I placed an order for an item from this website on May 7th, 2007. I was charged $59.99 and was told to wait two to three weeks. After three weeks I contacted their online help operators and the woman I spoke to informed me there was a shipping problem and my item is on my way. She would not provide a tracking number.

After waiting another week, I spoke to another operator who told me that the item never shipped because it was out of stock, but that they were having problems with their bank and that my refund could not be processed. She told me to give it a week.

After waiting another week, I spoke to an operator again who informed me that I had been issued a refund, although I had checked every bank statement since the order had been placed and not one included a refund. She told me their accounts department must be having a problem and that she would contact me the following day.

I received nothing and their online help was off and phones were down for nearly two weeks. When things came back up I contacted them again and they told me that I had been issued a refund. I told them I did not and that I had proof that I did not. They told me they would contact me again within the day.

I still have not received anything and now every time I sign on and remind them what my order number was they disconnect the chat. They are a disgrace of a business and I hope whatever greedy scammer that created it gets caught and loses every penny he has.

    Same thing happened to me and now when I call the number is disconnected and the online chat no longer works.
    It is so frustrating that I have gotten no where and that they still have there website up and running for them to keep screwing people over.
