O'Reilly Auto Parts / mistreatment of team members

There are problems going on at this specific store location that can no longer be ignored. The team members at this location need help but it will have to be from the corporate office. There was an e-mail sent but no-one answered it. There are two specific people at this store that have quick several times because they don't get their way. They are very hateful to others that they work with and if you don't do what they tell you to do, then they will go to the ends of the earth to see that you are fired. Several good team members have quit or transferred to other stores because of these two ladies. When you are hired you are told that you are a valuable part of the equation in making O'Reilly's a successful business. Store 948 use to be the best store to work for when Nathan was the manager, ut thanks to these two ladies he is no longer there. The team members have tried to talk to both the district manager and the regional manager but to no avail. All day today they have tried to talk to the district manager and he does not have time to talk to them. Both of these ladies have both quit several times and went to talk to the district and regional managers and got their jobs back not only their jobs back, but promoted to hub manager and back store manager. I know that some people that read this may think that it is jealous, but by no means are we jealous. It is not a good example for those team members that are there everyday and do their job and get nothing. We need help at this store but the team members are scared to say anything to either district or regional because of the pull that these two ladies have. We are not saying that either the district or the regional mabager are bad managers, but something has to be done. If you have any suggestions please let us know. One of the ladies started a fight in the store and I am talking about a physical fight and she was not repremanded. It seems like everything that they do wrong, they get away with it. All we are asking is for someone from Corporate to step in and help out the team members that are really there doing their job.

    Oreillys store in Saginaw, Tx. allows sexual harassment. The mans name is Ralph. I reported his behavior to Jimmie the Mgr. and to our DM. I have controlled high blood pressure and with the sexual harassment going on it caused my blood pressure to sky rocket and I had to be transported by ambulance since my blood pressure went close to 200 due to his behavior and inappropriate touching. I was off work for several weeks without pay while corp. was investigating, he was working.I filed a workers comp claim since his behavior was the root of my health problems and it occured at work and the company refused to do anything about it. I was fired since no one observed his behavior. I think its sorry that people like him get away with such and the management knows and does nothing. Not to mention I called Charlie O'Reilly and he didnt even return my call. I posted something on being sexually harassed on www.consumerspissed.com .I also found out that he not only sexually harassed me he also was delivering a part and a woman who was a mechanic and co-owner of the shop and she was bent over working on a car, and he smacked her butt. The woman's husband seen this and told Ralph that if he was a younger man he would have decked him on his butt! The mgr and dm showed up at their shop and apologized for Ralphs behavior. The shop owners did not want Ralph at their shop and from what I understand the store mgr said that if the shop needed parts and Ralph was out that way he would deliver them. Ashame behavior like this happens and companies turn their back on behavior such as this in the workplace.     I've worked for o'rielly/csk for 5 years and i was fired today for calling in sick yesterday. I was given no warning, no explaination, no severance, not even pay for my sick day. I am a wyotech grad and ASE certified in parts, so I expect to be paid like a professional. This is probably where I went wrong. I normally wouldn't bother complaining and just move on, but I wanted to warn existing employees that your job can and will be taken from you at any time, for no reason. To potential employees, I would like to warn you that even five years of loyal service will get you no where. All this company cares about is money, you are replaceable because you don't need to have any real automotive knowledge to work there.

    i worked for o'reilly/csk for about 2 years at part time but they where working me 39.50 hour's a week . I asked if they could give me full time benefits they said no where just going to cut your hours to 23.50 a week

    I am now under a tresspass letter/notice after being fired for no good reason. I have won twice in court against my former boss (RM)for unemployment benefits and to have bogus TRO (temporary restraing order0 removed. I've been told by the O"Reilly's attorney that "I am not welcome in their stores, even though the only remotely objectionable thing that i have done is play an embarrassing prank/joke against my ex RM. O"reilly's conflict resolution procedures are a joke !!!1

    i work at the scottsboro alabama oreillys, i am a american but im fluent in spanish and i am being used as a translator.ttwo weeks after being hired i was opening and closing our store, , with n o knowledge of the store..and they hired a lady, , a flirt from advanced auto, and she was friendly with the guys, , so today without cause i was fired...just like that.i think this cmpany needs a internal investigation.

    they refuse pay raises when its due and when you ask they give you a pay cut instead of pay raise sandiego ca.

    go union. I dont know what state ur in but section 8a and section 7 gives you employees the rigtht to do so and protects u of any wrong doings of these [censor]*****

    After 10 plus years & $8.2 million in sales & training dozens of employees & being the "tech support" for a dozen stores the corp auditor fired me for stealing & tried to have me put in jail . The corp office has black listed me & three major auto parts chains will not even accept my application.In the meantime the store has fell to 1/2 the sales due to the public outcry & MANY accounts boycotting them because of me being fired.Well the detectives have cleared me from any criminal wrongdoing & the prosecutor told the corp office your evidence that everyone in the store was operating the very same way & that this individual has been wronged.The store mgr & the dm both played a part in this mess & are telling folks that i quit or that i have stepped out & that they could help them. The store has the lowest audit score from the company that it has ever had & deliveries went down from a daily average of 50 to 11 per day they will soon be laying off or letting go part time drivers & counter hands. After legal counsel i will be seeking damages because at 55 i would have worked just as hard for the next 10 years & would had a sizable retirement fund .This company wont even pay the city for trash pickup so they have had the dumpster picked by the city for unpaid balance & the gas heat was shut off a couple of times & they were sued by a general contractor that replaced the rear entry door that they would not pay for & the were sued for air conditioner repair they would not pay for !!!
