Hello!
FYI i am Based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia, unfortunately i am unable to change city here in this page.
FYI, i am OSN user since last 3 years. The experience was good enough till January 2017 but later like i have to file a complaint after 2 weeks in relation to signal drop. few times technician
Visited but no found no issue and later same problem has been started. But i have files a complaint on December 6 in regards to issue of my receiver that it's stuck and i have to re plug wires after every few hours which
is not a good practice and same issue i have filed.
1st thing OSN cannot provide better service but atleast hire some friendly staff in customer service those can guide your customers well. Dec 6 or 7 when i filed the complain the lady with whom i was talking to like she was rude enough and i asked her to transfer my call to technical department but all in vain.
2nd thing if you cannot resolve my problem then kindly send someone from your team and disconnect my OSN.
Kindly do the needful to change my receiver or whatever or disconnect my connection.
That would be highly appreciated and i hope i will be expecting your feedback soon as requested.

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] no business ethics - illegal

I was asked to cancel my subscription before month and subscription dues. they are having very fraud process without informing customer debt amount to your account.

- lack of knowledge on customer service
- no one ready to solve your problem
- un professional company
- no one answer your call, after your call transfer to cancellation desk so called VIP.
- They charged me for cancellation $5 ( never mentioned anywhere)
- for cancellation they charged one month notice as well.

I strongly suggest not go with OSN

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] unethical behavior

Dear OSN team,

I have received a message this morning, which made me feel annoyed. I am one of your old customers since 2010 my package used to called movie premier.
I used to pay for it 230 L.E then the rate started to be higher which I didn't refuse. till last year in 2016 I used to pay 297. This year 2017 I am paying 339.
I have received to day an email informing me I am going to pay double the price I am paying today which is completely unacceptable . When I called your customer
service someone told me this is our new packages which is going to be only 3 packages. First, it is not my business that you decided this rate. Second, I want my
package which is premier with the same amount, not higher than that. I am looking forward to hearing your reply .
P.S Old loyal customers should be treated in a different way than the new ones.

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] fraud action, negligence and careless attitude

Dear OSN team,

Let me share with you the worst experience I faced since longtime ago.

On the 19th of November, 2017 I received an SMS from your side that OSN packages have been modified and prices were changed, therefore I contacted the call center same day to inquire about the new packages with its contents and asking what if I want to migrate the family package.

Accordingly, your representative told me within the call that if I want to migrate he must proceed with the migration action to be effective from the next month.

I told him what is the need to migrate now while I can migrate before the deduction date or before the end of bill cycle, however he insisted to take action within the call otherwise the action won't be implemented and the updated price of the premier package will be deducted from the credit card.

I told him no problem it is ok to take the action by proceeding with the migration action and deduct an amount of 308 l.e. From the CC.

Next day, suddenly I received an sms from your side that another amount of 252 l.e was deducted which is not acceptable by any means from my side.

I thought that the system did not understand the manual action that took place by the agent and deducted this amount to complete the upgraded amount of the premier package.

Accordingly, I called the call center more than 6 times complaining from this issue and every time i receive different reply and invalid justifications that the agent took wrong action and he was not supposed to perform such an action !

So I have some concerns that need to be shared with you.

1- I consider what happened in credit card is a clear manipulation and fraud action.

2- Not contacting me since I submitted my complaint is a clear negligence and unprofessional handling for your customers' complaints.

3- ABC handling is to call your customers and stick to your service level in case you have.

4- affording Interest on my credit card since 21/11/2017 till date due a mistake from your side is not accepted from my side.

5- I requested to cancel the service more than once and no one contacted me as well till now.

6- When I called they told me that the complaint team contacted me which is a clear fabrication and falsification from your agents in your database as no one contacted me never.

I can accept such unprofessional handling from a small company starting its business in the market yet not from OSN !

Accordingly, I need someone to contact me from the head office or a responsible manager who knows well how to handle a dissatisfied customer and who was impacted negatively due to your mishandling, otherwise I will make sure to share this complaint on social media on certain pages and take all the needed actions to save my rights.

Waiting for your call for further clarification and details about this case and to prove if you still have any form of credibility and save your reputation in the market.

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] unfair membership

Hi, I'm complaining regarding the increase of membership fee of the movie premiere bouquet, I received a mobile SMS informing me that instead of my current membership fee which is 516.70 Le, it will be 645 Le, and that it will be deducted from my account on December invoice! First of all this policy is unfair, forcing me to accept the new prices, i tried to contact the Egyptian Customer service line I was put on hold for 35 minutes yesterday, the 16-11-2017 evening from 20:05 egypt local time.Last year when osn decided to remove two important channels without providing a substitute for the same product i.e. Channel TCM& MGM, classic old movies, you didn't even care to provide compensation nor equivalent product, then a less than a year ago, I was forced again to upgrade due to the lack of channels on my old bouquet, as I have two memberships now, I'm asking you to cancel my memberships or to stay on the same bouquet and price, as it's getting out of my budget your new unrealistic fees, this policy of forcing customers to accept the fact is unprofessional, if you feel as a osn team that you're providing a second to none service, uncompetitive service, I can assure you, it's again unprofessional.please accept my apology of being unable to accept nor continue with your current policy.also I request that you discontinue my membership without any further payments.

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] tv network service providers

The first step to sale itself was committed wrong. The executive sold on a wrong commitment of offering numerous channels and it did not turn out to be same, as I escalate the issue calling to Customer service they said they will call back and never ever return the calls. As I requested to cancel the subscription they are asking for a penalty of 500 Aed I am really fed up need to know what can I do about it please help.

Please, report OSN and what happened to you to authorities. I don't know if you have consumer protection organization where you live. I assume you do since I think I've seen something like that when I lived in UAE. Please, take your complaint to them. I've had a similar experience in Egypt and I'm filing a case against OSN. We should all file cases against them because they deserve that. I was cheated several times by them and they drew money from my credit card against my will.

I would like to make a complain of your indian branch staff from king fahad 4th street al khobar branch, for acting unprofessional and arrogant towards me. Your staff shoud treat costumers eith decent and respect, your staff should talk nicely and must provide need information your cosmers are inquiring about. His name is Sherif Sauhat. This is the third time that i paid to that branch and observed his unprofessionalism. Please do something about this. Thank You

monthly charges deducted from my credit card without approval and my authorization...
inspite of speaking to their customer services and lodging a complaint still no response from their side...also they have stopped answering my calls.

Never work at OSN its one of the most unprofessional companies on earth. Finnaly figered it out how to gain my rights back, social media is the way to solve all the issue with any company. This is why i'm wasting my time any yours now to find some one havs the ownership to solve my issue. Come on its just a peice of paper" form 6 " what i need form your ### company, after wasting 2 abd half years working there and this is what i got. But don't worry at all i've decided after 2 month of looking arround for some one to help me to get the form that i don't need it, on the other way i will be looking to get your sh**ty f***ing reputation if you are carring for it.

i did cancel my subscription with OSN formally on the OSN Shop on Jan 24th 2016. and they are still deducting from My credit card the monthly subscription.

i called / went back to the Shop in Bahrain with no proper solution or refund for the transaction done after cancellation?

OSN proved its self to us as the worst company and untrustworthy. they use your credit card without permission. There rates are highest in the world, while they provide there customers with old and repetitive movies and programs. Be careful with them charging you 10 days before you next month services begin (its the only company in the world that does that, Apparently they do not trust customers).
Do not trust this company, there are other alternative for tv programs and movies. Just check the net for alternatives such net flix, amazon, hulu...etc.

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] kids package missing channels

Dear All, I am a customer in OSN showtime Egypt. My package is the kids package including the 2 channels of Cartoon Network and Boomrang. Yesterday, I was surprised that both channels were removed from OSN due to sudden changes as they said. I tried to ask them to compensate me due to this severe problem but they replied me in a tough and unprofessional way that they cannot do anything and I have to continue paying the same monthly subscription amount despite of not having these 2 important channels for my kids. Same thing happened to me, they replied that we have the right to cancel any channels without prior notice, is this a proper way to deal with customers? And of course no compensation, and not even thinking of how they can satisfy an angry customer!

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] I would rate you 0 in satisfying your customers

Dear osn teams, kindly consider my message which is being written after a very awful experience with your services and your customer service team. I am a customer who joined you a month ago and that was the worst month I have ever lived. It started with issues that I considered and didn't tell about since I could bare and cope with. Till yesterday, when I got a technical problem as my channels got some failure and weren't available. I called your team and they advised me that this is issue needs a technician visit to my home to get fixed and he suggested the visit time to be today between 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm which I accepted. To me time is money, and I canceled wage of things to get ready to your technician visit, to find that no one called me till 3.00 pm. I got afraid that he will not make it on time so I recalled your customer service team to be answered by someone who knows nothing about what customer service means. Mohamed alsherif, egypt osn call center, has given me the first ever chance to have an appalling experience, as he put me on hold for more than 3 minutes without returning back within 2 minutes (which is a b c good customer service behavior) and when I told him that this is not appropriate it was just like nothing to him, he was like a frozen cub of ice with no interactions! Then he told me that the technician won't make it on time and would come between 4.00 to 6.00 which is a huge hassle to me and losing money to me! He has shown no empathy of any kind to retain a customer he just simply turned a customer who could have been a promoter to be a detractor and seeking cancellation! There was even no "sorry" expression! I asked him to make a complaint which he did as per his words and told me it would take 7 working days for someone to get back to me on my complaint! Appalling and frustrating! I asked to put me through to a supervisor who was nothing but a source of headache and disgusting experience as well. It was mohamed fazwy, who showed no empathy and make no change more than ending the call with a customer who is turned to be a completely frustrated and hating nothing in the world than osn. He didnt put himself in the customer shoes, and never gone the extra mile for me! He even add nothing new to his previous team member rebuttal I felt I am talking and answering my self just computers I dealt with. I even told him I would tell everyone how bad osn is and he just didn't move. By the way I know that you have system and rules that these two worst representatives might couldn't change, however they could have showed me that they are caring! And to let you know, I am a customer who was mis-sold the deal and was wrongly advised with my payment date causing me bank charges and here I am having a wage of money lost again cause of your "no nothing about customer service team" and your "non caring representatives teams" and to make it worse, I am losing another wage of money for waiting another 2 hours. Have I just subscribed for entertainment package to lose money! Is that what osn meant to be? A source of hassle! I was told that you have a bad experience from a lot of my surroundings and that is the reason why I subscribed for your first category package and was to upgrade afterwards but now I can tell you just won another member to you detractors list and I would never resubscribe with you. If I am having a survey now I would rate you 0 in satisfying your customers, 0 in resolution, 0 in recommendation. Thanks for ruining my day!

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] mis-informing customer

I was told by 2 osn staff about their 12+1 promo. I was told to pay 12 months and get 1 month free but only if i pay using my credit card. I asked them if paying cash is applicable in this promo but said credit card a must. only to realize now they needed credit card so they can easily auto renew subscription. I availed the promo. I was issued a receipt without any details of the dates/ coverage period of my subscription/package. I emailed them and to my surprise my subscription is not for 13 months but only 12 months. I went back to the pakistani looking osn staff at dubai festival city where i paid, he kept on insisting to us it is for 13 months although his computer now indicated only 12 months. What disgust me here is the fact this osn staff doesnt admit his mistake and was talking to us in such a manner we are dumb enough to believe him. NEVER AGAIN OSN DUBAI

i told osn sales guy you wanna cash or debit card they just ask me only we accept credit card . and automatically deduct 550 dhs . without any information . right now iam in india within 10 day i will be in dubai and i will case the file in consumer . my cell [protected]

i came from Dubai to India on DEC 21st before i came from Dubai 10 days before i cancelled my package .then they charge me one month and they charge after month 550 DHS . i told them when you register with us in the beginning time you have to give the detail of credit card . without any information they deduct my credit card 550 DHS . is that useful connection.i will file the case when i come back 10 to 15 days . dont make any osn connection . i will file a case sure when i reach in Dubai

Orbit Showtime Network [OSN] payment problem

Unfortunately I subscribed on OSN service and the representative who answer my call took my data and my MasterCard number in order to deduct the administration and subscription fees, it was done successfully, he asked me to send the needed documents to avoid any problems related to the service which was done the next day,
then within 7 days of activating the service and sending the documents the service was deactivated daily and when I checked with customer service for 7 days they told me that my master card cannot be used as it cannot be used online which is not right as they already used it and confirm the payment from their side.
I started to wonder if it was a good decision to subscribe on OSN as I am facing this problem after only 2 weeks from subscription without having any respectable follow up

After calling Customer Service several times who just know how to give promises to send a technician for two days, no one has come to fix the box. This is the worst contract I ever had. OSN is the worst. It is better to go for Bein sports or Netflix rather than wasting money on this bad service.

Osn unprofessional customer service
Kindly note that on july 23rd my credit card was charged by the monthly fee..in which was a shock for me as I indicated very clearly on july 6th not to charge my credit card again at zamalek office as we are going to pay in cash at due time & gave them the new family member contact with new phone number!? As expected no service as you talk to tom & jerry they tell you we are going to call the new person & follow up with her..in which never happened.. That is beside the different replies that you get on the same issue from different staff members even dubai office... Funny

Can you answer the following closed questions

Why my credit card was charged.
Why did you stop broadcasting on july 23rd while its payed till aug.3rd.
Why as per your agent that money is not refunded in 48 hours?.&still till now?.
Why did the clerk of dubai head office called me (fouad I think the name)!? Since he indicated that if you are not that happy with our services why are you still dealing with us. Does he have any idea what is customer service.
Why did you block me in face book or you do not admit complains.

I registered for the free trial and did unsubscribe but this is the 3rd month now that they are charging me . Last 2 months I raised the issue with them and they won't refund I don't even use their app or anythn.

Osn subscription cannot be stopped !

its simply that its so easy to subscribe and credit card would be charged on the spot, but if you want to cancel your subscription they will keep charging you without even telling you .

what happened with me is that i needed to cancel my subscription on April, 2019 . they convinced me that i can deactivate the subscription for two months starting from the 7th of may- 7th of July and by July i can decide to reactivating the account or stop it, when i called on July to stop the subscription they told me that they cant and they should charge me another month because the account should be active to to be stopped ! so i have to activate it, pay the monthly fees and then stop it !
I told them not to charge any amount and they should get back to my old request and that i deactivated the account based on there advice, so what they did is they charged the amount without calling me and i didn't know about it until i checked my monthly balance on the credit card .

This is really unacceptable and this was not the first time i have a problem with the cancellation department at OSN

Osn unprofessional customer service
Kindly note that on 15 th of every month my credit card is getting charged by the monthly fee of Aed 150.. I am paying for something which i cannot use. I need refund for the time which i have not used I am facing this issue since 15 days unable to watch the channels and getting the error OSN pehla service is not available.I tried reaching you through IVR went through all instruction and receive the compalin number 9921920 but none of them contacted. Please refund the amount for the time which i was unbale to use and restore all the channels. Your quick response would be much appreciated.

OSN cheated on me several times. They charged us extra money for the monthly subscription without telling us (significantly more money). When I told them to stop the services, they cheated again and charged us an additional month. I'm going to the consumer protection services and will file against them. I hope many people do the same. Don't let them cheat on us again. Here is where you can file against them:

The are always calling me even on Fridays and night time despite my repetitious request not to call me as I am not interested regarding the product they are offering. Their line number is [protected].. Please your help because it is really frustrating...

Worst ever client servicing. I informed them 2 months back that i want to cancel my subscription as i will be leaving the uae for good. But still they withdraw money from my credit card as the record does not indicate that the subscription has been cancelled. Either they do it on purpose, which means they are stealing their customers money or the staff is really negligent and unprofessional. Still waiting for their call to solve this issue.

Dear OSN Management team,

i'm very disappointed to found today extra money has been deducted from my Credit card as a monthly fees as i suppose to pay LE 452.90 but i found the amount LE 511.78
without notified me at all, i believe there's new taxes has been add to my fees which is 13% VAT Taxex ( i never mind to pay the tax ) but they have to inform me first not to deduct the amount direct which against the world wide role PCI ( Payment card industry ) as well as they are not authorize to get extra money from my card without my permission .
what i'm writing right now is an official complain and i'm not agree to pay this amount of money without my agreement

1- I have complaint that the remote control stop working suddenly, on 6/4/2016 and after 1 hours call with OSN staff, she find that I need new remote . with 2 option either to PAY upfront AED 100 or batter to PAY AED 120 as insurance which I accepted. since the deliver will by after 5 days, I ask the staff Mauna to collected from the place which she can confirmed hence she advice me to collected from Festival City Dubai which I know to handover super part as the shops in the mall is only Seles. finally I want there as she confirmed but you are aware that nothing right. on 7/4/2016 I logged anther request and complaint but no answer till now.
2- on the call of 6/4/2016 I have been charged AED 36.02 ( as the amount of AED 120 will be debited every month with bill) and again on 9/4/2016 I have been charged an amount of AED 433.03 which not correct for my annul fee .
I am very upset from the service and till now no one call me either any answer call

Dear OSN teams,

Kindly consider my message which is being written after a very awful experience with your services and your customer service team. I am a customer who joined you a month ago and that was the worst month I have ever lived. It started with issues that i considered and didn't tell about since I could bare and cope with . Till yesterday, when I got a technical problem as my channels got some failure and weren't available. I called your team and they advised me that this is issue needs a technician visit to my home to get fixed and he suggested the visit time to be today between 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm which I accepted. To me time is money, and I canceled wage of things to get ready to your technician visit, to find that no one called me till 3.00 pm.I got afraid that he will not make it on time so i recalled your customer service team to be answered by someone who knows nothing about what customer service means. Mohamed Alsherif, Egypt osn call center, has given me the first ever chance to have an appalling experience, as he put me on hold for more than 3 minutes without returning back within 2 minutes( which is a b c good customer service behavior) and when I told him that this is not appropriate it was just like nothing to him, he was like a frozen cub of ice with no interactions! then he told me that the technician won't make it on time and would come between 4.00 to 6.00 which is a huge hassle to me and losing money to me! he has shown no empathy of any kind to retain a customer he just simply turned a customer who could have been a promoter to be a detractor and seeking cancellation! there was even no " sorry" expression! I asked him to make a complaint which he did as per his words and told me it would take 7 working days for someone to get back to me on my complaint! appalling and frustrating! I asked to put me through to a supervisor who was nothing but a source of headache and disgusting experience as well. It was Mohamed Fazwy, who showed no empathy and make no change more than ending the call with a customer who is turned to be a completely frustrated and hating nothing in the world than OSN. He didnt put himself in the customer shoes, and never gone the extra mile for me! He even add nothing new to his previous team member rebuttal I felt I am talking and answering my self just computers I dealt with. I even told him I would tell everyone how bad OSN is and he just didn't move. by the way I know that you have system and rules that these two worst representatives might couldn't change, however they could have showed me that they are caring! and to let you know, I am a customer who was mis-sold the deal and was wrongly advised with my payment date causing me bank charges and here I am having a wage of money lost again cause of your " no nothing about customer service team" and your " non caring representatives teams" and to make it worse, I am losing another wage of money for waiting another 2 hours. Have I just subscribed for entertainment package to lose money! Is that what OSN meant to be? a source of hassle! I was told that you have a bad experience from a lot of my surroundings and that is the reason why I subscribed for your first category package and was to upgrade afterwards but now I can tell you just won another member to you detractors list and I would never resubscribe with you.
If you do care about your customers, you better show me that care cause If I am having a survey now I would rate you 0 in satisfying your customers, 0 in resolution, 0 in recommendation.

My name is Ayman Abdel Meguid and I contact osn in Egypt day 29, first month they collected the subscription fees from my credit card dated 27 and I said no problem then next month they colleted subscription fees dated 25 then I called osn they told me they try to collect before 5 days to avoid any delay but not accepted to send me a message before nine day { Dear OSN Customer, We were unable to collect the subscription fees. To avoid service interruption please contact CNE/OSN customer service (02-[protected]) }
First : I not accepted to collect the subscription fees before nine days .
Second : This message mean to me I am bad customer

I have taken OSN subscription through Sharjah City Center on monthly payment of AED 148 which at the time of subscription was informed that it will be on the same date of subscription which is 28th of every month as it started 28th December, 2014, but this month i.e. in May, 2015 all of sudden the date was changed to 23rd May, 2015 when i called and asked they said they start collecting 5 days in advance, and when i told them this information wasn't shared with us on which they kept saying it's our policy and on 23rd May evening when i called the customer service they said they're sorry for inconvenience and will change the date to 28th of every month but today i.e. 31st May, 2015 they again charged me AED 24.73/- when i called them again asked they said it is for changing date, but hello no one informed me then either? how can you keep charging as per the date and the amount you want to ? i contacted the sales person he always keep saying he'll check and get back as before also i had complained that the channel switches off by its own and then restarts again in 5 minutes but it happens through out the day still no use as the matter isn't resolved yet as the problem started day 1.

an OSN for goodness sake get real on the programs, it is absolute rubbish on tv, I have paid for the same programs many times, its tripe, all repeats what are you guys doing sleeping, Only good thing is rugby, cricket and coro street, classic car shows all repeats or on at 1am in the morning. I would love to cancel all my tv really I have had enough. Why don't the owners get there act together, ye and also dont ask for a repair man it will be a nightmare

I GOT MY NEWLY INSTALLED DISH AND DECODER ON MY SUBSCRIPTION WITH OSN YESTERDAY 19-FEB. 2015. INSTALLATION WAS FINE. HOWEVER YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS IN A HURRY AND DID NOT WAIT FOR THE FULL CONFIGURATION OF THE DECODER. HE JUST TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR AT 30MINS. IT WILL BE OK. ALL CHANNELS WILL BE DISPLAYED AND I CAN NAVIGATE THRU YOUR REMOTE. ANYWAY, THAT WAS 7:45PM, I HAVE WAITED AND UNTIL NOW ITS 20-FEB 2015 EXACTLY 5:50AM NOTHING CAME OUT. I CALLED THE SALES AGENT HERE AND THE SAME SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT AT LEAST 6HOURS, WOW! BUT ITS MORE THAN 6HOURS AND STILL I GOT NOTHING ON MY NEW SUBSCRIPTION. MY CONTRACT NUMBER OR APPLICATION NUMBER ON THE FORM IS 3088328. I WISH I CAN REVOKE AND GET MY MONEY FOR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE WITH OSN...

OSN is cheating with customer, while changing decoder from Pehla to OSN they charged from me 110 AED & after some time they changed decoder of my friend with out cost.
