Orange LG KP235 / surley attitude
I bought a new mobile from orange on 30/09/08 and it worked fine for appox 2 weeks. I rang orange who where very helpfull and they did a diognostic on the phone which was dropping calls. They gave me code and told me to take the phone back to the shop id bought it from and they would replace it, which I did only to be told by the surley male assistant that he would check the phone out himself as I could have told the operator I had spoken to anything, so after being told I could have lied basically, I explained the operator had done a diognostic and checked phone records etc and there was a problem with dropped calls, still not to be believed and still being spoken to in a manner no customer should be spoken to, he finally said he would change the phone. But I cannot believe a sales person should be aloud to speak to a customer in this manner, and the rest of my family who also are orange customers are all considering changing networks so not to have to deal with such ignorant and disrespectful people again, my granddaughter has just purchased a new phone from orange via the internet, which was excellent service and my daughter was about to but now is having second thoughts about going to a company that allows its customers to be spoken to in such a manner.
