I have sent numerous email in the past two weeks to "[protected]@pureplay.com & zendesk.com I have not received any acknowledgement from them to my complaint .In the past When I Complained about the same issue it was resolved within 24to 48hrs
I Am a lifetime member from New York I am Grandfathered in to play in the club after the take over by Brent Allard
A couple of weeks ago I tried to claim my prizes suddenly I was shutout from playing this happened a few times this year as I said above they changed my settings and was able to play and collect . I have not heard from them since the beginning of Nov.2017
