Osterman and O'Sullivan Claim Facilitators / unfairly and fraudulently targeting senior citizens for cash

1 PO Box 5032, 21741Hagerstown, MD, United States Review updated:

This company has sent me a fake settlement letter promising me money as part of a settlement - on the condition that I send them money. It is fraudulent, illegal, and enfuriating. I can only imagine how many senior citizens send in money because they believe that malarkey. Why are these people still scamming people and getting away with it?

I rfecieved a letter from this same address except, it was addressed from OFSA (office of Financial Services & Administration). The letter Pretty much said the same thing... but a little different. It had a 1080 form included in the letter ans said that $182, 569, 351.00 in agency funds was available for me. Of corse i had to send them a personal check for $20.00 to get my initial payment. i was almost deciaved and im not a nieve person. Anyone not just seniors could be victimized by this. It even has a government seal on it.
    BEWARE OF SENDER!

My mother in law got one of the same letters. It was addressed from ofsa as well and had a 1080 form with it... So I looked it up and found these letters from other people... So I just wanted to thank you all for putting this out there cause like other people my mom cant really afford to lose money by people that wants to scam people instead of working like everyone else... SO PLEASE EVERYONE BE CAREFUL

I sent $20.00 for a report stating knowlege of my settlements in Dec.2008. I never receive any reports letting me know my rights they claim they have in my behalf toward an class action law suits. They are giving their company a bad name; in serving what their claim facilitator firm promote by don't deliver. Tori Ellison: my concerns, I have been in many of situtations that could give me a reason, to believe what they do in researching law suites. I don't need no one to play scam games; while I have a real life matter to seek justice, and not having no wise opinion to help me know my concerns. Only using my naive unknowing to profit off me in that way by entertaining reason to suite but not following through, so unprofessional. Tori Ellison
