We contracted with Origin 3 for website design and hosting in late November/early December. Thankfully, we did not make the second and final payment for services rendered, and we did receive "looks" showing their progress in the design before they went AWOL. We also put the first payment on our company Amex, which Amex covers. The problem is that all our stationary, business cards, emails, etc are based on the domain named laneconsultantsllc.com. What a hassle this is going to be.
Furthermore, what about the fact that we signed our contract AFTER they stopped taking customer complaints? Shouldn't legal action be taken against a company going belly-up with old clients while they take money from new clients?
I doubt anything comes of this. I hope the rest of you find restitution.
