Optonline.neyService canceled abruptly

I have been a customer of optimum tv, Internet and phone service since 1991. As I was speaking with their representatives Torriel ID # 42 I in NJ
about their price increase and trying to negotiate a lower price with their rep for my current services, Torriel ID 42 I completely cut most of my services right off with no advance worning as we were talking.
When I finally got hold of a manager Edwin ID 48E, from them he informed me that they will reconnect me at the higher price even though my monthly usage was only half over for the month and was paid for prior.
I would not recommend this cable service to anyone, Stay Away From Them is my best recombination. Other friends that I have also feel the same way.
