OrangeFuture.com / Failed to Follow Up with Promises
OrangeFutue.com Advertised that they would help to buy home at a cheaper price with a $199 membership with them. I agreed to join the member for a thirty (30) days refund for any reason I want to cancel the membership. Before the (30) days over, I had very hard time contacting them so I decided to cancel my membership and the person on the phone refused saying there's no such thing as refund. I said that I was told if I cancel before the 30 days over I will get my refund. At the this point, the representative being very rude and said they have to listen to the conversation when I joined and they would call me back. Couple days later I called but I couldn't get nowhere. Another couple days later I called again, each time when I called I have to wait for at least 45 minutes to talk to someone. This time they agreed to refund my money if I fill out the proper cancelation form that they email to me. I completed and then I faxed and certified mail both to them. I called and they said they got it and they working on my refund. A month later I called again, they said they still working on it. Weeks later I called again, they told me it should be mail to me anyday. Weeks later again, I called they told me the same thing and that I should receive soon. Finally when I called again, I only get the answering machine everytime I called; I left messages after messages for them to get back to me. So far there's no response from them and it's been since late March and early April 2008, now is the end of Sept. 2008. My email: email@example.com
