I cancelled the colon detox and still received it along with the Pure Garcinia Slim. There was NO invoice or any type of information as to how to return these items. The order # is 175615. I do not want this product. I received an email from Randy Betances from customer support confirming my cancellation on January 8th, 2017 at 11:46am. I will send this package back to you and you will NOT make any charges to my credit card or I will report this as FRAUD!!! I will also be calling your Customer Support line to make sure that this WILL NOT HAPPEN!!!

    The first auto ship came before the one month free trial arrived. I did not want this order, yet the company does not accept returns nor do they refund. Very poor policy. Customer service phone rep was excellent and professional, but her hands were tied. I felt their practices were deceptive. Will not use again. A very expensive lesson as each bottle of first auto ship was nearly $90, so I was out nearly $180 for something I did not want and could not return.

    I received the the trial shipment and was charged the shipping and handling, but then charged for the next shipment which I never received and could not find a cancellation notice number that was valid. The number given was just a message that said number not recognized please contact your manager and then hung up on me. I tried disputing this through my bank and they sent my bank a notice showing that I had ordered the second shipment but even at the bottom it stated it was not shipped. Yet my bank is going to let it go through anyways. I am done with this. I am closing my account with my bank and switching banks and not bothering with this again. I'm tired of the scams.

    I've been having the same problem, after the "trial" they keep sending me the package every month and it doesn't come with a receipt or anything whit a number where I can call to cancell it, I don't know what to do, I dont want this products and I want this to stop, they've been charging me everey single month for over a year now. Can someone please tell me what to do? Anyone has a number where I can call? Thank you, Sandra C.
