OSN Egypt / ignoring my cancellation request and debiting my bank account

On the 1st of may I requested by phone to cancel my osn membership and I paid the bill that cover may - june for traveling abroad for 1 year
An apology message were sent for not being a customer with osn
For having a bad history with your cancellation team
I made another phone call during may to confirm my request but the system was down
3rd time during may I called to confirm my cancellation and your agent said ‘' you are late, you have to pay for june - july to accept your cancellation request otherwise I will cancel your cancellation request
I replied don't ignore my cancellation request
Now my bank account was debited by the monthly payment
I can't believe how can an agent cancel a customer's request!
I need an immediate refund and a feed back
