While Demetry (the owner) reliably picked us up and got us to our cruise terminal he spent most of his time looking at his cell phone. He also quoted us a price for pickup after our cruise and to our post cruise resort.

The whole time he drove us to the resort he complained loudly about how it was so far out and complained about why we would book such a spot to stay when Disney properties were not even close (incidentally it is 20 min from the airport and 5 minutes from Disney) Why it mattered to him I am not sure since we agreed upon a price before our departure for our cruise.

We ended up paying him $75 extra plus the obligatory 20% tip for him to take us the extra 20 minutes. When we were dropped off at the resort we quickly realized that we were missing 2 of our pieces of luggage. We called him within 5 minutes and he told me that he was pulling over to look and would call me right back. After 15 minutes I called him again and he started yelling at me that it was not his fault and that he had other appointments and that he could not bring the bags back until late that evening. Then he said that he would not bring the bags back unless we paid him an additional $25 for his time.

I explained to him that it was his responsibility to clear his vehicle before pulling away and that we paid him a 20% tip to ensure excellent service. He started raising his voice so much that I finally asked him if he was yelling at me because I was a woman and did he need to talk to my husband. I asked him if he was holding my luggage hostage for the additional $25 and he changed his tone slightly. To get the luggage back I agreed to pay him his $25 and he brought the pieces back within 5 hours. He did not offer an apology but asked for his money before even off loading the luggage which my husband paid.

I am writing this review to make the $25 spent worth it. If he loses at least $25 in revenue due to this post then it will be money well spent.

We arrange ahead of time to be taken to the hotel out of the area. We agreed upon a price. You agreed to take us. The bags were in the back of the van in which YOU off loaded. There were 7 of us and we had 1 bags and 1 backpack each because of flight restrictions. Who flies with 3 1/2 bags each? If you cannot handle offloading the car then you should not expect tip. How can you drop us off at 11:00 at such a far distance as you state when we didn't even get off the cruise ship until 11? According to you, after leaving us you picked up other people, took them to their destination, heading the opposite direction and THEN brought our bags back 31 miles west of the airport. All in 1 1/2 hours? Your story of the facts does not hold water and it proves what a LIAR you are.

You should not be surprised at reading our comments because we expressed our total disgust with your services at the time you brought back the bag and demanded the extra fee. We did not save money with you. We paid the full price you asked including the mandatory tip for POOR service. If you are undercutting the market that is YOUR issue not ours. Funny how many details you "remember" after 5 months. My comments were written when we got back with the correct details fresh in our minds and we have no motives for lying. Losing time and money and returning our bag to us due to YOUR MISTAKE is not our problem and it shows your lack of integrity. You should have returned the bag to us without the extra fee. Now you are blasted on the internet for who you really are. (Oh, and stay off your cell phone and watch the road when you drive so you don't end up in jail for killing a van full of passengers.)

If only one person reading this decides to go another route rather than use your service it will be worth the extra money I paid for your mistake.

We wish we had read mlost's review before booking a shuttle with this a**hole. He is racist, rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating.
We wrote a sharply worded Yelp review for him and within a few hours received a threatening call from him. He threatened to file a lawsuit if we did not take down our reviews. This is ridiculous as there are no ground for him to sue. We have full freedom to leave any kind of review after receiving a service. Rather than accept this constructive criticism, and aspire to be better, he resorts to petty tricks.
My experience with him matches mlost's. He constantly complained about the location of our resort and how he was surprised that we were staying so far out. I don't understand how this is possible as he had our address before time. We used his services 5 days in a row, and on the last day he uses our location as an excuse to hike up the fee we had to pay him for a mall stop. Thank god e hadn't paid him in advance and cancelled the stop. I don't think he is the kind of person who likes to refund his customers money. He demanded tip even before the round trip was over. Who DEMANDS 18% tip? It's absurd. Tips are given at the discretion of the customer.

mlost is lucky that she only had one trip with him. We had endure him for 5 days.

I'm not much for testimonials, but I have to tell you that your service on our trip to WDW last week was fabulous! Marcello was so accommodating to our rowdy group of girls (he put up with some very loud singing) and he was right on time for our return. I travel two weeks out of the month and this was the easiest transport I've had in years. You back up everything you claim you'll provide.

Thanks so much for the great transportation. 14 of the Crossman family used 2 vans to get to and from the 5/6 - 5/9 Disney Cruise. We appreciated your spotless vans and carseat, timely pickups, friendly drivers and great price.
If I remember correctly, 1 of our drivers was Johnny. He took us to Ron Jon's surf shop as we requested and also (without us asking) stopped at a place along the highway so we could see the alligators. He was full of helpful hints for our cruise, too.
Thanks for the great service. I have raved about you guys on the "Disboards" and hope that will lead to new customers for you.

We serve thousands of customers every month and I am very sorry one customer to have bad experience whit us.
When your reservation is accepted, we hold a specific vehicle for you, which means that we will not double book that car for ground transportation. In this case there are 8 passengers whit 28 bags travel together. Port Canaveral Cruise terminal is located on east coast of Florida and we offer transportation between Orlando Airport and Port Canaveral.
After finishing their cruise they decide to go to a hotel about 31 miles west of Orlando Airport and don’t want to pay extra for the transfer to this hotel. Regular taxi will charge them $95.00-130.00 to go from Orlando Airport to the hotel. We charge them only $50.00 extra + 20% gratuity (28 bags 40-50lb each) and they forgot one very small bag in the van. I receive the call 28 minutes from the drop-off time and demanding to go back to deliver the bag. I explain nicely that I'm on a schedule and my time is very limited and when I have time will bring the bag to the hotel and will cost $20.00. I drop off the people at 11.00 AM and I delivered the bag at 12.46 PM less then 2hr.
State in Florida all major highways are toll road and will cost money to drive to deliver the bag.
This people safe with us more than $500-600 in transportation cost overall and this complain is not very nice of them. They never said anything to me and I get surprise when I read this article for our service.
