Ottapalam Exchange Telephone Landline / Irresponsibility of authorities
My area is in Ottapalam Taluk, Palakkad Dist. My land line has been dead for the last 1 month. I have registered my complaint in ottapalam exchange on 18/10/06. Now more than one month is over. But it has not been rectified by them as yet. And I directly approached autorities several time. Several time, i had reminded them over phone. But they were giving reply with very irresponsibily. So I dont know who could i contact in this regard and who is responsible right person there. if i asked line man about it, he simply replied that is not his duty and to meet cable connecter. if i ask cable man, he avoiding me by such other replies. In short, they are not considering our complaint and negleting. And their service is very poor and worst. So I hereby request you to kindly bring their attention to rectify problem of customers as fast. Otherwise customer may hesitate to continue BSNL connection. They go to private connection considering their quick service. Now a days, lot of private companies are trying to become monopoly in this sector. If you are continueing poor service, BSNL will be submerged soon.
