The claims for this company Orovo and the claims for Leptovox are exactly the same, including the story of the "lady" who discovered the formula for both.

    I cancelled my order for Orovo the same day I placed it and was told I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. It has been 30 days since and I've not received a refund. The company reps keep telling me via email I have to return the prodcut for a refund minus shipping but I've not received the product either. When I call the phone # it goes to a full personal voicemailbox that cannot leave a message on. I'm furious. Any suggestions?

    I have actually had some dealings with this company and although occasionally they have some problems with their computer system when it comes to issueing refunds i have always been able to get through and have gotten my money back. Also maybe you have the wrong number? because when i have called i have been able to leave a message. So please email their support people and ask for the number.

    I ordered a bottle because of the bogus fake reviews. When I received the bottle it was plastic shrink wrapped, took off the plastic opened bottle and noticed that the inside cover of the bottle was unsealed and worn looking, so I looked at the lid thinking water damage...
    No, it seems that it was a returned bottle that they re-wrapped with plastic shrink wrap and sent it to me.
    This bottle is going back, who knows what is in it and what has happened to it. Very unsanitary, I even had my husband look at it and he agreed that it should not be taken or touched.
    Unbelievable, what a shoddy way of doing business. Got it today, will send it back tomorrow. Thank Gawd I put it on a CC, this is bad and just wrong. Beware of what you buy on the internet and check all message boards..I should have taken my own advice. Next time I will. I hope this helps someone out there and if someone has a number for them I'd really appreciate it.

    Their sales people are so rude! I've waited for the product for more than 10 days and I sent a email to ask them why. They said the product has been returned by royal mail. I told them that it is impossible because we've got a good reception and until then I haven't met any problem like that, I've received lots of packages including special delivery. Their sales person answered me so crude and make me feel angry. Then I sent a email back asking them whether it is the way that they treat their customer. Then you even can not imagine what happened! Their sales person taunted me and they blocked me. He or she said I have also been blocked by their website. what a comical thing! They treat me like a idiot!! Until now I can't see where my money has gone and if they can't be returned I will take some action to solve this trouble.

    I purchased their product on Sunday 3/30 and cancelled it 10 minutes later. I contacted them on 3/31 to confirm the cancellation and they said it was already shipped but that they would issue a full refund immediately upon receipt of the returned package. I was told on 4/14 that the refund would be issued within 5 days. I was told today (4/28 )that I would receive the refund within an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

    I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's office and contacted my bank. I am mailing an Affidavit for Unauthorized activity on my account first thing tomorrow. I emailed Orovo this evening and told them who I've filed complaints with and that I will contact my Attorney if the refund is not in my account in 2 weeks.

    I really don't think I will receive a refund but I will fight to get it, tooth and nail. This company is nothing but a bunch of individuals (agents) who sign up to sell the product to other individuals and who get money for referring other individuals to sign up to sell the product. I have to wonder if that is who their "customer service" is - the group of people who signed up to sell the product.

    I hope that more and more people become aware that they should NOT order anything from this company. Spread the word!!!

    Has anyone ever ordered and TAKEN this product? I don't understand the complaints by the people who ordered and cancelled before receiving product? I'm looking for info on rather or not it works... Any info would be greatly appreciated...

    I would like info on whether it works as well. I'm considering giving it a shot. I've checked out quite a few reviews on people who said it worked and at least helped them lose 7 or so pounds. I'm mostly interested in the drink since I hate taking the pills. Especially since people have said they are huge pills. I have heard only good reviews on the juice drink. Orovox. It's new. Anyone know anything on that? Thanks so much for your comments.

    I oredered my Orovo off of ebay. It showed up right away. I just took it for the first time yesterday. It says take 4 pills 30 minutes before breakfast and before lunch. I took the first 4 pills at 6:30 am. It was about an hour later, that I felt it hit me. I had a lot of energy and almost a high feeling. I went to work but then I had to come hoem to rest because I felt very weird. I am unsure if there is caffein in them or not. If there is that could certainly be the cause of the way I felt, because I do not drink anything at all but water. I have zero tolerance for caffein. However, I certainly was not hungry feeling at all. Finally at 1:30 I forced myself to eat because my stomach was growling, so it did not out my appetite. It kept me awake until almost 1 am. I even took Tyenlol PM to try to knock me out. I was real jittery and tinglig all over my body, almost a high feeling. Once again, this could be due to the fact that I have no tolerance for caffeine.
    Today I have taken only two, hopeing that I will not feel so bad. I will report to you later how it goes today.

    I took it all last week. I must say it did make me feel a little out of it. However, I did lose 5 pounds the first week. I would not recoommend to anyone starting with the full dosage becuase it will make you feel horrible. I am starting it back up again Monday and I will give you an update.

    I know a lot of people who gets paid to write any kind of reviews. It is must! Nobody will keep buying any product without reading reviuws. I wouldn’t sugests to believe in miracle pills. Too good to be true

    I am on my 2nd week of taking Orovo Original and feel great. I have lost 7-8 lbs and have plenty of energy and don't have trouble sleeping at night. I plan on taking the product until I reach my desired goal weight!

    Orovo is a scam. Look at the ingredients and if you know your herbs or chemistry, you know that the only thing you get from it, if in fact has all that food in a little pill, is some nutrition you can get in a vitamin pill. The ones that are scientifically proven to work are the stimulant diets based on phentermine or ephedrine. Get them at http://www.thatswholesale.com

    I ordered two bottles of Orovo and did not sign up for autoship. I hardly had a chance to use them and I received another bottle with an UNAUTHORIZED charge to my account. We are currently on the phone with Mastercard who is already aware of them. Don't know if the product is any good or not, but if that's what they have to do to make money, that's pathetic.

    I thought i was ordering one bottle and now they are still charging my checking account for the second month. i don't know what to do. i've emailed and written but can't use the phone because i am hearing impaired.
