They send me texts all the time using a code "665-55" I contacted them 3 times to tell them to stop. Each time they say they have no record of my phone #. This company apparently relies on breaking FCC laws for unwanted phone solicitation. My next stop is a federal complaint. This company has to know that no one wants their losing trades to be scammed on their phone almost every day.
Joe, I've emailed you previously and we did remove you from the alerts list that you subscribed to. As mentioned earlier when you canceled we still gave you access through the time period you paid for which is the right business thing to do. Once you wanted to be removed we did so right away. If you're still getting anything please let me know so we can take care of it for you. It's never our intention and all our message have an unsubscribe feature as required by law.
