If you don't act like these idots you will get fired not to mention they drink all the time ###in drunks !! & some of them smoke weed and do drugs and the mangers know and they still let them work their.

People: These people are so fake you can't trust anyone they act like they are your friends then they go tell someone else..

Returns: these people just sleep with each other...

Cleaning Girl: Sleeps with everyone she can so she can get what she wants...

They can make a soap about this company!

So if you want to work with drunks and fake people be my guest!!! I feel sorry for the people who are not fake and have to deal with these ###s get out now!!!

This is nothing but the truth. The president of the company is the most heartless person I have ever worked for and I have worked retail! He has about as much management experience as the keyboard I am typing at. The entire company is nothing but alcoholics, sluts and alcoholic sluts. Oh, don't let me forget the drug addicts and the drug suppliers. I must apologize to the president of the company, well to the person was referring to as the president anyway because he is not really in charge of much at the company. Patrick in sales, one of the most ### of the earth lowlife people to ever exist runs the company he is in charge. If you make any complaints about his harassment you will be fired. They will find some menial piece of ### excuse to fire you and you're out. Patrick C. should be fired. He has about as much brains as a horses ###. He looks half as attractive as one two, I guess that's from all his years of alcohol and cocaine. He is an alcoholic, seriously, he is either drinking or sleeping off a hang over. I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls a Chris Farley or a Jimmi Hendrix. Well, at least those two provided something useful to society and weren't a cancer draining from it. On a daily basis he harasses people and makes fun of them screaming in their faces swearing at work and leaving pictures of half naked chicks on female employees desks. He hasn't been fired because the management if afraid of him. Oh, guess what Patrick THE SOX SUCK! They should change their name to the Chicago White Sucks! Their mascot should be Sucky the Vacuum. The sales team spends a good amount of their time cold calling people...telemarketing. Isn't telemarketing a taboo practice since like forever? Without it the sales team would be lost, they know nothing other than call companies to make their aware that Orbus exists and what the company does then wait for the phone to ring. They have no sales training and wouldn't understand it if they did. In the real world of sales they wouldn't even be called in for interviews. Thank God Orbus is only the fairy tail of sales otherwise these people would be working as janitors and cashiers.

Whoever the Orbus slut is stop lying you've got to be about 6 or 7 people not just one. People sleep with so many other people I'll bet there's an STD going around the company, the clap perhaps. I don't know, but it would serve them all right to get it and spend their lives itching their crotches.

I hope the sales manager can get his head out of his butt and start doing his job for the first time in his life soon. What a waist of space he is, he looks veaguely like detective Cragan on Law & Order SVU, but is the exact opposite as far as competence goes. A non comical Mr. Magoo perhaps? At any other company he wuld get eaten alive and he looks like he already has been, several times. So does his nephew who works for the company...yes he not only works for the company but his uncle the sales manager is his direct manager. Corruption, this is just one shinning example. Another? Everyone suspects that the graphics office manager sleeps around and that's how she got where she is today, which is still no where, but to her it is a great place to be (yes, if you have no self esteem!)

It's widely believed that the Vice Pesident fired a single mother because he can't stand women in the work place with children, he waited until she took all her vacation days and fired her for too much time off. Does not like working women with kids...1947 called and they want their sexism back.

Orbus's products are so cheap there always breaking, that's why they have a need for three full time returns people. 100 people can do the work of the entire rest of the company and they have a full time returns department that often racks up over time.

The Hero is simply fabric glued to cardboard held together by a snap frame similar to one of those cheap picture frames where the sides snap together around the picture. I wouldn't be surprised if the product only last 3 days past the 90 day warrantee.

The retractable banner stands are so bad that you have to allow it to retract some then pull it 1/2 the way out it just retracted to correct the angle so it does not eat up the edges and continue in that fashion for 5 minutes slowly feeding and re-feeding the graphic.

The portable tables they produce...the legs screw on and get stuck, no one can get them off they're designed to require a special tool that can be purchased separately. If the legs do not come off they're the most akward tables ever produced.

Their sign department produced some of the ugliest way finding signs in the history of way finding. The signs look so cheap ou might as well class your place up with felt marker on cardboard. They're not even ADA approved, crap! Most places require ADA accessible sign-age. Fairly useless the signs are.

The new linear product takes 3 people half an hour to set up. It CANNOT, and I stress CANNOT be put together by one person in under half an hour. Three people are really needed to make sure it goes as smoothly as possible.

Every single product requires extremely specil handling and application of the graphic panels or the panels will be pinched bend permanently curved or whatever the poor design of the product does if you don't give the graphic the extra 20 minutes of attention it requires during the application process.

The Imagine banner stand costs the company under $50 to manufacture and they sell it for around $200 a rip off.

The truss is sold to a vendor for about $5000 then the Orbus suggested retail price is aound $15000. Absurd!

Imagine if a car only cost the dealer $500 to purchase... that's what it would be like.

It's a scam they're pulling one over on the unsuspecting public.

Everything posted directly above is a lie. Above that, TRUTH! The company is slowly going out of business, do not believe anything other than that until you see their P&L. Sexual harassment is Orbus's MO. They're products are felt glued to cardboard, the same quality a 6th grader produces for a school project at the last minute, that's why they have a growing returns department while every other department is shrinking. They're having to let A LOT of people go and they're going to let alot more people go in the near future, just to break even. Do not be fooled by their lies. I have never worked for them, but am a customer who is good x-friends with one of the sales managers. LIES and SEXUAL HARASSMENT!

Orbus Inc is full of ###!!! Everything wrriten is true about all the departments ... patrick is an ### who is lucky they keep him their even though he tries to sleep with his co-workers. I didn't know compaines would let their employees do drugs and still work their. The warehouse is like little village full of mexicans who don't know ###. The office is full of sluts. The innocent people need to get out. Orbus Inc is going out of business soon. Because their products are ###! The returns department doesn't take care of problems to busy ###ing around with the ladies. Most of the ### in that company are drunks and are into drugs or sell it. They fire people for no reason and try to get out of paying unemployment. Suckers you paying everyones unemployment every last person you fired. Hey Jen Bardon sucks to be pregnant again enjoy trying to lose the weight now!!!

Orbus, attempts to be proactive in their field by doing things no other company has ever done. However, Orbus does such a bad job of it they end up spending thousands of dollars to produce a product nobody wants and no one uses. They do not see a single cent from their investment. Display creator, great idea, a joke of a software. The software will load on a Macintosh computer, but it always freezes and it crashed mine. The software works only on PC, but it runs so slow you would think your computer has crashed. If you wait a few minutes longer than you think you should have to wait it will do what you want, this is on a good computer. was working in the sales department and tried to get people to use the software and no one would. No one wanted it. While I was working in the sales department there was this guy who went around and shot all sorts of movies and I have never seen any of the footage. No movie was ever produced. I herd the managers kept changing the idea and I also heard that none of the employees would cooperate with the guy shooting the video. I tried to talk with him one day about the industry and how he was going to represent the company and he knew nothing about the industry. Did they not train him. Anyway, Orbus tried half-half-assly to be the first company to do things in their industry, but they don't realize they need money, effore, and motivation to do what they want. They also attempt to produce innovative products, but instead rip off other companies and get sued. Hah, I laugh. The products they do design themselves are very poor at best. I remember one that is a flat mural sort of thing that took three people about 30 minutes to set up. When you're paying for union people so set it up at a trade show that sucks. They keep firing employees and buying new printers and these new printers do not pay for themselves. They have no room for these new printers so they keep shuffling departments around cramming people together as they purchase new printers without having any expectation of a return on their investment.

The VP of the company is a blue-collar worker type of guy and he goes around and talks about thing that would get him fired at a normal company, but he is friends with the Pres. so he'll be the last one at the company. I can't wait until it is the two of them sitting in an empty office wondering what the hell happened. HA! Don't even think about reporting the VP to HR. HR is a guy who does absolutely nothing, he gets paid to do nothing all day and keep people from suing the company because nothing was done about their complaint. I know their was one lawsuit against the company a few years ago and a new one recently.

The returns department could work 24 hours a day and still be days behind in their work, even at maximum efficiency. They work at about 20% efficiency. They have so much work to do it makes me sick, why would they have that amount of work if the products were any good?

This company isn't as bad as people are saying it is. First of all I work as a sales person. Sales is a demanding stressful job. That's why my boss allows me to smoke inside the building on breaks even though it is against a city ordinance. He doesn't let everyone smoke in the building only those who are on his good side. The only way to get on his good side is by going drinking with him on the weekend. Not every weekend only 2 or 3 a month do we go pub crawling. He's a lot nicer to me at work than other employees because of it. It's not a bad place to work if you play the game. People say there's harassment? What a bunch of sensitive babies. So what if a picture of a half naked woman ends up on some chick's desk! What are you going to do, cry? That's why so few women work in sales. They cry too much to handle the stress. The boss does not like hiring cry babies!

It is true that the sales are going down but the turn over rate here is unbelievable. You try to keep sales up while always training new sales people. Plus there's hundreds of returns because the shipping department can't get more than 40% of the orders correct. You try to keep sales up when 60% of them get returned. 1/2 the returns are for full refunds too. Stop complaining and do your jobs! Cry babies!

Yes some employees have used drugs in tho past and may still now, but there have been no work related accidents from it, so who cares? Plus we fixed the problem with all the fights by posting a memo last year. Sure there's still one or two occasional outbursts, but what company does not have some problems with employees who do not get along?

It's a great company if you play the game and go pub crawling with your boss 2 or 3 weekends a month and not get offended by sexist/racist jokes or softcore porn (i.e. not be a cry baby!). There's a reason the HR man does nothing with any of the complaints, they're stupid complaints. Eventually the whiners and complainers get fired. Good ridens!

I'm so glad I came across this site. I've sent resumes to this company and never got called for an interview. I guess you might say that was my "good luck". These complaints convey horrendous business operations and some weird management. Everything about this company sounds like something out of the dark ages. I'm amazed it still exists. Orbus - take your sham comapny and get out of town.

This is 1000% true and if I only knew this when I worked their I would of rather taken a job at Wal-Mart. I could go into detail but it's not worth the time to type it all out but it's the "boys and whores" club there.
