership although the government bankruptcy # [protected]) has nothing for them yet. They owe me $1, 000.00 - good luck on getting your money back.
