OPSkins Group — terrible customer service
I've been a well-paying customer for quite a while.
I've had issues in the past and OPskins support so far have been useless. And as I tried getting help, now threw their ''Whitelist'' procedure to my face instead of assisting.
Which I did; they then asked for 10.00$, which again I allowed.
They then told me the whitelist procedure was done and everything was good to go!
And as I tried to use the services afterward, I receive an error message as what something's wrong; I then contacted support once again. And suddenly they tell me they are having issues and will not assist.
What do we have to do to get actual support?
